Our experience with Cape Cod Animal Hospital was fantastic. Great staff, wonderful facilities, our dogs were totally at ease during their stay.

Please reconsider, attempting to board your dog here.I did call last minute to get my dog boarded. I was told that there is a $25 set up fee.I wasn’t told is that the hospital has rules in place to have your dog vaccinated earlier than the standards of a normal vet.I was told it would be 129$ plus a 25$ setup fee.Then that price changed to 273$ plus a set up fee after they received his records.I opted not to board me dog and was told he is not up to date per the hospitals standards. These standards where never presented to me.While the people are very nice on the phone that work there, this practice of charging 25$ for a phone call to enquire the price of boarding is ridiculous and was never announced or agreed too.They did explain to me that the $25 goes towards the work they had to do calling my vet as well as looking at my dogs medical records. Standard practice that should take all of a minute.I would highly advise anyone to reconsider doing business with this establishment, as I to assume that this is the tip of the iceberg with miscommunication and ambiguous fees.

Dr. McMorrow's care of my cat was beyond negligent. We had an 8AM appointment for his overdue rabies shot and a checkup. She at first claimed he could wait on the shot. I corrected her that we were a year overdue. My cat hissed the entire appointment, which is completely out of character. He was offered no hairball medication, no ear cleaning solution, senior blood work, nothing for fleas, etc. She shrugged off a recurring wound he has had for two years that I raised a concern about, and even his being at least 7 pounds overweight, which I found extremely unusual. Thankfully, I have a friend who works as a veterinarian and I was able to ask for her advice. We left with merely a shot and a $200+ bill. This is in contrast to my previous vet, who spent time detailing a dietary plan, instructions for brushing teeth, etc. Needless to say, we have switched our care.

We love Cape Cod animal hospital. Boarding services and accommodations are wonderful. Dogs are happy, have access to run outside everyday and staff truly love what they do.

Very caring staff. Dr. McMorrow always places me at ease when I have concerns about my pets. She's a great communicator. Always looks out for the well being of your animals. Vet techs are always awesome! Front office are always helpful with scheduling and explanation of payments especially now since all correspondences are over the phone and not in person. They're doing a great job in the year if Covid.

I was extremely surprised and happy to found this place. On a last minute vacation to pyown,I needed a place to board my 6 month old maltipoo. The people "hillary" was very pleasant and so nice over the phone. Asked all important questions and had me forward all the requirements needed to board him. Also, the fact that they had space was awesome. The location is ideal and so very nice. Thanks CCAH for such a great experience.

Great staff and beautiful setting on a horse farm. The vet lives on campus and he has been our dogs primary Dr. for 8 years. Its also been great for boarding and the staff doing the boarding love what they do.

I have brought all my pets to CCAH over the years and have always received the best care from a loving and devoted staff. This includes the women at the front desk and especially Dr. McMorrow. They are the best!

It was good in our situation. Our last day in the cape was in a place that we thought took dogs and didn't. So we scramble for a night of pet boarding. Was almost same price of a b&b but worked for us.

I've been coming here with my family cats and dogs since I was a kid, always had a great experience, with professional but caring employees. Even with covid these days, the handling is different for safety, but still has the same great care.

I have had several animals taken care of there. They are magnificent. When it burned down back 10 years ago, saved my big mammoth poodle (a Royal standard), we were in Daytona, FL. They took him to Bayview Kennel, another great place. They have helped with finality to 3 dogs and a cat, the latest my big poodle. God bless them.

staff very friendly and Patient with my rescue. She was very skidish of strangers. But they were able to calm her down. They were even able to cut her nails with no problem.

Dr. Scott was my vet and my cat that was very sick and could not see the vet. my cat hissed at the vet like every cat does and this vet punched my cat in the head with his big ring on. He Hurt him I was so surprised that I could not speak he should be reported. And then we still had to pay worst vet ever.

Dr Munson and all his staff have always taken great care of all our animals. We have had 3 dogs and one cat. Thank you very much. When we have an emergency, they have always handled it.

I use too bring my dog here but I really didn’t like Dr. Munson I didn’t like how he acted and too me he was being too silly with my dog when he should be doing his job but everyone else here I liked when I was bringing my dog here

The vets really care for the animals, as well as the pet owners. Very informative and clear in their communications.
