We had a good experience shopping here. We found what we needed (men’s dress shirts) plus another item, overall satisfied with selection and prices. This is a clean-appearing, spacious store. Dressing room was clean, and the process was convenient. Lots of shopping carts. Parking is convenient as well.

Great place to find almost everything you need when it comes to clothes. During Christmas you can find anything you need to be ready for the season. To be honest I couldn't walk all of it, but I'm definitely coming back! Everything looks more organized than Burlington, also they have they own brand "marshall", so you'll be able to find popular brands and also Marshall's

I asked for a new credit card because mine was expired and the employee run my credit and gave me an extention of credit. Which I did not approve, hurting my credit. Answer I got was I am sorry. They did not correct the transaction.

I've already left long winded praise on TJMaxx. Marshall's is a sister company and just as good. Brand names for less (do they still have this slogan?) and they mean it.

Really, really poor service from the manager here. But the cashiers and employees will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Very impressed with the employees here, with the exception of the manager at 1:47PM on Sunday, November 5th, 2023. I won't be returning again, only due to the poor social skills of the manager.

Miserable experience. First off store is trash stuff everywhere’s manager is a conceded narcissist named Jose. The customer service from Ardyelle was no better. Again terrible customer service expertise will never come back to this location. Try needham where there is class and people know how to treat others!!!

Good selection of mark downs, better selection for women. This location has a good deal of home goods, toys, etc you might not see at other locations. Parking is free at Arsenal Yards

Marshalls is a store for the most generally needed goods. This year Christmas shopping is different: there is no reall holiday SALE at all for whole store.

Marshalls is under rebuilding and it reopened in spring 2019 .this is what is going on with the ARSENAL MALL all the stores have been closed for the rebuilding .My next visit I will send pictures of how the Mall will look like.

Best retail chain for brand-name clothing in best prices. Items are well organized, availability of almost all sizes. There is also section for kids and babies. They have return policy up to 30 days, you can exchange the product or even return it and get your money back. I highly recommend to visit any Marshalls store!

My to-go place for guys stuff. Better than the Marshalls downtown and the TJ Maxx because they actually have my size. Great quality items at a discounted price. Please don't go here so I can buy my size

Save yourself the hassle and go across the street to Target. Employees are incompetent, and when you do get someone’s attention they then proceed to follow you around the store as if you’re going to steal something. Especially now that they are under construction they are especially snippy. Used to love this store but the service is abismal, the quality for what you pay is not worth it. Go to target, shoot, go to your neighbors garbage because that’s the real equivalent of this store.

Alerted customer service to a faulty dangerous product that could possibly cause rust poisoning and they did not care or notify management or corporate. They refused refund or store credit. I've alerted the better business bureau and will never ever shop at this department store again.

Its Marshall's so it's always hit or miss. Sometimes I find great deals other times not so much. The whole mall is under construction and this Marshall's isnt the most organized but the staff is friendly and I usually walk away with something I wanted or needed.

I am usually not a complainer but felt i needed to say something. The cashier was very rude. She argued on giving me cash back on a gift card of $1.05.Who wants a balance of $1.05 on a card?I believe in Massachusetts the store is obligated to give you cash back if the balance is under $5. Not very good customer service. #badcustomerservicemarshalls

This Marshall's is not bad. I've been coming to the Arsenal Mall for a long time and this is really all that's left of it. However there's new construction for a complex with a giant foundation in fruition on the horizon. So be careful of the detours in the lot, driving and walking.
