I went on Valentine’s Day morning to purchase flowers, on days like this you lower your expectations for customer experience. However, Nicole one of the florists alongside her team not only created a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend but they even went the extra mile to ensure each rose had a water tube at the bottom (not sure what it’s called). Thank you Nicole and team for going above and beyond.

I stopped to admire the selection of cheeses, and then found ourselves in the wine aisle. As I continued shopping, I noticed that the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions, and they even offered to help me carry my groceries to my Tesla. I had had a fun and relaxing shopping experience.

This Roche Brother's location is extremely clean, sanitary and very, very well stocked. I have shopped here on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The shelves are well stocked and the floors are immaculate one very aisle. The meat department has outstanding cuts of beef and they do "cut to order" your steaks. Every person that I have ever interacted with over the past 15-20 years or so has always been polite, courteous, helpful and have always possessed a very friendly attitude. Their bakery department offers a wide variety of bakery items that are all fresh and so very delicious. Their produce department also has a wide variety of fresh produce from which to choose from. Their red delicious apples are always fresh and crisp! Their bananas are delicious, too. Their white grapes are very tasty and tangy. Their deli department is also very well stocked with delicious and fresh deli items that are reasonably priced. The people that work in the deli have always been very pleasant and helpful on every occasion that I have been there. The cashiers always have a happy smile upon their faces and they have always greeted me warmly. (Well, it does help to be very handsome and equally as friendly to the cashiers, lol). Roche Brothers in Wellesley is my "go to" place for all my shopping needs and I do highly recommend them on every level. Thank you, Roche Brothers', Wellesley.

I am not happy with prices, but that's everywhere. My husband loves the turkey and gravy, and the pot roast in prepared foods section. Overall it's bright and colorful and makes you want to look at everything.

One of the best grocery stores around. Amazing variety, the beer and wine selection is always changing and carries unique products, the food court is fresh and delicious, and there's a lot to choose from among standard grocery store products where you can get everything you need for a full week. A bit pricey, but these days everywhere is pricey, and at Roche Bros you get what you pay for - great quality!

Clean, well stocked, lots of variety. Splitting up long aisles with shorter ones creates a little more room to shop( huge pet peeve, people just blocking your way in aisles) . A little pricey, but it's Wellesley, expect that. One of the better supermarkets out there.

To begin with, Roche Bros is kept in a, "surgically clean," condition and presentation of products.The staff is most polite, urbane and customer friendly as needed.The store is lit very nicely and the atmosphere is very easy on the eyes.I needed a coffee syrup for milk and called into the store to prevent a wasted trip.They looked, found the product I needed and informed me, as to what isle I would find the product.Online this brand was sky high in price and also shipping cost as well,.Roche price was far better on this product and it was in stock.When I arrived at the store, due to, "Covid 19," the line for cash resister check out was very long.So I returned home and waited for a more quiet hour, at dinner time.I called back the store and asked if there was a line and they informed me, that there indeed was no line at all.I returned to the store, found my product, and purchased a Peggy Lawton Brownie at the cash register display as well. They are a great brownie when you so desire one.My overall experience was A+++.A long standing and well respected name in the community and it is a pretty store as well.As a customer, you will be most pleased.

This is an upscale store with prices a bit higher than average. Nice produce, prepared foods, and normal grocery items. Good cheese, wine and beer selections. It is generally crowded, and the parking lot is often full even though it is a large lot. They will bring your groceries to your car and do not accept tips for the service.

I’ve really never had any issues with this store, until my last visit. It’s always clean and the workers are friendly. However, I bought a package of the Roche Bros brand of roasted salted almonds (as I always do once a week for snacking) last week. I noticed on one almond the other day that there was a fuzzy, weird hard substance stuffed into part of the split-open almond, but I threw it away, figuring that it was just one that was bad. Today, however, I noticed that there were small WORMS inside some of the almonds in the container! I was halfway through this package! I feel physically sick at the thought that I might have eaten worms in this. It’s not going to stop me from continuing to visit (since it’s the only grocery within walking distance), but I’m certainly not going to be eating their almonds ever again.

