This is a one stop shop for most of the household products. They also have a section dedicated for electronics. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh. They also sell dairy products, frozen meat, ice creams and many other products. You can also find a lot of products for amazing prices. Parking is available.

We've been members before Price Club merged with Costco and in multiple states. Amazing how Costco keeps up with growing membership without compromising service and diversity of products. Food section is where we head first because no one else beats Costco quality and pricing One thing that's a hassle in the warehouse is that there are crowds at their Food Court that block our way after we finish shopping and are headed to the exit. Given that even non-members can come avail the Food Court, they could consider relocating the Food Court ( like the tire center in some locations) away from the warehouse. That will ease the crowded situation at the end.

I love Costco, but this one at this location not so much... Is the closest to our home 48 min. But we prefer to drive to the Springfield location (more organized, less crowded). Didn't want to drive far for diapers so I figured out to try their app and 2 day delivery for the first time. Choossed this location for delivery since it's closer, just got 2 items delivered on time and the most important the diapers no where to be found had to call and ask what's happening. Now I need to wait 4-5 days for a refund. Never ordering from this warehouse again.

Very nice grocery store you can find everything but in bulk, billing staff is nice but I had bad experience with a lady who always stand at clothes section I don't know why she was yelling me that I messed the clothes which I didn't do I was just reached that section and searching the size she came and asked me to not to do you messed up and bla bla she was also talking in her native language she didn't speak English.Costco should be careful what staff they are hiring. Other things are good.

The cashier at this store displays extremely rude behavior. It seems she's singling me out, actively trying to provoke conflicts between myself and others. What's even more absurd is that when I brought this up with the manager, their response was merely to say they'll speak with her. But as a customer, I shouldn't have to mediate between your staff. As a major retailer, it's unacceptable to provide such poor service. I demand that you address your employee's disrespectful behavior and issue an apology, or at the very least, provide an explanation. Having been a customer here for 18 years, I've never experienced such appalling service in all my time in the service industry.

It's costco, one of the better wholesale clubs. If you don't like long lines or crowded places, this might not be for you. Or you would just need to come before closing but the stock might be less compared to day time. Like most other costco members, I love this place. They have a variety of products. They actually have a good variety of Asian food products here compared to other locations like Everett.

Go at like 3pm on a Tuesday and it’s lovely. Go at 11AM on a Sunday and you’ll wish you had a football helmet. But we enjoy Costco for all the “once every two months” items like detergent and walnuts and olive oil, and the prices are great. Just don’t show up looking for flour and accidentally end up buying a 72” tv. Not that I know anything about that.

Returns take forever at this location. I wish they had more staff working the return desk. They have to see your membership card to enter and that’s a waste of time because you can’t pay at the register without a membership card and once you manage to get in and wait at the line to return your items then you wait in the line again to present your receipt get counted to be able to exit.It is like a day trip to an amusement park. Time is money so let’s go Costco and please simplify the shopping experience and save our time as well!

My family has been a member at costco for years now. My dad is currently sick and can’t get out of bed, so to get food he told us to go and get stuff so that he can eat something. We walked around for an hour and a half and shopped like usual. We waited at the register line and when it was our turn to finally pay for our stuff, their staff humiliated us in front of everyone. My family pays for membership each year and it is a family account. We never had problems before and this employee (Her name is Joy) looked at the card and asked us who was in the picture, we said our Father. She said that we couldn’t shop. We asked why and she said that he wasn’t here so we couldn’t do it. She then pointed at other customers and said “they are paying for a membership, you are not. Therefore you cannot shop here” mind you there are many people in the line and she made it seem like we were thieves and were stealing something. The inconsiderate act and the attitude of the employee was very rude and humiliating. From now on we will not be shopping at a place that makes their customers seem like they are thieves. If my father wasn’t sick he would’ve bought it itself, when we told what had happened he was disappointed and we cancelled our membership. We are very disappointed and won’t ever go there from now on. For a company as famous and well as costco we are shocked at how terribly they treated us. Shame on them.
