I came here over the weekend and was having a hard time finding a product, Rebah was so helpful and checked in on me twice. I've come here often and she was more friendly and helpful than anyone else I've interacted with there. I heard from the cashier shes new, so I'd like to give a huge thanks to her for an amazing job.

This is my regulars cvs store . I like the convenience of the location of the store. Recently I noticed a nice change of the costumer service attitude. The store representative became more attentive and welcoming. Yesterday we purchased some numbers of gift cards. The amount of different gift cards was overwhelming and we didn’t anything about them. We asked working near by representative for help. Leeloo was very helpful and polite. She provided the information about different gift cards and how it works. We very happy with our gift card choices. We want to say Thank you to Leeloofor her knowledge and commitment.

The pharmacy will NOT answer the phone. I have tried calling them many times throughout the past year and have never gotten through. Isn’t that insane? How bad does customer service need to be before corporate makes some changes? Hey, Karen Lynch, this is your job. People hate dealing with CVS.

Pharmacy worker at drop off area was very rude and unhelpful. I haven’t had a problem here before but the manner in which this individual spoke to me was very off putting and I won’t be returning here for my prescriptions.

The customer service at the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I spent over two hours on hold before showing up in person, and then learned from a pharmacy employee that they have been instructed not to answer the phone. I am generally a fan and loyal customer of CVS, but this particular location is a stain on their brand. This sentiment is reflected in many existing comments, and I hope that corporate leadership takes note of now poorly run this store is.

Read some negative reviews before the call for a refill, was put on hold for 30 minutes for the pharmacy and had to hang up. As a pharmacist from another state, I'm not impressed by your service at this store.

We had the worst experience at CVS the lady purposely raise the price on a item and she told us to leave and hurry up we were doing nothing. The price was 28$ but she raised it to 30$ so we left. Never come ever come here -2 stars worst place ever. I hated it and a Karen worker told us to “make it quick” it was the WORST !! She should get fired and we have footage of her saying it so never ever come back!! Please like this if u agree also she mimicked us and rushed us

This CVS location is terrible. They don’t answer the phone and don’t send notifications when prescriptions are ready. So you need to go in person, which usually results in needing to get the prescription “expedited” which mean waiting around for 30mins, or come back later. They are disorganized and understaffed.

i mean this in the kindest way possible, some of the employees here (who i THINK are higher positions) really need to be kinder and more compassionate towards their co-workers. felt so bad for this poor cashier, as i felt they were just super snippy with her and she kind of got yelled at. overall just felt bad for her.please treat ppl with respect, esp your own employees.

They are understaffed!! I was told my Rx would be ready in an hour. I came the next day and it was still not filled. After waiting in line I was told to get to the back of the line. They have zero customer service training. The manager should be held accountable!!

I'm done with the rude horrible service. Every time I call CVS I'm put on hold and still don't get answers to my questions. I am now getting my prescriptions from Capsule Pharmacy, they answer questions by text and telephone immediately. They give you a two hour time frame for delivery and makes life easier. I want to thank CVS for forcing me to change pharmacies.

Pharmacists here think they are doctors and will refuse to fill off-label prescriptions from your actual physician. Last time I checked it’s the doctor not the pharmacy that gets to decide how best to treat a patient. Completely inappropriate meddling w the doctor-patient relationship.

I'd like to know whether I'm the only person experiencing any of the following issues with CVS on Linden St. in Wellesley, MA: Receiving scripts from doctors I've never never seen, and who are not covered through my insurance (medication is correct, but prescribing doctor is not); being told that scripts are unable to be filled for an arbitrary period of time when, in fact, they've been filled, according to the dates on the scripts; repeatedly being required to obtain prior authorization from BOTH the prescribing doctor AND the insurance company on REFILLS of dermatological medication, in which prior authorization has previously been received/approved for the ORIGINAL script; receiving the incorrect script and/or incorrect number of pills; being inundated with voicemails regarding scripts ready for pickup, which have either never been submitted, or are suddenly unavailable for an arbitrary period of time upon arrival at the store (dates on scripts show they've been filled at this point).*A new issue to report: Picked up script for my cat and the directions on the bottle state to "see attached" for directions, but there is no "attachment." The directions on the standard printout stapled to the bag also state to "see attached" for directions. Again, there is no "attachment." Called the pharmacy to report the issue and "Chelsea" picked up, indicating she was a pharmacist, but then had to "ask my pharmacist" for clarification. The directions she provided made NO SENSE. The medication needs to be refrigerated and is only good for 10 days (I recall from previous experience) and "Chelsea" directed me to administer the medication periodically for 1 month after the initial 5 days. HOW IS THIS CVS IN BUSINESS?

