After my fish tank filter died one day while I was working I was able to order one online and the supplies that I needed and it showed up within a few hours. Very satisfied with their level of service and customer-centric attitudes!

I really like this store usually there’s nice ppl but today I went in at 8:35 pm may 6th around there. This gurl is just using phone didn’t even care or look up when we went to check out and kept using her phone. She got pink nails and pink glasses on. She didn’t start scanning my cat food until I asked if the lane was open she just nod and used her phone and start scanning after a min or so after she scanned didn’t even bag my stuff and kept looking at her phone. it’s heavy I had to take the items and leave the store she kept using her phone in a rude way as if we bothered her while workin like I came in and walked fast to get the cat food since I know the store I closing in 25 mins and I didn’t want to bother the workers since I worked as cashier before and I understand they want to clean up and leave. I don’t want to be a Karen and called her out but her attitude needs to change a bit . Like you can use your phone after we leave it takes 2 minutes to scan it should not be a problem doing your job !

I joined their rewards club back in August at the counter to earn points every time I spend money in the store. I get the emails telling me the points I have, and a few weeks ago I decided to cash in on them. In order to redeem them you have to log into your account and generate a barcode. Because I opened the account in the store at the register, I never was able to make a login. I made a login at home hoping it would connect the two (it didn’t) so I haven’t been able to redeem my points. When I pointed out this flaw, they told me they couldn’t do anything because if they call corporate, they’ll blow them off (their OWN employees) so I had to call corporate myself. Well, corporate keeps making me leave a voicemail and won’t pick up. Nobody from corporate has made an effort to get back to me. It’s been WEEKS now. I won’t be going back because I’m done trying. It’s so frustrating for them to tell me I have $15 in points redeemable and then they will not let me redeem them.

Horrible service in the grooming area i witnessed a grooming lady. Grooming a dog and becuase the dog had moved a hit she started yelling at the dog multiple times and nun of the other workers told her anything her yell was pretty loud that im sure alot of the staff and customers heard her. I know not to bring my dog there for grooming services especially if that lady will be working there

Pancake felt so great after his trip to the groomers at PS+ and can't wait to go back. The staff was so friendly and were great with my dog! He looks (and smells) so nice now!

Only come here for frozen thawed mice. There prices are cheap and you don't have to have a freezer full like you would buying online. I also find my dogs ear relief a few dollars cheaper then online. The lines for checkout suck

This place Do Not Honor their discounts. Manager is rude and Rewards card is useless since nothing you buy gets any discount.They clearly have a buy one get the other 50% off marked in some items and others are marked at 50% off.When they scan the 50% off items they dont honor the discount even with reward card and when you mention it they say you have to buy 2 but ill give 5% off and wont reason with no one even when is clearly marked at 50% off.Dont fall for their discounts because is not going to happen.

Nice staff. Bought a floor model ferret cage to use for my Cockatiels. Got a very $$$ good deal and...They seem very happy in their HUGE CAGE. VERY HELPFUL STAFF

I come here every week to buy my dogs food Royal Canin that went from $96 bucks to $114 out of no where and also my fish supplies. The price for the fish filter is $26 with tax before the 50% off. They always take off percentage when I pay but today they wanted me to buy one at regular price and get the other at 5% off when it clearly says the item is 50% off without buying 2 boxes. They put the item back and refused to give me what Im in for. The manager old lady refused to talk when I questioned that is not what it says in the label ignored me and walked away. Also after a year the rewards card is worthless because they never offer nothing connected with the reward card.Honesty isn't priority in this business.I posted some pictures below items they have in store at 50% off and another item that says Buy one get the other 50% off.

Love this place. Got our Beardie here 2.5 years ago.. Employees are always wonderful! Minus a star just because they frequently are out of various items.. BUTT will always check here first before going elsewhere.

I like the variety, it's usually pretty good. Occasionally I have difficulty with a particular wet food (Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract) but they usually always have the dry cat food (Purina ONE +Plus Indoor Advantage) I use as well as the cat litter (Fresh Step). The register staff is helpful and pleasant.

I’m always a happy customer when I leave this store! They have a large selection of animal food, toys, etc. and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful; if they walk by you, they’ll ask if you need help finding anything. If you purchase a heavy item, I.e. a 40 lb container of cat litter, the cashier asks if you need assistance loading it into your vehicle. That alone is top notch customer service in my book. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

I absolutely love this store. So many places don't carry near the amount of things for cats that this store does and I love them for it. Staff has been super friendly and helpful for every visit I've had. Some stuff is a bit higher priced than say Walmart but it's so worth it to not go there. It's really not far off. Would definitely recommend. They have a far more extensive selection of items than Petco and PetSmart in this area and are much nicer and more organized.
