Yesterday I bought my Pitbull a black hoodie from this place made by Canada Pooch. When I got it home and tried it on my dog something was VERY wrong with the dye inside the hoodie. Literally black powder/dust went flying everywhere, up our noses, all over the house, all over my pets. My dog looked like a coal miner covered in mystery ICK! I had to bathe my dog immediately until the water went cold and it took me five hours to clean up the mess from the dye. Even after bathing my dog, I was still cleaning this powder off his face, arms, legs. I was majorly concerned about my dog and I inhaling this and not to be crude- my boogers were completely black from the dye even the next morning.The store was willing to give me my money back, thus the 1-star. However, I have spent hundreds of dollars and have referred multiple customers here, I am feeling unhappy. I was expecting more empathy for the inconvenience and my health concerns. I understand you guys are a small business, but this was a seriously troublesome experience for me as a pet owner. They said they will contact Canadia Pooch, but when I mentioned possibly shopping elsewhere due to not being satisfied with this experience the manager questioned, "should they bother contacting them if I'm not coming back?"As a former manager, I wish they would have offered to wash my dog or even "throw him a bone" for the hellacious night we experienced. I understand you did not manufacture this product, but you should stand behind what you are selling, especially if is exploding all over customers. An, "I'm incredibly sorry this happened to you and your dog" would have gone a long way for me.

PT Pet Supply is my go-to store for any of my pets needs. They carry an array of awesome foods, treats, toys and anything else you might need for your pet family. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and can always recommend a product that I may not have been aware of. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

Liz groomed both our coonhounds yesterday. She did an outstanding job. She was absolutely amazing with them despite my Huck being exceptionally stubborn and wanting all her attention. Both boys came home clean and smelling nice and their nails trimmed perfectly and that I am sure was the hardest part for her. I would also like to say that I absolutely LOVE their neck ties. They both look extra handsome. Thank you Liz ❤ from all of us

All the ladies who work here, are always very helpful and super friendly! I've been coming here for years, and that's how it's been every time I come! Including today's visit! Today was the 1st time I brought my dog Taffy here to have her nails done. Lynda absolutely did the best job cutting her nails, out of all the people I've taken her to! And, it was the least expensive too! Taffy will definitely be back for all future nail cuttings! She's so quiet when going across the kitchen floor now! Thank you Lynda for the great job you did! In a culture where big box stores and online orders are all the rage, it's so refreshing to come across a local store who takes enough pride in both their products and customer service to keep me coming back. Yolanda and her whole team take so much care to listen to our concerns and to recommend appropriate products, regardless of whether they are available in store or not, our pups leave their grooming appointments happy and flawlessly done and my husband and I know each time we go we will be greeted with warmth. Excellent example of a shopping local success story!

My review is more of a PSA to others - I didn't end up receiving services from PT Pet Supply. I called two/three weeks ago and spoke to Cindy about my dog, his needs, and appointment ideas. She made me feel so comfortable, and I was excited. She made our appointment for 9am on Sunday, an hour before the store opens, to accommodate my dog's needs. I drove 30 minutes to the store, and Cindy did not show. I called her cell phone number twice, she did not pick up, and she did not return my voicemail. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but it is now been 3 days without a response. Nicole was wonderful and prompt in trying to address this. I believe she and the other employees are great. But if you are making an appointment, do not make your appointment with Cindy.

Amazing place. After being turned away from woofys I called to ask if my girl Daisy could get her nails done right away and though I could tell it was busy, Cindy told me to bring her on in. When I got there I browsed a bit and they have such cool stuff there that u can't find anywhere else. She did amazing on Daisy's nails I was completely satisfied and though long over due she did perfect, I was so happy ! Price was fair and Daisy is a happy girl. My mom gets all our other dogs food here that you can't find at your regular Walmarts/grocery stores because he needs a bland diet and they are always stocked and customer service is on point with total professionalism.They adore all the dogs that come in and even leave filtered waterfall like water for the dogs that come in on a hot day. I thought that was so sweet. Super knowledgeable workers that know what they are talking about. I found my new place to bring my dogs for their nails ! Thanks Cindy 😊 it was so worth it and I look forward to coming back !

