Store is absolutely gross and it smells. The isles are so small so if you’re coming in with a stroller good luck. People waiting to check out in line and no employees are up front. Guy rings the bell and no employees come yet they hear it but don’t move. Terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service Excellent prices with a very kind manager on duty who allowed me to use the restroom and to hold merchandise I planned on purchasing which was too large & voluminous to take with me to my dental appointment across the street. 5 stars 🌟

I came in to buy toothpaste. It's a dollar less at Hanaford (regular price, not sale). How is this a discount store? It was also messy, prices were not marked and the clerk had no idea where anything was. He said it was his first day on the job.

The experience really depends on which rotation of employees and managers are currently working at family dollar at any given moment, as every time I walk in I feel the staff has been completely rotated out. Sometimes it's a smooth experience other times you have poor management and employees slacking off while there's a line or passive aggressive managers. But other than that it does what it needs.

If you would like to know how it feels to shop at the worst Family Dollar within a 10 mile radius, then this is the one for you.If you enjoy dirty stores, unhelpful employees that ignore you, the lingering smell of wet socks, and junkies walking up and down the aisle staring at you while they shoplift, then I guarantee that you will become a regular here.

The information on the google says 8 am to 10 pm the sign on the door says 9 am to 10 pm but they never opened before 10:30 am

The store hours sign says 9 to 10 they didn't open till after 10 am the store is very disorganized never have much in stock needs to be cleaned badly

The store was closed at 7pm on 10/31 with no explanation. They are supposed to close at 10pm. On another occasion, I tried to return an item, I spoke with the day manager on the phone. She said that there would be no problem returning the item. When I came in the evening, the person in charge would not allow me to return the item. Obviously, there was poor communication in poor customer service

The products are pretty good for the prices. I've bought some snacks, a pair of slippers, and a few mugs, and they've all served me well. However, the line usually takes 20-30 minutes because there's only ever one cashier for a store that should have three. I'd go more often if there were more cashiers.

The store is a mess because of the cliente it brings in, especially on moody street close to the river where drug addicts hang out and the registers not being well staffed. Line can be long but i find it worthwhile as the cheapest place to get decent toilet paper and paper towels as family dollar carries their own brand homeline and other main streams.

Very fustrated online says opens at 8a.m I get there at 8 am pay for parking and walk to store and they are closed sign on on door says opens at 8a.m as well. Then I see employee says opens at 9am on Mondays. Well would be convenient if you could change ur online hrs nhrs on the door please. Thankyou!!!

Items are always expired. Please check the dates on food products!Furthermore, they are rude. One of the men in there always throws my money on the counter. I always have to wonder what his problem is with me. He never says hello back or anything. I try not to go there as much anymore.

Not that great of an option for food items since their foods are often expired and it's not uncommon to find mold on refrigerated items. There have been many items out of stock as well. For non-food items the store can be decent to shop at for.

Don't order an online order and get it shipped to the store.The email stated to bring THIS EMAIL and a state issued I.D and they still wouldn't give me my order.Employees were very rude. I will be calling customer service line. Also when I asked for a manager there was no manager there.. How is a store open without a manager or supervisor? Smfh

After more than 7 years, I shall never shop there again. Most others complaint about how overpriced the items are. To that, I agree but tend to accept like all convenience stores. Today, that is not my complaint.Poor customer service, dishonest interaction, and shoddy sigange discourages me from ever returning.I do not know if this particular store is indicative of a trend in Family Dollar stores in general, but for the branch on Moody St. in Waltham, best AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Everything is labeled wrong in the store and even if they are wrong they won't honor labeled price. The employees are wiced rude. I know google reviews don't matter so I'll be email corporate.

Today I was shopping in your store and picked up few juice box.the juices was leaking and the whole shelf was juice and juice.tri to pay the girl attention to fix issue but she ignored to fix and drying the place.the juice I packed was leaking too in result that no body helped me.i lift the store with out shopping.Please check your freezer it's mixed up every thing dirty and sticky.

This place is horrible the staff they even don't know what they doing actually I went to buy car air freshener cart, the price on display said $1 dollar but when I reach to the check out the price was $3.50 there Teller was rude. Very rude 😅 I left everything and walk away

The manager doesn't wear a mask in the store, very dangerous I asked him why he's not wearing a mask, & he told me to get out of the store. What a piece of S%&!. Jeopardizing the safety of customers & Unprofessional as well. I'll never go in again, and warn others to to patronize the store.

An item had a sale tag attached to the shelf but per the employee, the sale only was good for Saturday regardless of the sign saying to post from 12/13 to 12/19.

The door said closed at 10pm online said closed at 10pm also I get there it was 9.20pm the door was already locked the worker was yelling trew the door we are closed I was not happy because I take time driving there if the store no longer closed at 10pm please make the change thanks

I go there all the time to get things I need, whether its to bake, or anything for school. The staff are super nice! :)
