I have been bringing my dogs to Kathy now for 8-9 years. She is hands down the best groomer we have ever gone to! My dog is a long haired Shetland Sheepdog and really needs a good grooming every month. When he comes out of Klassy Kanine he looks his best and his cut is breed specific not just a trim as someone else might have done. She is a consummate professional and takes her clients and their pet parents concerns into careful consideration. If you need a great groomer give Klassy Kanine a call!!!

My husband and I have been very happy with the grooming our two girls have been getting and I can’t say enough about the groomers. They are so patient and they sincerely care for the animals. I wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else. Their whole staff is very friendly and pleasant and one major thing that impresses me is the cleanliness of the salon. .

I adopted a lab shepherd mix. I tried several places to get his nails clipped. My dog was leary about it. No one was comfortable clipping his nails. My vet wanted me to drug him with trazadone before I brought him in for nail clipping. Klassy just took him in and did it!! They are my heros. Thank you so much.

We have brought our schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle) there twice… and have given them pictures of what a classic schnauzer haircut is supposed to look like. Both times they butchered him and he looks ridiculous. Nothing at all like a schnauzer.I wish I could post pictures here to show it. Unless you want your dog just shaved I suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on us for giving them a second chance.

Tho I was only there 4 about 10 mins. The girls seemed really nice. I m heading back in a few weeks 4 my buddy's grooming. No cages. Gotta like that. T.A.

I have never written a review for anything but after coming home to my dog today, I can not refrain.My husband took our adorable mini labradoodle in for a grooming today. We have always kept her "long" as we like the "natural " look. She did have some mats on her one thigh so I knew some trimming would have to be done but otherwise, all we wanted was a trim for her chin, leg areas and that was it. When I walked in the house, I saw a dog that was shorn within a quarter inch of her body .... all over except for her tail and ears. I could have cried.We have used an AMAZING groomer in the past but unfortunately they are experiencing health issues so after researching, I decided to make this change. A huge regret.

Recently booked an appointment for my dog. The day of the appointment I got a 7 am call on my home phone from a very rude and snippy young lady telling me that they gave someone else the appointment because I did not call the day before to confirm it. The woman insisted they left a message in my cell phone to confirm but I received no such message. She further stated that I “put her in a bind” because I did not respond to said message. What an attitude she had! If that is how they handle customer service, then I do not trust them to be nice to my dog. I’ll be taking my pet elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because I have been there before and was very happy with the grooming results.