This is the BEST place for your dog’s needs!! They are all really knowledgeable, friendly and kind!! I needed a special food for my dogs that included grains. Yolanda knew just how to help me and already had the food in stock. They carry dog treats, toys, bedding etc. They also carry cat food and supplies as well as things for other pets. If you need help or information on pet needs or supplies , this is the place for you!!!

Helpful, friendly, honest service!! I've been coming here for years! The groomer is AMAZING!!! My cat got her nails trimmed and I think she actually enjoyed it! They love animals and it shows!!! Gorgeous red head at the counter, will answer ANY pet questions that you may have! You leave happy!

I love the people who work here. The one lady who I think is the owner because she is there a lot is just SO NICE!! A true animal lover. I have a really picky cat and she sent me home 1 day with about 3 cans of food to sample. They also sell these catnip cat toys my cats go nuts for. If she doesnt have something she will send you to who does. Absolutely my favorite pet needs store. I've found so many things here. Thanks PT!

Had an issue with family members dog, went here in need of advice. Cindy was amazing and helped me get everything I needed to comfort Lucky the chihuahua! I went in here for my first time yesterday and I loved the place. I was looking for something to help sooth my dogs feet and keep them safe from the winter road salt. I had called my local vet office asking for something for my dog and they had nothing. A few more failed attempts at calling local Veterinarian Offices and getting no where had me discouraged. Then I remembered all the good things I have heard about PT Pet Supply so I called them up. Yolanda was whom I spoke to on the phone and she was very helpful and polite. She told me she had just the right stuff for me. I took the 20 min ride out there and I was very impressed with the selection of items and quality of the products being sold there, I was hooked. Yolanda showed me exactly what I needed and the price was very reasonable. I also was able to find what I would call shoe/socks for my dogs feet as well, I always need XL when it comes to her and they actually had the items I wanted in stock. I also asked about a supplement for my 10 year old dog and they had just the right supplement. My dog likes the supplement more then I liked the price she has been licking her plate clean. The staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The place was clean and filled with a ton of great deals and products. I will never buy something for my dog online again, nor will I go to PetSmart or Petco. I am very happy that I finally went to PT Pet Supply I will definitely not be shopping anywhere else, ever.

This is a small buisness that has a lot to offer. Great staff that was very willing to help in any way. They have a surprisingly large variety of items to choose from and are reasonably priced though sadly can't compete with the chains and big box stores. If you can spare the extra to help a local family shop here, you won't regret it.

Another small business, but they don't have a great variety of things for the little dog ! Most of the products are for medium and bigger dogs ! Plenty of chew toys and collars, and some brands of food! But if you have a fussy dog you won't find the food and kind of stuff for them!

I love this place. Roxie love going there to get her food we are still trying to find a new treat she will eat the only treat she would ever eat was the duck chips. My reasons for going to PT for my cat supplies- They don't just sell any old products. Yolanda chooses high quality foods, litter, treats, topicals, and supplements for the inventory. The prices are very reasonable too. When you shop here, you get the satisfaction of not only helping a small, locally-owned business, but also knowing that the staff can help answer care questions with ease from their personal experiences with products they sell. Every interaction I have there shows me that PT Pet Supply loves to take care of people who take care of animals.

Great local small business!! New to the area and was very happy to find they carry all the brands I use for my animal family... 2 guinea pigs..(local timothy and sweet meadow hay from Sherborn MA sweet meadow farms). A huge cat..strictly taste of the wild... And a tiny yorkie!! Who also eats strictly taste of the wild and they have small breed formula which i can rarely find...they have lots of healthy treats including freeze dried liver, that we had tried only once but couldn't find... Plus plenty of items I've yet to discover.... Also a birthday cupcake 🎂 for Cheebah who will be 3 on July 30!! They have a groomer too... Which I'm looking for in my new area... Thanks!! I'll be back!!

This is a store where the owner obviously focussed on providing a quality product. The staff, and owner, are always looking to help, and are very approachable to answer questions. We used to shop at the big box stores, until we discovered this privately owned gem in our own community.

Good store for supplies but I really think they should add more varieties to their dog food including science diet and other dog foods like Petco carries instead of small variety to get more customers
