Chronically understaffed. I really feel bad for the folks who work here; it’s not their fault that CVS as a company won’t fix the staffing issues.It’s not uncommon to have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes just to talk to someone. The company’s apparent solution is to aggressively push their CVS app, but it’s useless if there’s an insurance issue that requires human intervention.Will be switching to Belmont Pharmacy, which looks like it actually cares about their patients and staff.

Honestly one of the rudest, meanest, nastiest pharmacies I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, terrible personalities. The pharmacy people should work for the garbage companies because they treat people like trash. Literally go down the street to Linden St. They are so much nicer. Do not waste your time, these people will ruin your day.

Extremely disappointed. My family uses this pharmacy for over 5 years. They always contacted doctor when prescription had to be refilled. Last week I ordered online (as I usually did before) refill of RX Aspirin for my husband and got email confirming that prescription will be refilled on 5/20 at 2pm. I usually get text messages as prescription is ready. Did not get any text today, called the pharmacy, was told there that we have to contact the doctor asking for the prescription. I did call doctor's office. Prescription will be sent to Pharmacy tomorrow. My husband had two heart attacks, he has to take Aspirin every day. He is out of pills as of today. I was advised by the Pharmacy represantative to buy the medication over the counter "because it is anyway not covered by insurance" as she said. It was not a good advice because my husband takes a diffetent kind of pills than sold over the counter. When I called doctor's office, they said pharmacy usually contacts them when patient has no refills left. I have never had before such unpleasant experience with this pharmacy. Will think about transferring to a different one.
