Purchased a Blue Heather 1/4 zipper sweater at the store last July. After first washing (gentle cycle, cold) a seam frayed and began to open up. This is not the quality I expect from a $64 sweater. I reported it online (I live in Ohio, not MV) and asked for a replacement. They said ok so I sent it back. Then I received a gift card in the mail saying they didn't have the sweater and that I should pick something else. Strike 1: They should've refunded my money, not stick me with a store credit. I wanted that sweater, not something else, which they know they can't provide. Strike 2: They don't offer the sweater anymore, so despite waiting for a few months for winter merchandise to appear online, I was unable to get an item I wanted (one that's at least similar to the one I purchased in the store last July). Not to be found. So, I ordered a 1/4 zipper fleece in "root / vintage navy." Not what I wanted but ok, I'll settle for a distant second. At least it's blue and tan with 1/4 zipper. Strike 3: The color of the item I received is not as it appears online. The "root" color sweatshirt is much greener in real life than the picture. I don't like green. That's not what I ordered. You're out! I'm so tired of trying to deal with this that I give up. I'll give the sweatshirt to a family member who might wear it. I won't - mainly because it's green, but I also don't want to be reminded of the lousy quality and bad service. I won't be back.
