Rolled in with the second and third grade softball team after the first game. The two guys working did a great job getting everyone’s order and turned it right around. Can’t say enough about the staff. They did great with a bunch of girls who kept changing their order. Would recommend. Place is clean well kept as always.

The ice cream was really good, I got a brownie Sunday and it was great! However the price and serving size was a little outrageous compared to most other places. My girlfriend and I got a Sunday each, and a muffin and it was more or less $30. Very friendly staff behind the counter though, even with a line it was fast.

Came pre melted, asked for two flavors and only got one, when i went back rather than re making it got a sample cup of the second flavor. All that and the highest price I've ever spent on two scoops for a just ok flavor. Picture is of what was left after 5 minutes

The fruity pebbles cereal ice cream is the best! I’d love to see it offered more frequently. Nice staff at this location. In general for this ice cream parlor chain, I do think the price is a bit steep.

Got there mint chip ice cream shake with rainbow 🌈 Jimmies and carmel, hot fudge drizzled on the inside edges. Like a mudslide.Service was excellent. Great atmosphere.#firsttimethere

Been a long time since I visited a J P Licks and I have to wonder why? Excellent ice cream in a wide variety of flavors (salted caramel cookies and cream!), including non-dairy and frozen yogurt offerings. As a bonus (or maybe not?) this particular store had bakery items and the caramelized puff pastry creation was amazing!

Have had issues with under-filled containers. A packed quart weighs about 900 gms and recently I purchased two quarts which weighed in the low 700's. Sadly, the staff working there are mainly high school kids who sometimes don't have the best work ethic and get lazy with the packing, especially on busy days or at the end of a shift. At $15 quart this is unacceptable. Management needs to get involved with this issue. To be fair, the ice cream is very good and the management did refund my money.

I am a huge ice cream fan. Have been enjoying J. P. Licks for years. Enjoyed my favorite flavor cappuccino crunch! It wasn't to crowded so we were served quickly by friendly servers!

I make ice cream at home with heavy cream and no milk. This ice cream tastes and feels THAT creamy. It's so dense (and the portions so generous) that a small cone/cup can easily satisfy a large man.Worth every penny and then some!Their coffee is also excellent.Enjoy!

Great frozen yogurt both the soft and hard flavors! The lines move pretty quickly if there is one. The frappes are pretty thin and you have to pay for extra thick! My only complaint!

Excellent staff very friendly!! Variety of flavors 4 "Hot☕" & "Ice🍦" OMG Their "Coconut Almond Chip" milkshake is 2 die 4!! Had one last night & had 2 go back this afternoon 2 purchase another one 4 the road back home!! Even their doggy 🐶 ice cream is a big winner 4 all the "Bow🐕🐩Wows"!! 💖💖💖💖

I bought two smoothies which had a weird taste and by the time I got to the car separated so bad (it looked like it would more wrong to drink it, then throw it away). So, I called back and they pretty told me to go home and re-blend it.Customer service sucks 👎. As a first-time customer, with this kind of service, they will not see me ever again!

One of my favorite ice cream spots since I was younger. This location is right in the heart of the city of Wellesley. The parking isn't great on street parking , or theres a parking lot down the street that's an easy 4 minute walk to get to. The ice cream is good but I cant justify the price.

I had the worst ice cream ever I had. I took the pistachio flavour and it tasted like medicine. The cherry on the top is the cashier who was one of the most rude person to be working in service.

I've only visited a couple of times, but will now definitely come back more often. Aside from having great menu items (I like the hot and iced mochas), my last visit October 27, 2016, I accidentally spilled my drink. I was having a klutzy evening. One of the young women working that evening, the one who prepared my order, gently and swiftly took care of cleaning up the area as I and my friends poorly attempted to help. She asked if I'd like another drink and after having prepared it, didn't even re-charge me, although I offered to pay again. Incredible service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer if even solely for that experience. I hope in some way, the young woman is rewarded for her kind nature. :)

Had a great time with my son at this downtown Wellesley ice cream spot.Excellent ice cream and drinks. Limited seating, but turns over quickly.Parking nearby is a challange, so take the first spot you see and walk the rest of the way.

I was craving ice cream, so I ventured out Sunday, 4/12. The employee, that day, was in the back (prob on phone). When she came out from back was not wearing mask or gloves......horrifying.....and had the nerve to say that she couldn’t hear me!!!!! Please find out who she was and instruct her what to do!

I took my sons to get some ice cream. My 16 year old decided to go across the street to get some ice tea instead. When he joined us later, they asked him to leave because “he brought food from outside”, even though we explained that he was with us. The manager was very rude, even though we were the only people there who just bought ice cream from them.
