The CVS store in Ware MA has store and pharmacy personnel who truly exemplify quality customer service! They help find products and explain or recommend others without being asked. The pharmacy staff go over and above normal customer service to provide me the answers or help I need.

The pharmacy staff, in particular, Cindy is extremely rude. I had to listen to her yelling at me on the phone and she would not let me explain anything. I refuse to talk with her.
