I love this store! since I arrived on the island I was very well received by the team, the service is personalized and I always receive updates on promotions on my cell phone. As the mom of a young kiddo during Covid times, the curbside pickup is extremely convenient. Staff is friendly, text message updates are great. Occasionally an item is either out of stock or missed - staff have been apologetic and reimbursed me immediately. Overall, great service and products

Absoultely LOVE how easy it was for our no contact curbside pick up for our groceries! One item was out of stock and Bea called me to ask if I wanted a replacement item - so nice and thoughtful! Awesome customer service + the banana bread was amazing! We will be back!

Vineyard Grocer has been a life saver for me this year of Covid. They built a website to show all their products, many organic foods and high quality brands. I get a loyalty10 discount when ordering online. They bring out to my vehicle when ready so I don’t have to go inside the store. And every person has been delightfully friendly. I so appreciate everything about what they are doing. There is simply no attitude with anyone there. Thanks

I love that they offer delivery but waiting for the groceries took forvever. I order at 530 the day before, we waited two hours before calling and asking if we were going to get our groceries tonight. Unfortunately we were not. It was understandable because we did order late and they could have alot of grocery orders. We were told it would be delivered first thing in the morning. In the morning we called at 9 to see when we would be getting our delivery. We were told the delivery should be there in an hour. We waited an hour before calling again and were met with it hes on your route. We called back again in another hour and were met with he had to go back to the store, sorry for the delay. We called back in an hour and i was put on hold and hung up on. I called again and spoke to someone who answered and told me that my groceries had left the store. Around 1 the groceries finally arrived, the bags were crumbled up and some of my eggs were cracked. Not impressed 😕

I am writing this in the parking lot after purchasing up-marked goods and when I walked to the front door and was greeted by a very unpleasant and angry Cashier. People and Employee’s were constantly in my personal space. The prices are absolutely Whacked out, and It was an overall terrible experience for me. I will never be going back to this store ever again...

When other stores said it was too hard to provide delivery or curbside pickup for groceries, Vineyard Grocer really stepped up. Currently over 4000 items in the online shop. Often times available in an hour or two for curbside pickup (free) or delivery (small fee)The owner purchased Bobby B’s pizza and seafood earlier in the year. Now you can get groceries and a fresh hot pizza, delivered at the same time, for a reasonable fee. Thanks for all you are doing in these challenging times.
