I’ve been a CVS customer for years in different states. I prepaid on the CVS App for my husbands prescription, we had the barcode sent by email and the amount had been deducted from my checking account. When we got to the store, they said it didn’t show on their register that it was prepaid. The people at this store told us the they could do nothing to help. The co-pay on this prescription was $162.60, it’s a very expensive heart Med for my 82 year old husband. CVS in Ware, MA pretty much told us to go away. Called CVS corporate customer service, they told me we had been selected to receive a $100 bonus and asked for my checking account info so they could charge me for processing fees. I hung up! Now my bank says they can not process a refund until 7 days, CVS has our money. As soon as we scrape up enough money to pay for my husbands meds “again”, (they still have our money) we’ll go back to CVS and then we’ll be transferring our business to Walgreens! The people at this ware store are completely inept and so very rude!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called the pharmacy to check on my medication. The person who answer very rudely said "Hello, hello, hello" "what do you want". After asking about my medication status, I was told, "so what do you want" and being told that wasnt her problem. Again and again. Save yourself the headache and just go to walgreens up the street. This cemented it and I will be switching today.

If I could give zero Stars I would. It doesn't matter which CVS I've ever gone to every single one treats you like you're a junkie just because of the medication that you're on. They're judgy and they think they're better than you and it's not okay and even when my doctor called and told them she wanted my prescription filled they refused like they think they know better than an actual doctor. They're only going to lose business doing things that way and I will make sure that nobody I know goes there ever ever again!! The pharmacist was extremely rude to me AND to my doctor. It shouldn't matter if they're busy or overwhelmed patients and customers are still patients and customers and deserve to be treated with respect not the way they treat people!!! My script is able to be filled 3 DAYS early but they like to play god with people and if a Dr is requesting it there's no reason it shouldn't be done!! No more CVS....EVER!!!!

On top of the pharmacy being super unhelpful the cashier's are rude as well.. wouldn't even give me a.piece of tape so I can put a label on a box to be shipped. They "can't provide packaging". What an embarrassment to be that petty at a minimum wage job.Have deleted my insurance from file, told me prescriptions weren't ready after being notified via text they were. Additionally employees can be rude at times. As someone who works in healthcare I'm pretty understanding how it is to work with people.

The work environment is so toxic that I can’t help but laugh when I think about it, it was like something out of a cartoon, definitely apply if you like being belittled in front of customers, repeatedly being scolded for not working faster when you are so sick that you shouldn’t even be at work, and getting fired for calling out (for the first time) a day in advanced and trying to find your own coverage after recently covering your boss’s shift when he was sick! 100/10 experience :-)

Staff are rude and unhelpful. I have waited more than five minutes for a cashier to come to the register. I got so frustrated with their “service” that I started going the extra mile or so to the Walgreens further down the road.

If you call the pharmacy to ask them questions they will just hang up on you over and over again.They also cancelled two of my daughter subscriptions for no reason. Husband had to buy CVS branded medicine for $30+ when my insurance covered alot to all the cost of the subscription. It's now the weekend. I can't call the doctor to get a new subscription sent to Walgreens and we need to start the medicine this weekend. I will be going to Walgreens for my family's subscriptions. I went to CVS pharmacy for years but no longer will be going there for subscriptions or medicine of any kind.

I notice that everyone who's left a review has complained about the pharmacy, Cindy in particular. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I called the other day to fill a script and spoke with Cindy. She sounded busy but not rude. She asked when I wanted to pick it up and I asked if tonight would be okay. She said okay but I noticed she was a bit reluctant so I asked if they were really busy. She sighed a little and told me they were two days behind on scripts. I instantly told her nevermind, that I would pick them up tomorrow and could hear the relief in her voice. She thanked me and that was the end of our conversation. Never once was she rude or unprofessional. The ladies and the gentleman that work there have always been helpful and friendly to me. I don't think people realize how busy they get. I know they do their very best to get prescriptions out asap. If you come in guns blazing of course you're going to get a reaction. Try to empathize with their situation, their job is busy and stressful, especially now during this pandemic.

