Went to here with my mother a few days ago. Very disappointed. Shelves were empty, very little produce and it didn't look good. Waited forever to get checked out. There are like 18 lanes and only 1 was open and full of people. Really Walmart? Service desk said in 10 min they would have another person to run another checkout lane and the people at the service desk wouldn't start a register themselves. When she finally got to us, others in line, she had to use the bathroom badly but she couldn't because she's not allowed to leave her station without someone to take her place, otherwise they would fire her. This is absolutely ridiculous. And Walmart doesn't listen to their customers or even their staff.

This is by far the best Walmart I have ever stepped into. I’ve been into a lot of these freaking stores too. I like going to Walmart cause I can get my feet wet inside the bathroom when nobody is looking. Would absolutely come in this one again.

They need to hire cashier three open twenty people at self checkout if I have to scan what I buy they should give me a five percent discount plus you can order stuff online and get it faster than standing in line

Every time I go to this Walmart, I am completely satisfied…it is always well stocked and the employees are always happy to help when I have difficulty finding a particular item. It’s my go to place for everything I need! Thank you Walmart!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped at the Ware, Mass location. This has to be one of the nicest Wal-Marts I've been to. Sadly, it's still a Wal-Mart. Sure beats going to the Worcester location.

Walmart is absolutely not the lowest price anything any longer. They've become so big they think they are the best. So far from the truth it's not funny. When I used to be able to buy 60 large white eggs for 3.33 in Ware to now charging 17-18$ and that's the low end I can't see the justification of it. Are they suddenly made of gold or something. I'm tired of hearing about the shortages. It makes no sense at all.3/30/24Went in for cabbage, carrots and potatoes. They actually had all. Cabbage was over priced as usual but when that's what's for dinner you buy. I really don't care for this store they very seldom have what I want. Big shocker today.

Sometimes Walmart can be frustrating, but the employees have to be applauded. If you get groceries curbside, consider letting them make substitutions. They're good at it. You might find a new favorite.

Best Walmart around. Not crazy busy, and spread out nicely. The garden center has plenty of healthy flowers. The store is always well stocked and tidy. It's worth the extra drive to go here. UPDATE: If still remains one of the best Walmart stores in the area. Plenty of selection, friendly staff, and clean. It's worth the extra trip.

Only two cashier's working, I waited 27 minutes before I reached the cashier,after I paid I checked my receipt and was over charged on three different occasions on the receipt. So upsetting. Im getting ready to not be a Walmart customer.

I went to optical eye glass in Walmart I saw a very pair of glasses that I liked the optician lady that waited on me was very nice and I love my glasses and the price was fantastic I was glad I stopped there.i was in the store shopping for a couple of things and went through self checkout which was convenient as I'm checking out my stuff I heard this older gentleman asking for help 3 times and the lady that was watching the checkouts said to the man that she couldn't help so I turned my head and looked her I wasn't very happy she was so rude to the man with her angry voice and said I can't help you .I was not liking her at all.why is it every time I go in there someone seems to have a big chip on there shoulder. I do like walmart prices although they have gone up like every where but sometimes I very disappointed they aren't friendly.

Walmart in Ware MA is horrible. This was my experience tonight (and many evenings); ONLY ONE regular cashier and a line a mile long. Plenty of employees at self checkout and at customer service desk. Refused to check me out at customer service. Seth acting manager was a jerk! Many people upset by poor management!

Came in last week and had the best cashier! Her name was Marta; she was very friendly, quick and efficient. She double-bagged heavy items without me having to ask, and gave an extra twist to the cap on the laundry detergent. It was obvious from how quickly she worked that these are things that she does all the time. These little things make a big difference!

Bought a product from them that was reduced and they charged me the full price. When I brought it to their attention they told me I had to come back into the store. The store is 40+ miles from my home. It would cost more in gas than I would get back. They told me it is their policy not to do any transactions by phone. This basically means they can steal from you. If I can provide all documentation they should be able to do it.

They didn't have a lot of people on the floor so it was hard to get help and some of the police didn't know the merchandise very well but they were polite and courteous and willing to help

All weekend 1 person working the deli and three lanes out of twenty every weekend! Took 40 minutes to get half a pound of cheese at 8pm!!
