Lowe’s itself is great. Never had an issue with their products. But this location is the worst. Every time I come here there’s a disgruntled employee. One time we couldn’t find the code for bricks I had and so another employee went looking and I said what I thought it was. It was actually another code but they were in the wrong spots. So as I check out the woman starts telling the other employee how that’s why she always checks because people make up prices. I didn’t make up anything the bricks were placed right in front of this code I even took a picture. Then today I’m just checking out at self checkout after I smiled at the guy standing there with no response. And I turn around and he has his hands in my cart pulling things out and when I ask what he’s doing he says he needs to make sure the bins aren’t coded separately. Cool.. why don’t you say that first before you just start grabbing things out of my cart. Totally bizarre. I got a Lowe’s credit card to use here for home improvements and I never use it because this location is awful. You just never feel welcome.

I went to the Lowe's in Ware Massachusetts today and had a wonderful experience with a woman named Lisa. She went above and beyond to help me with some totes I was purchasing for a customer. She located some way up in a different area of the store and arranged for the fork lift to bring them down for me. I want to acknowledge her for her kindness and patience today. Thank you Lisa from a very happy customer.

I won't be back. Employees act like your bothering them when you need help, that is if you can get one that's not too busy on their cell phone. I waited for help at the paint counter for 15 minutes and had to get customer service to call someone and she was annoyed. Also self check only. Maybe if management could get the employees off their phones someone could work a register. I'll be closing my account and going to home depot from now on. Poorly managed store.

I just purchased a lawn mower and was assisted by Brian, Darren, and Kathy. They helped me with choosing a model as well as loading it into my car. I didn’t realize quite how large the box was, but they got it to fit in my car, even around some boards that I had purchased. I am really grateful for the extra hands because I couldn’t have done it myself.

The staff is both friendly and helpful...I was looking for a particular Lutron product. The Lowes website had listed it as out on the shelf. However after careful searching I couldn't find it. With the aid of a couple staff members, it was determined that the product I was looking for was in a box on the top shelf...the staff promptly got the product down from the top shelf and made a space for it on a more reachable shelf for other customers who might be looking for the same product...no fuss.

The size of a product on the website, on the package, and size of the actual product do not come close to matching. When calling customer service you have to navigate what must be the most unbearable bot directory I've ever encountered. When you are finally connected with customer service they are combative and rude. I requested if I were to make arrangements to have the mislabeled product returned that I could have the correct product shipped to me in the meantime and was scoffed at. I work constantly with different vendors and this has been the most infuriating experience. If you find a lower priced item at Lowe's they have achieved this by outsourcing their customer service department to Blackwater mercenaries.

Bought an oven here. Installed it and it immediately gave an error. Reached out to get it replaced and was told they wouldn’t help and to call manufacturer. Frigidaire has sent a tech 3 times, who also broke our cabinet, and it’s still not fixed. Have tried asking Lowe’s to help or replace and they refuse. Frigidaire cannot get a tech to come fix but refuse to replace. I’ll be going through thanksgiving and now Christmas without an oven after paying $3000. Will not stand behind their products unless you buy their extended warranty even if they sold a broken appliance right out the box. You took more than 48 hours to deliver so you wouldn’t accept it as a return. Go somewhere else when buying an appliance.

I had a washer/dryer delivery & installation set for Sunday. Not only did I not receive a call with SOME something of time window, they showed up at 8:05 in the morning. My husband and I were still in bed.We live on the third floor. They refused to bring them up past the second door and just left them there (on neighbor’s area.)Not bringing it into our actual apartment, of course, meant no installation.I went in to the store to complain, but all I received was an apology.My friend who works at a different Lowe’s told me that the moving company is XPO.The salesperson totally misled me by telling us they would deliver and install. The movers were very rude and not helpful at all.I am beyond disappointed and angry that I had to take time from work to get a friend to help me install it. The whole ordeal was so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Got a deck stain from Lowe’s to redo my porch and it’s holding up to the weather pretty good as advertised. Was fairly priced . Before and after pictures . Came out awesome.

Poor customer service. Set up date for delivery confirmed day before and morning of delivery. Waited all day to then find changed delivery for a week out without notification. Called store and said they could not deliver it for another two days. Very poor customer service waisted a day.

