We love PJs and stop here every time we visit PTown. The fishwich was excellent, and the fried whole belly clams are our go to. I tried the vanilla soft serve for the first time on this trip, and it was phenomenal. It was the best soft serve I've ever had. I don't know how they get it so creamy! Love this place - can't wait to come back next year!

Got the taco salad and strawberry greens with grilled chicken. The strawberry salad was good. The taco salad was mostly lettuce with minimal chili and toppings.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp

PJs is the solid go-to for all things clam shack! BEST scallops anywhere! Clam chowder is excellent, amazing salads and grilled special for anyone not a fried food fan! Awesome ice cream selection and of course, Del’s lemonade!! Always clean; kind and patient servers, owners are on site and this shows! Worth every dollar we spend there multiple times a season!!Vegetarian options: Salads are substantial and artisan ingredients are used, not basic! Side options are also available - fresh, local corn on the cob, veggie sides, starch options too.

Always a stop for us in Wellfleet. An ultimate Clam Shack. The fried shell fish are perfection. Cole slaw too. Five stars, both thumbs up!

I can not imagine 117.00 for chicken wings,2 drinks and a Cheese burger sandwich lol! Should have went some where much better! Never again! Parking was also the worst I have ever seen! Total gross all around! Waitress had the worst customer service I had ever seen absolutely horrible! Been here years ago and times have definitely changed! Definitely never again! I have had better food off a food truck at a fair! 117.00 lol Like are they closing ? Trying to get rich quick lol? Well they definitely are keeping up with the Bidens lol!

Quick service. Great food but Clam Chowder a little runny. The Shrimp & Scallop Kabob is a must try as well as the Thai Red Curry Salmon.

Excellent cold lobster meat with mayo on a butter grilled bun. The Jumbo lobster roll is fantastic and I am sure one of the most delicious lobster rolls you can find in New England. There may be a better lobster roll but it may not be worth the effort to find one much better

Excellent food at a casual counter service spot. Take out or eat inside (but no ac on warm day we stopped in). I gambled on tuna sashimi at a fried food joint...wow! Huge serving and delicious. Scallop roll also excellent. Stellar reviews line the walls and I would agree!

My husband works for a gourmet market. One of his regular customers recommended PJ's, so on our way to Provincetown, we stopped for lunch. My husband enjoyed the cod platter and I finally had my Lobster Roll. So enjoyable! Glad we stopped!

If you want to enjoy some of the most delicious ice cream and soft serve, you have to visit PJ’s which is both a great restaurant and great ice cream parlor. I had heard about PJ’s for years and was delighted to finally have the opportunity to be staying on Cape Cod so we could visit this amazing culinary institution. You should make sure to ask for the soft serve combination of black raspberry and coffee ice cream!

Stopped on our way to Provincetown in July 2020, during the MA phase 3 reopening. Not only does this place offer the BEST lobster roll I’ve ever had, it was so stuffed with lobster that chunks were falling out! The fries were incredibly fresh too. I haven’t looked into it, but I suspect they are made in-house. Additionally, it is immediately apparent that the restaurant has taken every precaution to keep it’s patrons safe during the pandemic. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

We love PJs!My family has been coming here for generations! It absolutely would not be a visit to The Cape without stopping here for our favorites! The stuffed clam, onion rings, fried clams (some of the best on the Cape!), burgers! (I can't say enough about this, try their burgers!), corn on the cob! For the love of everything this was the best corn on the cob I've had on the Cape and in a long time period! Soft and sweet! And you have to try their fried scallops! Finish it off with some delicious ice cream and I promise you'll be totally satisfied.Thank's to the family who run this place consistently for generations. My grandma loved your guys food. 💞See you all next season!

Yumm! Do your self a favor and drive the extra mile. Many choices to chose from and unlike the place down the street Chowdah house you actually get fries & coleslaw with your 14$ fishwich !! And I didn’t fall apart ..Recommended. Who doesn’t want fries with their fish? Instead of a tiny bag of chips.. I do!!I’ll be back most definitely

Pj's is a true Cape Cod staple. It's been around for a long time, and deservedly so. The seafood menu is great, grilled or fried. You can get cod fish of course, or a few other. But cod is what Cape Cod is known for. The clam chowder is a must, with real clams and heavy cream. If you don't want seafood, they have great chicken and beef sandwiches. This place definitely has something for everyone.Parking: Definitely a challenge but doable.Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids including chicken tenders and burgers.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is right next to the handicapped parking spots. Very easy access.

The fish tacos were terrific but the Lobster Roll was relatively small for the surcharge in comparison to other places. The onion rings alone are worth the stop but overall I cannot give 5 stars due to inflated pricing, a lengthy wait and fairly cold communication from the staff.

Easily great lobster roll, onion rings, and oyster roll. Lobster roll had plenty of meat and not too much mayo, with no fillers.

We had a lobster roll, seared tuna with salad and stuffed clam, everything was very tasty, but the stuffed clam was outstanding!

When you order clams, you should always expect some amount of sand but this was ridiculous. The mussels were delicious but overall I found it overpriced for the roadside location.

I was very disappointed with my experience. We waited well near an hour for our food, which was mostly small sides and soup. I really did not enjoy my clam chowder, as it was essentially just pure steamed milk with no seasoning where the underwhelming clams and potatoes sunk to the bottom.

Great lobster roll with 4oz of lobster meat that was light on mayo and heavy on lobster, just perfect! Enjoyed the clam chowder but they don't use thickenee so it was alot thinner than I like but still tasted good. Husband orderes the tuna sandwich med rare and they cooked it well done, but he still enjoyed it. Great place to stop when your on Cape Cod.

In my interpretation of how the rating system works, this isn't a 5-star type of establishment. But for what they are, they're very good. I'm a visitor to the Northeast, coming all the way from the Northwest. I ate a fried chicken sandwich, very basic, soft fresh bun, chicken, lettuce, mayo, that's it. Their menu is pretty extensive and local. There's something for almost anyone, unless you have all the popular dietary restrictions of today. Luckily, I do not!Parking: Big open gravel lot. Just pull off the road & park.Kid-friendliness: I don't think they'd ask you to leave, & there are no obscene images or adult-only aspects.

We loved their lobster chowder, it was simply delicious. The service was fast—we ordered a take out. The location and parking are convenient, and atmosphere is fun! Will return.

The fried belly clams! Run, Run, Run. Amazing place for anything you order. The fried food is so delicious, never greasy and not overblown portions. Sides, grilled items, and kid food all done so much. And then there is the ice-cream. Wow.Update from the following year: fish and chips amazing. Chowder amazing.

Read the reviews and wanted to give it a try. We ordered lobster roll, clam chowder and shrimp platter. The soup had a very liquid consistency with lots of potatoes and few tiny clam pieces. Lobster roll was small and not worth the $28 price. The shrimp platter came with shrimps swimming in a oily broth. We were looking forward to a delicious seafood meal. Unfortunately, this wasn't it!