Had the most horrible experience with Kelsey,. I went through the drive thru to pickup medicine waited 15 mins for my turn. When my turn came I paid for the medicine and then was asked to go around the line again which had 4 cars behind me (approx 1 hour wait). I explained my situation and was happy to wait a couple of minutes for them to finalize anything, but did not want to go around and wait another hour. This lady comes to me and starts yelling, even after I told her I have been waiting for 15 mins .... then tried to engage me in a 10 min argument... she literally had to stir the medicine and give it me (eventually it took 1 min to do).. 0 stars if possible, a true humiliation in our town...

I had procedures on both my feet at 8am. While the procedures were not overly invasive, I continued to bleed into my shoes. I went to Cvs Linden St Wellesley and they didn’t carry it. They searched and found CVS Central St,Wellesley did. When I went there, it was 9:15. I was the only person in the pharmacy area. The pharmacist found it immediately, but said I had to wait 30 minutes. I told her I was still bleeding and she said she had to do other things first.I am not a demanding person who has to be catered to immediately, but I was very uncomfortable and wanted to get this right away.I will never understand how this was acceptable to that pharmacist.

I call myself an coupons extremist and I love shopping at CVS. Especially when staff members like Katrina, Robert, Store Manager Muhammad, Marie, and last but not least Stephanie, one of the sweetest persons on earth. This CVS is my pharmacy location and I shop here mostly because staff mentioned above know me and they are extremely patient with me with all my 5 plus transactions, not to mention I have my crew with me (the kids) and they can be active at times but they know the drill when Mommy is couping, being cool and patient is a must. Just wanna give them a shot out for being so professional with me even when we don't agree on coupon stuff. But I try to be easy going and I come back shopping there every time!!!Keep up the great work CVS Store 8437, 188 Linden Street, Wellesley, MA.

EVERY time I go into this store, I end up in the line with a girl named STEPHANIE who is rude/can’t answer basic requests and has overcharged me making me come back AGAIN 🤬 seriously, go to another location (there’s another one down the street) I will not come back to this one again and plan on telling everyone I know not to either. She literally yelled stuff at me from behind the counter when I was exiting with two children under the age of five prompting them to ask questions of why is she being mean??!!Maybe she would be better stocking shelves, no customer interaction…

Dissapointment after disappointment,They let me schedule the flu shot for my 5 year old with date of birth etc than after I waited for 30 minutes inside they tell me they do not give flu shots to kids that young. Staff is friendly doing their best but cvs has room to improve

Pharmacists are busy and most of the time don’t have time to answer any questions or fulfill your prescriptions on time. Was on hold to speak to a pharmacist for 30+ minutes and ended up hanging up because nobody answer the call. When I got to the store, basically was told they didn’t have time to refill my prescriptions which need an insurance override for travel. So frustrating!

I have been on hold for almost 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. I’m out of state and need this medication. Can’t be transferred online, can’t be transferred through another pharmacy, only over the phone, and they still won’t pick up.

This location is big and has all the essentials. It also has a CVS clinic with a NP on staff. Perfect for quick things like a flu shot or simple things that require medical attention. Very friendly and quick service. I recommend making an appointment online.

Actively a terrible pharmacy. If you need to speak with a pharmacist you better be there in person because you will be left on hold for over an hour no question. As if that wasn't bad enough they have been disrespectful to me as I was switching to a better health insurance. Go to rite aid.

I waited on hold for an hour and 45 minutes and finally gave up and drove there only for them to have a quick conversation and tell me they couldn’t help me. They don’t seem to answer the phone. Very frustrating experience!

I like this CVS particularly for the hours. Few places in Wellesley are open this early or this late. The one on Central St does not open until 8am! It's spacious, seems to have everything stocked.The pharmacy people are nice but service is hit or miss
