Top notch daycare and boarding. High standards of cleanliness, safety, as well as love and affection towards the dogs. Staff have been there long term and develop close relationships with the dogs. Teddy (our 3yo goldendoodle) loves everyone there, enjoys his dog friends, and typically boards in suites which are spacious, clean and nice. Boarding combined with daycare makes Toureen a second home for Teddy. We are VERY grateful since we feel our dog is safe and happy!

We take our 4 yr old black lab to Toureen regularly for boarding (5-8 times a year). The staff are extremely kind, helpful and care for our dog as if she was their own. Toureen is not cheap, however quality service and surety are well worth the peace of mind. We also use Toureen’s grooming services. There’s nothing better than picking up our happy (and clean) pup at the end of a trip. The butt waggles alone are worth every penny

This place is awesome. I called on a Sunday in desperate need of a bath/hair cut for my mini goldendoodle, Daisy. Chris answered the phone and was super accommodating and friendly. The next morning I brought Daisy in for her appointment and the experience was great. Chris and the gal working at the reception desk were totally understanding of how I didn't want Daisy's hair cut too short, but enough to clean her up. They assured me they would call me if they felt they needed to take more off (due to possible matting). The end result was great! Daisy looked fabulous and she knew it too! She had the biggest smile on her face all day! I'm so glad to have discovered Toureen!

Awful place!Our 4 months old puppy went there twice and the second time we got a call that he is hurt. He was left UNSUPERVISED all by himself and broke his leg and needed surgery. They even had video proof! Unbelievable!Facility denied and didn't offer to help cover the costs. Terrible experience and rude staff.Would NEVER recommend!

Toureen Pet Resort and Spa is our go to pet resort and spa and we live in Cape Cod! The staff has always treated us with respect and kindness. We have been dropping our 15 month old border collie and australian shepherd mix at Toureen for Day care ever since he was 6 months old. He loves it there and always comes home happy and tired!! We really like the facility. It's clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It tends to get busy at pick up and drop off times so if you need time to chat with the staff then pick any other time during the day. They have an outdoor play area where they split the dogs into 2 groups - large dogs and small & medium dogs - which is great. They also have an indoor play area for when it rains. They're great with posting on Instagram so one can see what their puppers are up to. They are also kind and responsive through email or phone calls for specific updates. Highly recommend for Doggy Day Care!

Disappointed in the communication.I have a big dog, he’s goofy, friendly, but maybe impatient. On my 2 week trip, I reached out several times to check on him and got by back, “he’s shy, but overall having a good time and is a good dog.” Upon pickup, I was told he was aggressive although he never bit anyone nor growled at anyone. Like I said he’s impatient and if they would have mentioned that, I would have let them know how to handle it. However, they blacklisted me after making several plans and booking other stays.Also they said they “groomed him” but he smells like he’s not had a bath for 2 months.

Second grooming visit my dog had. He is a maltese. They cut him extremely short, which is not what i asked for. My dog came home after grooming with cuts on his leg, and chest. He has not been eating and in pain until I noticed what was going on. He came back from the vet 2 days ago. I absolutely will never recommend taking your pet here to groom.

It's a good place to bring your dog, seems like they're well taken care of. My biggest gripe is that it is so wildly expensive. It cost 200 dollars to board my dog for two nights, they charged me for a full day of daycare for picking him up 2 hrs after the noon checkout (could not be avoided, I had to travel all day from out of state.) It's highway robbery, would be nice if they had an hourly or even half day rate for those circumstances. They also charge a "peak" fee during summer which is more than their already-exorbitant rate.

My dog Jameson loves going to Toureen for daycare. I also use them for boarding when I cannot take him on overnight trips. I know he will be well taken care of there and have a great time with his doggy and human friends. The staff and management are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Toureen.

We left our precious dog in this place’s care for a few hours while we attended my graduation. They apparently sent him home with another person and tried to give us some one else’s dog when we returned for pick up. While they did call and sort out the dogs, this level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Almost had a heart attack. I will never ever entrust my dog to this place again.Update 5 days after our pickup: our dog came home and has been throwing up and unable to eat for the last few days. We did not change anything to his diet so our only assumption is that he caught something here or the stranger who they sent our dog home with may have fed him something that they should not have. Our pup needed to go to the vet and get an IV and medication. Our bill was 5X boarding costs here. Never again….

Although I found the staff very nice, My dog was there from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon and when I picked her up, not only she was not happy but also was super thirsty. She drank two big bowls of water in 5 minutes. I could also feel that she is running a low fever because of dehydration.I called them and talked to the owner( I think) who was a very nice gentleman who just told me he is sorry!This was an expensive boarding with poor service. I will not board my dog there next time and would not recommend it to anyone either.

