Store is clean and well stocked, lots of parking. I’ve never had a bad experience here and Raymond was the check out person today-he was friendly and took care of things. They have self check out here as well and a photo center. Open until ten, I’ve run here before for various emergencies for the kids who needed something.

I live so close to this CVS and I want to use it but it’s consistently disappointed me and my family. We’ve sent dozens of prescriptions here for our family and almost always have an issue. Not filled unless we call, annoyed pharm tech when we do call, sometimes no answer at all, scripts taking multiple days to get filled, my kid’s fluoride tablets always out of stock, long pharmacy lines consistently. One time the tech literally told me they were TWO WEEKS behind on scripts. How is that even possible? My wife also went for her scheduled flu shot and waited for an hour before leaving without getting her shot. The children’s OTC drugs are always out of stock. This location has repeatedly demonstrated poor management to us and we’ll avoid it.

My Rx has been processing for 6 days. I’m out of my medication. No one in their pharmacy will answer the phone. This isn’t only an issue at this location. It is a CVS issue and they should be ashamed. If you’re so busy you can’t have someone answer the phone in a timely manner, it’s time to add staff. It would be one thing if this was about some consumer good, but not being responsive to people waiting on prescription medication should border on criminal.

Very convenient location. Specific to this store it thatis horribly understaffed while the staff they have is pleasant. Pharmacy seems poorly managed. Communication through the app is unreliable.

What is happening to CVS? Service used to be great but now I can’t get anyone on the phone. They’ve been “processing” my prescription for five days and now I’m out of my medication. Anyone have a different pharmacy to recommend?!

This CVS has gone rapidly downhill the pharmacy is a mess they lose your prescriptions fill the wrong prescriptions and they are too busy so they transfer your prescriptions to another cvs without telling you. Time to switch!

You waited for weeks to get a vaccination appointment with them and showed up on that day but only got told the guy vaccinating people was out sick - "you should get a notification" but in fact they never bothered to do so. Now you are back to the original spot and have to wait another few weeks. This place sucks

Get it together, hire more people. It’s crazy the Pharmacy is closed for about an hour everyday. And it’s a mess in there half the time. Do better. Hire more employees.

Usually pretty helpful... but 2 weeks ago had a PCR test and the pharmacy was closed during the hours it should be opened. No problem - I booked another one for a week later. Still waiting on the results 5 days later...

Worst, unprofessional and rudest manager ever. I went there to drop off an UPS package to be shipped, since they're an UPS Access Point. Package was supposed to be delivered next day. I called them and spoke with them asking why package wasn't shipped yet, their answer they don't know and they don't have access to any tracking information even though I provided them with the info. I drove to there after they never called me back as they promised, upon talking to them, they basically told me they don't have any info about my package, and when I told them you're basically telling me to stop doing business with you, the manager made a mocking gesture saying she doesn't give an f... What a big disappointment !!!

Roughly a month ago while shopping, I saw a chipmunk inside the store.I told one of the employees, who didn't seem very concerned. A few weeks later I inquired about the chipmunk...The cashier told me "Yeah he's still in the store, we gave up trying to catch him." I wonder what the Health Department would think???

I love this store because Jordan always helps me find what I want while some other stores rush to say out of stock.This is the second time he goes and looks for what I need and find it in the storage room. We need more people like him. Thank you so much

No one should have to wait 5 minutes when there isn't a line to check out because the cashier is deciding to chit chat with a customer about items not relatedThen to self check out that same cashier decided to ignore the fact that help was needed with the auto checkout because she didn't want to moveWell the self checkout machine screamed "Help is needed help is needed" for two more customers before I had to say excuse me you can you please help with thisThere are some people who don't really seem to want to work anymore and act like it's a burden to do their job

In general the personnel at the register is polite and professional. However, the pharmacy personnel is often rude and dismissive.
