West End Cabinets grossly overestimated their ability to install built in bookshelves. The design, craft and process was sloppy and the finished product looks worse than an IKEA product. I asked for Walnut, got cheap composites. I asked for a mantel and got a glued together composite that's already cracking, the team damaged the surrounding walls and trim. I provided photos and was convinced of their ability to do a project like this. Everything about the actual product looks cheap and flimsy.I am redoing the work with a proper carpenter. The only thing I asked of West End is to remove this monstrosity, to which they won't answer my emails. I can recommend them for a closet install, but nothing that you'd want viewed every day or considered fine craft.

I was there with a friend who needed some recommendations for cabinets in her childrens‘ room. The owner Sevil gave her different ideas what could be the best way for her needs and wishes. I liked the way how she listened without pushing her to take any decision yet; she was very kind and we could also chat and drink a coffee there. My friend would also like to have designed her kitchen by them once she has her own house. Thanks! My friend told me she is planning to hire them for her cabinets.

High quality materials, a lot of models to choose, very good communication. Every call that I made they rsponded immediatly. Before they start to do my cabinets they came at my house to verify their measurements for high accuracy, when they insalled averythinf fit perfectly. The lady in office explained the bill in detail. Very good people very nice place. I was happy I worked with them.

West End did a great job with our kitchen cabinets. They listened to our plans and came up with a great design. They even accommodated our requests to make some changes in the middle of the project. The cabinets are great. Our kitchen looks wonderful. They are great to work with. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We highly recommend them.

Westend Cabinets did incredible job with my new kitchen!I had undertaken a huge remodel earlier in the year and the kitchen was the last project on my list. They came up with an amazing kitchen design and was patient and helpful when I requested changes. Once they started the install, the whole kitchen was up in three days. They were also nice enough to get my sink back up and running on the second day! It was a great experience and I love my new kitchen. I have never seen this much useful and good-looking cabinets at the same time. They produce their kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets with high European-style quality.(They also produce any cabinets you want) You are going to feel yourself precious and priviliged. Definitely recommended, you should stop by and ask for Sevil to help you.