Love the service you get here and the garden center has amazing plants. Plenty of parking and a nice location near a Walmart which often allows me to get two things done fairly quickly. I feel like the prices here are solid and the products are solid. With any box store of this kind the wood can be hit or miss at times. Mostly for the pros as more often than not a homeowner wouldn’t know or care if something isn’t as straight as it should be or whatever the case may be. I have always been helped by employees no matter the department or the question. I am in this location twice a week once spring rolls around and it continues until late fall.

My husband and I just spent $500. on a new toilet weighing 107 pounds and 4 boxes of vinyl flooring-we were told to ask for help on our way out-WHICH WE DID--- after waiting a good 10 minutes with no sign of help we struggled to put everything in our car and just as the last box went in out saunters a person to "help". I understand that Lowes is a ware go to place but not to us---especially since employees were talking to each other in every dept and very few customers. Get it together

As a do it yourself I shop at Lowe's often. I have always had good experiences whether it'd be plumbing, electrical or carpentry, the folks there are very helpful and know their stuff especially Erica in plumbing, she's awesome!

Did not have a great experience with Lowe’s delivery service tracking. The night before delivery we were given a window of 1:30- 5:30pm. They showed up at 11:15 am and only called when they were 15 minutes away instead of the half hour they were supposed to. I was not home since I wasn’t expecting the delivery until later. The tracking on the Lowe’s website still indicated that the delivery was scheduled for 1:30-5:30pm at that time. Also, received a text message at 2:30pm that our delivery had just arrived. Three days later (today), I received a text, at 8am saying “great news, your lowe’s order has been delivered”. SMH

The only one working in the whole store was the gentleman that cut my very difficult shade.Everyone else is standing around having a grand ole time. The day before, when we first went in, we got greeted at the door. The lady working in shades was great also. Then we went to cabinet hardware and interrupted the lady having a conversation with family members and walking up and down the aisle with a sign. HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK, THEY ARE OUT THERE, YOU JUST HAVE TO PAY THEM A DECENT WAGE, AND MAKE A LITTLE LESS PROFIT!@!!@

Last night I went to Lowes and it was 5 minutes before the Lawn and Garden section closed their gates for the evening. I had to get a few bags of rocks and mulch, the staff saw me loading a large cart and they stayed open a few extra minutes so I did not have to push the large cart all the way through the store to the regular check out. I really appreciated it and that is 5-star service! Thank you Lowes in Ware!

Lowes is often our go-to due to convenience in town. One of the products we recently needed is stored up high and with a young child in tow, it’s challenging to be in the store for a very long time waiting for assistance to get a product down. Because of this, we tried to call ahead to have the product pulled down from the shelves to save some time in the store. We were met with extreme rudeness and told that because we are not “Pro” members, this cannot be done ahead of time. No other assistance was offered. Very disappointing given all the money we have spent at this store, all customers should be given the same services despite a program membership or not!!

This is the first time that I've had a problem. Bought a shop vac on line. Went to pick it up and it was a shop hose. Returned it. I noticed that I was charged for it but no credit. It was purchased on my cc and the person who did the return told me it takes up to 10 days to show up on my bank account. I didn't purchase it on my bank card, it was purchased on my Discover card..

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. My experience here was nothing but negative. Every associate that I spoke to seemed miserable and did not help me. One of them seemed like I was bothering him by asking a question of where the ceiling paint was. I would highly recommend taking a drive to a hardware store that actually cares about their customers and their job.

Incredible service provided when I purchased some flooring. The teamwork of Justin and Margaret bringing a new roll of flooring out, cutting it to length and getting us a cart was greatly appreciated.

Tried to purchase approximately $20K in cabinets from the Ware, MA Lowe’s but the worker couldn’t give us the time of day (she was not helpful ng anyone else either). Very disappointed. We will probably go with Home Depot, unless their workers can’t be bothered either.

Only complaint is having to use the self checkout because no registers are open is getting annoying. System doesn’t work well for store credit so have to go to customer service desk anyway.Plus they seem to be getting worse and worse with military discount. Scan license now and nowhere near the items they used to give a discount for. Sure it won’t be long before they do away with it entirely

Great place if you want a wrong sized door, a refrigerator that never gets delivered and an upsale after having to call and be shuffled to 4 different people on the phone. If you're a contractor looking to waste your time, stop on in!!!
