Worst CVS pharmacy ever. It easily takes 5 days to fill a prescription. Often you need two visits to pick up your prescription - once to get them working on it, and the second time a day or two later to pick it up. The line is almost always long and slow. Some pharmacists are kind while a few are just on the edge every time I see them. I live nearby and am fed up with this service and want to move to another pharmacy at this point

Did you know that sometimes people have health care related questions and you might have to answer them? Do you understand that giving them attitude from the start is not helpful? And that making them shout their personal health related questions over a wall instead of taking the time to walk to the consultation window to speak to them is rude and unprofessional?

The customer service I received during the pharmacy checkout was less than satisfactory. The technician was rude and unbecoming of a CVS employee especially being at the forefront of encountering patients and caregivers. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. She was dismissive and passive aggressive with her word choice. When I asked her about picking-up my child’s prescription, the technician stated rudely that I had to go the other counter to put in a new refill. I proceed to explain to her the refill should be ready since I received a text stating the prescription was ready for pick-up. I proceeded to tell her this was my 3rd time coming for my son’s prescription, when I received a text. Once I purchased other child’s medication, she again stated I had to go speak with the pharmacist about refilling the prescription. I proceed to explain to her it would have been appropriate to attempt to rectify the issue instead of speaking to me in a condescending tone. The pharmacist attempted to interject choosing a side prior to listening to both parties. I ended up getting my child’s prescription. The prescription was in the system; however, no thanks to any parties involved attempting to take the additional steps to rectify issue.
