I have been a customer of the Wellesley CVS for over 10 years and after my most recent experiences with your pharmacy personal I will never have a prescription filled here again. The staff is rude, not knowledgeable, records aren’t updated and completely unhelpful. I called in because I have been waiting for a steroid since Thursday. When I called for an update Marianna told me the prescription wouldn’t be ready until Monday when I began to explain I couldn’t wait that long and could she check another CVS she said “ yea yea” and put me on hold while I was still talking. When she came back to the phone I expressed how unprofessional she was and she began to argue with me. Apparently my steroid magically appeared and was ready for pickup on Friday. This isn’t my 1st encounter with her being rude and unprofessional but it will be my last. Customer Value and Service might be in the name but definitely not in your pharmacy staff.

One or two knowledgeable pharmacists and a couple of good techs, at a really busy location. Check out peeps are as bright as small appliance bulbs, stock peeps are ok. Place is fairly clean and customer service is above average. If you have to drop off a script you will be waiting for several hours so plan accordingly and pick up next day.

This pharmacy customer service and friendliness is rolling down the hill very quickly, patients files are not updated, inactive prescriptions fulfilled, new prescriptions are ignored, change in doses is ignored, bad or non-existing communications with doctor offices, pharmacy staff advise customers to pay retail price instead of fulfilling the prescription, the list of bad experience is longer than allowed space in this review. It is obvious that the CVS is not as good as it used to be, and, probably, one of reasons is that the pharmacy team is (absolutely obviously) very understaffed and overused, there are no happy faces on the pharmacy floor. Time to switch back to Walgreens, the question is is it better there?

0 Stars!They have screwed up one prescription 4 times in the past 2 months leaving me without the medication I need! Incompetent techs (some who wear headphones and others who are just plain rude.)No one answers the phoneBlame their mistakes on the patients.

I think all CVS are great. The pharmacy staffs especially are wonderful: they'll hurry to get your order filled before closing or even stay open a few minutes longer if you happen to arrive at 8:59:59. My experience today at this CVS really made my day tho. I did something really dumb, but one call to the store and speaking to Ezra solved the problem quickly. I will be making this CVS my regular one!

CVS was out of a medication i need. The pharmacist told me another cvs had it and “ if I bring her some small chocolates she’ll take good care of me”.Bribery is now needed to get a prescription filled?

Waited on hold because I needed information on a prescription. After 40 minutes no one answered. The last time I called for prescription info, I was hung up on before I was finished asking my question. I guess it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

I have never written a review, but after my horrible experience, I have been compelled to do so. The pharmacy staff here is so incredibly rude. I called about a prescription and I have never experienced someone be some outright nasty, especially for such a routine and easy task. My family and I will be changing pharmacies immediately and will never bring our business here again.

The pharmacy staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and brush you off. They aren’t willing to discuss any issues or try to offer any type of solution. Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life. I spent 2 hours trying to understand why a prescription wasn’t covered. They kept telling me to call my insurance and handed me a paper saying see it was denied. My insurance said they was no reason it should be denied. The insurance ended up calling the pharmacy with me on 3-way to find out they never entered mother insurance card number correctly. I didn’t get an apology and when I showed up to get the medication it was basically thrown on the counter at me.

Pharmacy staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They messed up my medications almost every single month and then had the audacity to scream at me and blame me for their screw ups. I have since boycotted all CVSs because of their horrible treatment. They also repeatedly misgendered me because I stood up to them instead of accepting their insanity and terrible service, they should all lose their jobs and be replaced with an entirely new crew.

Not writing this to be mean. The young man working there probably needs help. He is behaving extremely odd. He is giving customers the speaker to make announcements. He was making racist comments and phrases to a Chinese customer. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable from the second we walked in (extremely odd wave that lasted a long time). He straight up threw a box across the store. Please help this young man/he is not ok to be interacting with customers. Other worker “ezra” was professional and very nice. I don’t know how he puts up with it and it is not fair to him.He did not wear a name tag. Slender young man with beard and dark hair

Hello. This is in response to a review by Sergio Dias. I know of which employee Mr.Dias is referring to. I have gone to this cvs for years, and the employee in question has been nothing but kind and helpful. I also know that Mr.Dias was caught stealing from multiple stores around me, and has since been banned from this cvs. It seems like a sorry attempt to retaliate at the employee who caught him. Mr.Dias, not writing this to be mean, but you probably need help. Your behavior is extremely odd. I can recommend a good psychiatric hospital for you, you just have to promise not to steal from there.

The pharmacist MAGGIE CHAN is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. While attempting to refill a prescription for blood pressure medication she told me she didn’t care, spoke over me and in a condescending voice. I would avoid this location at all costs. This is clearly not a professional and she certainly doesn’t care about the well-being of customers. I’m very disappointed in my experience

Fast, friendly help filling prescriptions today. I've moved all of ours here from Linden Street CVS because that location is too busy (they're nice on Linden Street- just way too busy). Pharm tech was very helpful, meds were in stock, and scrips were ready fast.

English as a (distant) second language for all pharmacy staff. It was impossible to correct even their simple misspelling of my name, let alone address complex questions regarding insurance coverage and a drug interaction question. Usually I have found cvs pharmacies to be wonderfully helpful...but not this one.

The ironic thing is I'll still frequent here because it is so convenient for me. Unfortunately they don't stock as nearly as many things as the other stores in the area. They are also frequently out of items as well. As far as the pharmacy goes... let's leave that one alone. They have made so serious mistakes with medications to say the least. Bottom line, it's convenient.

Hopefully, more additional info about how to get those cool pocket-size cards w/ our bar codes on them (i.e. S/S in Allston) to reduce the darn annoying hassle of having to reopen our wallets (i.e. Household and/or oral health).
