If I could give zero stars I would. Went to make a return yesterday and was refused but it was Christmas clothing. The cashier at the front was afraid to let me know that they are not accepting returns for Christmas. When I asked why he immediately got the manager a Muslim women and when she came up she was very rude stating it was policy. I asked her since when and where does it state this and she couldn’t give me an answer. After calling corporate right in front of her and her speaking with them she still refused my return. I had the receipt and all tags. She told me to take the return to another store. With corporate still on the phone the representative told me she didn’t know why the manager was making up her own policies and that this was not a policy made by TJ x/Marshalls company. I had to drive all the way to another location to make my return. The managers name was Nevin. Very rude and miserable lady.

Tonight Justina the manager on duty, she bought drinks for all of her employees to make sure everybody was hydrated. She is the best manager I could ever ask for. Thank you Justina for being so nice to all of us, and caring for all of your employees. We love you so much Justina !!❤️

They put tags on things that are on clearance and then when you go to pay for it they're trying to tell you it's worth more money than what it says on the clearance price the lady with the short hair and the red sweater on 4-18-24

I was shopping today and was sought out by Justina and she answered my questions and resoved my problem with a garment I wanted to purchase. Her customer service skills were impeccable and it remmined me why I continue to shop at your department store for 32 years.

It’s new, immaculate and in a nice new plaza with lots of parking. I’d give it 5 stars but it’s not attached to the Homegoods directly next door. As a standalone Marshall’s, it’s pretty good.

One of my favorite stored to shop at but not this one. Absolutely worse selection of all merchandise that I have ever seen. They really need to hire another merchant to purchase product. I know I would have great merchandise to go along with all of the cashier's smiles especially the two beautiful smiles at register#1 & #2 they were so helpful and polite. Thank you.

very bad experience with one of the Hispanic managers at the register, what a shame that people like that don't know how to treat customers, she wanted to use my discount card and they thought it was a fraud, they accused me, they called my work and In the end they didn't even ask me for an apology when she was in the wrong, what a shame that there are people like her in that store.

I actually went in to browse but then I came across this Mac lipstick that was perfect. Unfortunately the box was damaged and it looked like it was used. Most of the Mac lipsticks was damaged but I needed it because it went perfectly with a dress. At checkout I asked for a discount since it looked like it was used. The supervisor, Macmack, tried to convince me that it wasn’t used and I should pay full price for it. Her attitude sucked and she lacked proper customer service.

This is literally the best Marshall's around. They have an amazing beauty section and it is incredibly organized. The best? Homegoods is next door! I believe it is more expensive than other Marshall's but make sure you check clearance! It is an awesome place to spend a couple hours and leave spending an amount that leaves you regretting what you bought! 🙂

Justina and Eric, both are very very helpful, friendly and polite at the cashier customer service .. They were very helpful and explained patiently how I can save more while shopping too.Thank you Justina and Eric. It was a wonderful shopping day for me . Definitely recommend people to shop there . Tons of parking lots and home goods and market basket around the corner too .

They do not treat the associates well the minors are taken advantage of the manager at the registers will stand behind the cashier that is checking you out and yell at them in front of you for not receiving a tjx card, I shop there a lot and they always have a good selection but it’s hard to shop their seeing that especially when the kids seem so young, I used to work in retail and I know how much it sucks when you get yelled at for something you cannot control, treat your associates with respect! They’re your equals !

If I had to write Marshalls every week I be ready at because I love Marshalls it's my favorite store. You can find most anything you want and most things that you don't need. It definitely caters to a Shopaholic with many needs like me.

When I was a kid, my mother would drag me to Marshalls. I grew to hate the place and all the merchandise that came from them. It is now 40 years later and I am no longer a kid. I went into this Marshalls on a whim on my way to the supermarket.This was not the Marshalls of old. It was not dark, nor cramped, nor dirty. It did not have racks and tables of dusty cheap clothing nor did it feel like a thrift store.This Marshalls was bright, clean, organized and well maintained. I was surprised to find clothing and shoes that I actually liked. The lighting was bright. The floors were clean, bright and uncluttered. The shoe department was neat, organized and the shoes were on their racks and not in piles.Most of the store is clothing. The racks were tidy and organized. And the clothing appeared to be decent "every day" goods.The store also sold some home goods and sundries.This is not the Marshalls of old. The experience was clean, bright and organized. I would definitely stop in again when I had more time and inclination to shop.

This marshall is next to market basket. Yes it's blue collar and I liked it. Suits? No. Fancy brands? No. Good deals? Yes. Go straight to clearance section. Or not. Got myself foot lotion for $3. Got Princeton sweat for $17. I didn't go to Princeton. Lol. Why not? Couldn't find any college in Boston for sale.

This store is a CREDIT CARD SCAMER.. they want to force the customers to get the card.. if you said NO, a muslin from the back come and try to be nasty with you, the other day she was yelling and been nasty to a cashier because I didn't accept the credit card, also treating the others that they will get fired if they don't convince the people to get the card., please don't go to this store. I reported this store to the COC of Waltham MA.

The store has everything and great prices too. You can go there searching for something for yourself then when you get that product home you look it up online then you realize you just paid $36.00 for something worth far more then that it's actually a collectible item and they sell everywhere else for $200 or more. So I think I will bring my business there for now on. Thank you Marshall's
