The Southfleet is the quintessential Cape Cod hotel. I started coming here about 10 years ago, because it reminds me of my incredible Cape Cod summers of the 70s and 80s.Location is perfect -- across the street from the bike trail and Marconi Beach. The rooms are large and kept clean by the hard-working staff. The property has everything you could want -- playground, picnic area, laundry room, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, and even a few steps from several food choices (fine-dining, bagels, quick-bites w/bar).I saved the best for last...the STAFF! This family-run business is a success because they understand true Cape Cod hospitality. Every single person was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Love The Southfleet!! Thanks for another memorable trip!

We've stayed here for years. College & Covid enforced a 5 year gap between stays. We just stayed the week of 9/17 - 9/23/23 and it was like coming home again! The location gives us access to the Orleans/Eastham area as well as a shorter ride to Provincetown. The place has always been immaculate, the pools (indoor/outdoor) are pristine. The rooms are always clean & snug. But most important the owners & staff are still as friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough about The Southfleet. We'll be back in the summer of 2024. Thanks for a great stay!

There is no better place at the Cape! The owners and staff are kind, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make your stay relaxing. The rooms are clean and cozy with the most comfortable beds and pillows around. I always get a good night's sleep at the South Fleet. I love the indoor pool for swimming and relaxing. The lobby has great coffee and tea and is always welcoming. The playground is even fun for adults. Easy walk to restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We absolutely love this inn! Alex was so accommodating, and the facilities were so well designed and clean! Everything we needed in an enormous room! Indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tub… to restaurants on either side: we ate lunch at one, and a fabulous breakfast at the other… We will definitely better be back to this exceptional facility!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were accommodating and courteous. They have an indoor pool and the kids really enjoyed it. The location was awesome just in front of Marconi beach and 30 mins drive to Provincetown. A few downsides: poor wifi connectivity especially if you are staying in the rooms at the back. It's fast in the lobby and pool area. No breakfast included but there's coffee every morning. Overall, this place is highly recommended.

Nice quaint Cape motor inn. Right across the street from the Cape Cod Rail trail. Lots of nearby restaurants and only 20 minutes from Provincetown. Super nice staff, super clean room, excellent water pressure! Great value!Rooms: Clean, clean, clean!

Our family had the best time at the Southfleet Motor Inn. Comfort of guests is a top priority and all facilities (rooms, pools, jacuzzi) are clean and cared for. The staff at Southfleet are courteous and friendly and always there to help. The location is perfect for the beautiful National Seashore beaches (one is located right across the street.) We love it there and have been going back for years.

We had a wonderful time here! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to take the bikes for a ride at any time during the day, spent a lot of time in the indoor pool, and were right across from the entrance to Marconi beach. We missed having a continental breakfast and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but the room was incredibly clean and comfortable otherwise. We would stay here again.

Been staying here for about 20 years and is always a pleasure! The location is literally across Rte 6 from the entrance to Marconi beach, just one of the awesome Cape Cod National Seashore beaches (watch out for the sharks )! Also on either side of the hotel are 2 very good restaurants and a short distance up Rte 6, is a great coffee shop with outstanding breakfast and lunch sandwiches with some amazing baked goods. Many thanks to Kota and staff for all these years!

Each time we visit, we know we can expect very clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and well maintained grounds—plus the location across from the National Seashore and also walking distance to 2 great restaurants on either side of the property is a huge plus! Perfect place for our last minute trip. My daughter and I made a last minute reservation at the Southflleet using their website. The place was spotless, a great value and the gentleman that checked us in late at night could not have been friendlier. We even met some great people at the fire pit out back. Great central location between Provincetown and Orleans. Looking forward to staying there again!

The rooms were immaculate!Given the COVID situation I had brought my own Clorox wipes and lysol spray to wipe surfaces etc. Which I did just to be safe but honestly it was not needed!! Even the air conditioning vent was cleaned!They beds were made perfectly, towels folded into little shells.The indoor pool was clean, well kept and ventilated extremely well! We did not go to the outdoor pool but I could see it was clean!Employees were very pleasant! The rates were very reasonable.We will definitely return!!

My son, daughter and I recently spent two nights at the Southfleet Motor Inn. The managers(Kota and Alex) were professional, gracious and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. My daughter loved the hot tub and the butter mints that housekeeping left in our room. The property is very well maintained.When we return to Wellfleet, we definitely will stay here again.We look forward to our next visit !

We have been visiting Southfleet for many years, and it just seems to get better each year. The staff is wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. You just can't beat the location across the street from Marconi Beach and the rail trail and next to two wonderful restaurants. With an indoor and outdoor pool, any weather is a good visit. We introduced our neighbors to Southfleet and they absolutely loved it. Thank you Southfleet for providing us with such a fantastic get-away!

We have been staying at the Southfleet for 7 years and we really love it!! We stay there several times during summer because we enjoy it so much!! Our extended family just joined us for a trip and were very impressed with everything too! The owners and staff Kota, Alex, Pennie are awesome and they keep everything impeccably clean and well maintained. We love the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the beach across the street , several beautiful beaches and ponds within a five minute drive. They have a playground and fire pit/grill area and there are great restaurants right next door and the old fashioned drive-in movies just a 2 minute drive. We can’t wait to go back!!

100% perfect. Stayed 5 days & was the best. Great big dbl queen room. Extra clean, great room service, 2 pools clean &Huge. Fresh coffee ea morning in lobby, or make your own in room. Had 2 extra roll ins for 2 teens. Phone, big modern bathroom, fresh towels every day, pool & room & bath amenities. Great restaurant 50- 60 steps behind motel. Owners veryFriendly, helpful,informative. Dry sauna, 6 person clean new jacuzzi, ping pong, game room,pin ball machines. Beautifulgrounds,private parking.Will definitely go there again when we are @ cape. MarconiBeach & huge dunes,facilities across st,@lites. 5 stars +