Never have I witnessed such rude, condescending and utterly nasty behavior from a salesclerk as I experienced today with Cindy in the Ware MA store. Her treatment of the customer in front of me was appalling. She kept arguing with the woman, speaking so loudly that I could not avoid hearing the entire conversation despite standing more than 6 feet back. She tried to make a fool of the woman who finally left without her proper prescriptions I might add. No surprise when I got to the register they had no prescription waiting for me either. She told me “it’s not my problem your doctor didn’t call in your medication.” I told her I could wait to respond to the survey I usually get from cvs after I visit the store. I told her she was rude and that she was speaking so loud I could hear all that lady’s medications. Then she had the gall to tell me I was in violation of HiPPA because I was listening to the conversation. Never have I seen such a thing in my life. This woman should not be working with the public.

Have been going here for roughly a decade. The other day I noticed an Rx was refillable on the app, I selected it to refill. Later on I called to get an ETA and was treated like a child, they said it was a day early and that I should have enough already. The pharmacist suggested I call my doctor to ask them to release the medication a day early (not early btw, the app wouldn't allow it to be refilled if it was early), so I did, only to find out that after giving me the suggestion to do so, she went ahead and called first to tell them not to release the RX a day early. She undermined HER OWN ADVICE. to make certain I was DENIED MY MEDUCATION The demeanor of the pharmacist was rude, unwilling to listen to my points or concerns or to consider the effect on my health. She was interested in dominating, looking down one as a patient, and trying to prevent me from getting medication at all costs. When I inquired later the name of the pharmacist, the other staff refused to tell me. I've never had an issue with ANY medication, and feel completely disrespected, and havent been able to stop obsessing about it for days.

Honestly is I could give them less then 1 star I would. This is by far the worst cvs I have ever been to and I kick myself daily for spending over a year going here and not switching to Walgreens sooner. The pharmacy staff os horrific, and from what I have been told by other staff members I am not the first one to complain. Yet the pharmacy manager has done nothing to rectify it. It's truly a shame. I have a loyalty to this company as a previous pharmacy employee, but I refues to deal with such ignorant rude and incompetent staff.

My son went to the CVS in Ware today for his booster and flu shot. When he returned home I quote “Mom I hate going there all of them are rude and snotty” Clinician Commented about his slippers in a unflattering way. We need our young people to get vaccinated and treating them in this way is not encouraging for going forward

Called to inquire about a vaccine and was shortly/curtly answered and when I asked a follow up question was cut off with “thank you have a good day” and was hung up on. Also, if you get an Rx filled, they relentless call and text you and your doctor to refill the prescription. Super terrible dealing with them.

The customer service at the pharmacy here is ***quite slow. Especially through the drive-thru area, even for just one car and no others to wait for. One rather annoying thing is on the signage for the drive-in area it says "full service/ full service" on both sides above the entrances. Which is incorrect signage and they should really get that fixed. The pharmacy technician told me they keep asking management to change the sinage and they didn't. So unprofessional and time wasting for the customers. I had to drive all the way around the building, because I was trying to pick up** my prescription and follow the signage for the right side of the drive-through which is only for drop offs come to find out. This is poor business practices and they should fix the signage.

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Most seem so miserable and take it out on the customers. Very rude and give the impression they think they're better than everyone else. God forbid you ask a question! Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy unless absolutely necessary!

I was simply calling to have my prescriptions transferred from my old location to this one...I spoke with a lady named Cindy who was insanely rude. Considering I was asking her to fill anti anxiety and depression meds-you would think she would be kinder to her clients. Maybe she was just having a bad day.... I hope my future experiences here go better....

If you ever want the world's worst customer service make sure to stop by your local cvs in Ware and to ask for Cynthia. Ever been called a liar to your face and embarrassed in front of everyone? Well have no fear Cynthia brings all this to you and more don't worry she makes sure to make you cry in the parking lot. Having my medications transferred to Walmart.

I dont like going to a pharmacy which always has trash snd cigarette butts on the ground and on the front steps. Management needs to police this every morning and every night and take ownership. Walgreens us ALWAYS pleasing to the eye upon arrival.

Horrible. They said my daughters prescription was not there and she is not in the system. So I had the dr recall it in. I went back to get it and they didn’t need her insurance card cause she was all of a sudden back in the system.

Newly remodeled and set up. Clean neat well stocked store. People available to help. Pretty diverse assortment of items throughout the store. Even had someone on the cash register.

We went for testing here and can’t get a response. The web site says you usually get results in one to two days, it’s been six days and still no results. You call the store and they can’t help you. The web site is automated and there is nothing you can do. The worst possible customer service you can get
