Steve did a great job sanding down my American Cherry floors.Not only was he on time and budget, but his work was flawless.They vacuumed up very well when the sanding was done as well.We could not be more pleased with the work they just completed. After moving into my new house, I knew the hardwood floors needed some TLC. Mr. Sousa was referred to me by my realtor and was very easy to contact. He started on my floors within 5 days of communicating with him (despite his busy summer schedule). I was nervous about certain spots due to "animal" staining and dry wood cracking. He was able to work his magic and the floors came out immaculate! He used a semi-gloss finish and it really made them shine! I would highly recommend him to anyone for his expertise and professionalism.