I boarded my dachshund here when our usual kennel was booked up for the holiday weekend. I was a little nervous sending him somewhere new as he suffers from separation anxiety and we've had bad experiences with other boarding facilities. My fears immediately subsided when I dropped him off, the staff was so friendly and my pup went right with them without any complaint. When I picked him up he was his usual happy self, the staff member who brought him out was so gentle and kind, I know my pup had a great experience at Toureen!

I cannot recommend Toureen for your dog's daycare enough! All of the staff are SO loving/kind toward the dogs. I've been taking my rescue there for a few months now and Toureen communicates any issues/posts pictures throughout the day. We love Toureen!!

Had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my dog in for his first day, the lady I spoke to on the phone ahead of arrival and spoke with at the front desk was very rude and just seemed put out by everything. She did not check my vaccinations until after I had picked my dog up (Luckily my dog has everything he needs!) but that worries me A LOT with so many dogs in one place.I was already really put off and hadn't brought him back since because of the attitude but today, several weeks later, I have now noticed that my dog has contracted ear mites and I have to assume he received them from here. There are so many reviews of other pet owners having their pets brought back with infections or kennel cough and now I know why. I will not be bringing my boy back here.Side Note: The staff I spoke to who took my dog and brought him back to after daycare were so kind and wonderful! Thank you to those two people!

Gave them just the right amount of food for our dog's stay. Maybe a quarter of it was gone when we picked him up. He was noticeably larger in the gut so likely they just fed him their normal food. For a better experience, I would encourage them to send an update on the dog with a photo for stays more than a few days. Seems like a good, clean place.

I can't say enough positive things about Toureen. Our dog loved going here for play days and overnight stays. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot he would perk up and was ready to get out of the car! The staff is incredible; they knew our dog by name and he obviously loved spending time with them. Additionally, our dog unfortunately had a medical emergency (due to an underlying health condition) while staying over night and the staff handled the situation perfectly. They got him immediate care and contacted us while we were out of town to make us aware. They even called a few days after just to check in on how he was doing. The best grooming, play, and boarding facility we've experienced yet.

From the day I got Dani this was her home away from home and staff is her family. Unfortunately we had moved out of the area. Today, three years later; I called to see if by some small chance they would be able to take her in while I was in my appointment. They said absolutely! They asked me just to provide her updated vaccinations. When I arrived, I called the main number and they immediately answered. I let them know I had arrived and shortly after the gentleman came out to retrieve her. She was excited to see him! They always treat us so great so I am not shocked but if you live in the area, they are the absolute spot to bring your pet!

I have a strong negative reaction to receiving any medical information in a public open seated area where everyone is within earshot of the conversation. I also don’t like not being invited into the exam room. Covid is no longer an excuse. It’s just plain rude. When I asked to have the conversation about my pets’ results in a more private area, the technician looked at me with distain but complied. The Vet, however, proceeded to talk to us in the waiting area listing all details about our two animals. Why aren’t people more bothered by this?

My dog loves its here. Always happy when pulling into the parking lot for daycare. He gets so excited when the staff come out to get him. I can tell they treat all the dogs great. Wouldn't want to send my dog anywhere else and he comes back tired and well behaved!

This place is a one-stop shop and their prices are reasonable and fair. They are also super accommodating for boarding times. I feel that they are super fair. Often I feel like I am being pushed into different vet plans but I never felt that way here. They are all super kind people too. Makes our time there very pleasant.

*YOUR PUP WILL GET SICK* I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I do not play around when it comes to my little one. I have a golden lab and I left him here for about 4 days. When I picked him up, the staff told me he had diarrhea which they claimed started that morning (I gave them his pre portioned food so im not sure where it came from unless they didn’t follow my instruction). He also has not stopped coughing and wheezing profusely! I was so worried and ended up having to take him to the vet 2 days after I picked him up. No one told me about this and after viewing the other reviews by “most recent” I see it has happened to others and they also were never notified. It is ridiculous that we pay so much to make sure our pets are in good hands, when clearly they are not. Go somewhere else, I strongly do not advise this place for anyone.

They took great care of our dog over the years, and at 17 we recently had to put her down. The staff was amazing, very kind, and understanding which made the process so much easier for the family.

We kenneled our Greyhound here several times for short weekend stays all the way up to a week and every time went well.They take caring for the dogs very seriously and they really make an effort to make sure they give your pet what they need. When we left our dog there and we called to check in we would always get someone who knew how he was doing, what other dogs he was playing with, if he was eating well, etc.I'd definitely recommend this place to other people in the area.

We just recently boarded our German shepherd at toureen pet resort and absolutely loved the service we received. Everyone was so nice and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I also love that the owners and employees own German Shepherds! When we picked our dog up he was so excited to see us and acted like his normal self which made me feel great as I am always nervous to leave my dog. It is so reassuring to know your dog is not stuck in a kennel all day and has the option to play in daycare all day, go for a river walk and get extra play time. We will definitely use this facility as our go to for boarding!!