A fine supermarket for weekly grocery shopping. A bit pricey for my tastes, but the quality is good enough to justify the cost.There's good variety - plenty of options, but not so many as to be overwhelming. The store brands are a good option and on par with name brand in my experience. If you like your cold cuts packaged and preserved, look elsewhere. As far as I can tell they've limited their pre-packaged lunch meats in favor of their (quite good) deli selections.In general, junk food is paired off with higher quality alternatives. They offer plenty of alternative snack brands that you won't find at Market Basket or Walmart. The usual suspects can be found, of course, though sometimes not where you'd expect (it could just be that I'm a poor store navigator).Health food is abundant per local tastes. The produce is always fresh (sometimes too fresh if you want avocados tomorrow). Organic produce selection doesn't match Whole Foods, but the price doesn't either.The staff are friendly and patient. The store is kept clean and pristine.

The store is wonderful - great produce, tasty deli items, decent prices on all their foods, nice floral section too! Staff as always are helpful and polite. The only downside is parking. Every time I come here I end up circling the parking lot at least twice to find a place to park.

I love the staff at this Roche Brothers location. The store itself is always impeccable. Very clean, very well maintained, with a lot of great choice. That may be because it's in Wellesley, and Wellesley residents tend to be very particular. I have to find the prices a little high, definitely higher than some other grocery stores, but that could also be because they're in Wellesley. The rents do tend to be a little higher in that town. I like them. Their prepared foods are good. I wish they still did breakfast sandwiches, but I guess they didn't sell. Their catering is also great.

Called on a Sunday morning, from out of state, to request a delivery to a local family in bereavement. I was so lucky to be connected to Debbie the catering manager. She was incredibly kind, friendly and so amazingly efficient, that she turned a very difficult situation into a much easier one. After patiently listening to my rambled list of items that I had put together, she kindly said, I’ll have it at the house in an hour and a half, and that she did! We received word very shortly that all was delivered including some hot items that she had prepared. I really can’t express how helpful and caring Debbie was in this situation, but wanted to let as many people as possible know that I for one will always be grateful, and will shop in to a Roche Bros. store whenever I have the chance.

Excellent grocery store. We don't live in the area, but i have been here many times when visiting family. If I did live nearby, it would definitely be my preferred option ahead of Stop & Shop. Great service. Great selection of prepared foods. Never a long line to wait in at checkout. It is the closest thing to Wegman's (albeit on a smaller store footprint) that i have found.

This is the only Roche Bros. I have been to so I can't really comment on how it compares with others. I can say that this is a good grocery store with a great selection of wines and beers. It also has a large bakery and seafood section. The selection of produce is also good, with local options. The shopping plaza is good for other errands. There is a CVS. Across the street is another shopping center with California Pizza Kitchen, a bank, a mattress shop, and a Ace hardware store.

Moving to Boston and shopping at Shaws makes me miss Roche Brothers dearly. Its great, yes pricey but worth for the selection and experience. Their produce section is great, nicely stocked and good quality. They can have good sales on organic items and have a fantastic frozen organic section. They always have what I want. Its my go to grocery store when I need some standard items and a Whole Foods break.I have mostly encountered really nice people here. They are very good at bagging and helping you to your car. They will specially order things for you if you ask. It can get busy but nothing that bad.

Be careful of overcrowding. RB has always been a favorite of mine but I won't be going back to the Wellesley store. The checkout line wait was well over thirty minutes and extended more than half way around the perimeter of the large store while customers were still being let in. Cashiers wipe their areas down after every customer...while customers in a single checkout line are kept at a distance and called one by one to the next available cashier. Customers in the checkout line are blocking produce that other customers need to access this whole time. I would have been happy to go elsewhere had I known how over extended the staff was at this particular time.

I had to stop and be sure I was in Roche's and not Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Geez. Overpriced is a mild take. Its not the Roche Bros. Of my youth- they seem to have their identity. Stop&Shop I feel like kept theirs, even StarMarket/Shaws. Don't get me wrong, The quality of their Mests/Fish/ Deli are still first-rate. Cold/hot prep food excells. However the setup and presentation feels Conceited almost, and prices reflect the attitude. Ill go with Stop &Shop ,as a lifelong New England native it remains the choice.

I HATE grocery shopping! I avoid it at all costs. However, when I must shop, Roche Bros on Linden Street in Wellesley is the only place I'll go. They offer friendly and helpful service and have an extensive cheese bar, bakery, wine selection and take and go food bar. They offer organic products along with traditional food. BUT, what's most impressive about Roche Bros in Wellesley are the outstanding and friendly cashiers and baggers. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes to check out and my groceries are bagged carefully. I don't have to worry that my fragile items will get ruined from being crushed by heavier items. I truly appreciate their level of customer service and having help loading my bags into my car proves that they are just a step above the rest.
