Frank, the store manager, is helpful, friendly and caring. (While visiting MV, we had a toilet malfunction and called to inquire about backup options. In the end we had the part on board and could effect the repair, but it was great to know that Frank was willing to work with us.) He’s a gem!

While visiting Martha's Vineyard with 6 people on board the boat, the shower sump quit pumping. A quick search for marine supplies showed the Vineyard Haven store. Frank and Matt were great in confirming they had the parts I needed and went above and beyond expectations to ensure I got what I needed. Very friendly, helpful, and professional.
