Absolutely horrendous service and care! Management should take a close look at the irresponsible and unacceptable service to customers. I have personally had at least 5 prescription problems and even had a doctor call me furious that they couldn’t help him put in my prescription and gave him and me excuse after excuse with ZERO result. I got results by changing my pharmacy elsewhere! Sure the staff can be friendly but the service is beyond unacceptable. If I could put zero stars I would. Medications should be handled with the utmost care and diligence that this pharmacy lacks. The app and text service are just another way to avoid your customers can call it the way of the future but we all know you’re just trying to save a buck at the expense of your customers 🙄

Worst pharmacy ever , the pharmacist are not paying attention to their patients by all means. They received a prescription from the provider of amoxicillin 100 ml 10 ml twice a day for 10 days, it should have been 200 ml instead of 100 ml, claiming that it was the pcp mistake. They gave it to me without reviewing it with the provider and without notifying me. This caused my daughter to suffer more and there is no chance for us as parents to get sick as my husband is taking chemo and I am pregnant and about to deliver so I can’t get sick as I am the only one helping my family. Besides the fact that they were not keen to offer any assistance they made me call the office and fix it myself

Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been calling for two days they literally answer and hang up. This has happened for over a year now. If you don't like your job find something else. Also the lady I talked to when I do get through once in a blue is very rude. Absolute worst pharmacy. They all need to be fired and get people who actually want to work.

The woman pharmacist there is just awful! I recommend any one who is personally profiled and discriminated against by this "professional pharmacist" you should file a complaint with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy! I only witnessed her disgusting behavior. I can only imagine how that person felt with the way she treated them!!! So sad!

Broke a bottle of my insulin and needed it replaced immediately because they don't give me any extras. Used their app to order it, and was told that it would be ready by 2:00 p.m. at 8:00 a.m. I got to the store where they told me that they had no orders for me. I was then told that the order had been canceled and that they would have to check with my insurance company before I could get a replacement. This is the fourth time something like this has happened with them. I recommend that you DO NOT use their app because the app and the actual humans beings inside the pharmacy do not communicate with each other. And then when you go up to the counter, one out of five people is helpful.

I am disgusted by the treatment from a woman in the pharmacy today. I called because of a problem with transferring a prescription, and not only did she not answer a single one of my very basic questions, but she hung up on me mid-sentence. Initially, she was pleasant, but as soon as I mentioned what prescription I needed help with, she was hostile. I called back as I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but was left on hold indefinitely. As much as I would like to say it was a mistake, there really isn't an excuse for treating people like that. I should also note that this phone call lasted at most 5 minutes, in which she neglected to explain anything. I've never had a bad experience here in the past, and the staff are always lovely, so I'm wondering what happened in this situation.

GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!!!Zero stars!If it is life and death and you must go here, bring a paper prescription. If you don't, they will make up a thousand different excuses why they can't fill it. 2 calls from doctor and 3 electronic send overs, and the app said it's filled. They still say no prescriptions available. New prescription from a new doctor written two days ago is "expired". If your ready to rip your hair out from frustration, then maybe you can get your prescriptions 2 weeks from when the prescription was sent....if your lucky.Ready to hold a going away party the day this dump shuts down!

Just called the pharmacy to inquire about my prescription and the lady was VERY rude. During the brief conversation she wouldn't let me talk. Before I was able to ask a question, she hung up on me.

Went to the pharmacy at 1:22PM to grab a prescription. I walked up to the counter that had 5 employees behind it, said hello, and had the screen lowered in my face. Zero acknowledgement, no "hey sorry we're closed for lunch" nothing. Looked me dead in the eye and just hit the button to lower the screen. Honestly the rudest pharmacy I've ever encountered. I work in a Drs office and have never been treated as a burdenUPDATE: I called corporate (I'm not a Karen, but I took time out of my own lunch break to get this Rx)- Hillary is FANTASTIC. She apologized on CVS's behalf many times, completely understood where I was coming from, and directed all of my complaints to the correct department. She is honestly so great, I hope everyone who calls the corporate line gets her. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE CVS

If I could give this CVS zero stars I would. They are rude, unprofessional and lacking in basic human kindness and decency. They don’t care whether your chronic medication is available or not. They offer zero assistance. I’ve never encountered such a horrible bunch of people working in a pharmacy ever. These people should NOT be attending to the medicinal needs of anyone. I hope someone from corporate reads these reviews as it is apparent I am not the only person on the receiving end of their dangerously unprofessional behavior. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

the store itself is pretty decent...The pharmacy is why I give it 2 stars. I am not sure where they hire their employees and what kind of customer service training they receive but its awful. NONE of the employees that run the registers have ANY personality including the drive thru they all act like they have to be there. The people that come to the pharmacy are sick or are caring for someone that is sick, so a little empathy and sympathy would go a long way THAT INCLUDE THE PHARMACISTS AS WELL!!! I had gone to a CVS in Burlington, MA and it was like night and day. The Pharmacist and the customer service people bent over backwards to help me and I just had a question! Maybe they should teach Uxbridge how to treat their customers.

Waited for over an hour nobody answered . Called corporate and they put me through . When the pharmacist answered we told her we were on the phone it was our problem . So rude and unproffeional . No manager to talk to . With all the complaints ive read . How to these people keep ther jobs and why is this store allowed to continue . I really wonder how these rude people act on the outside because if they acted like that they would be in a world of total direspect . Good luck you ignorant prople

Requested a refill on a prescription and instead of letting me know it was out of stock by phone call, text message or email they waited until we went to pick them up days later to offer to call another pharmacy for it. “If he needs it we can call another pharmacy” it’s medication of course he needs it!

I went to pick up my antidepressant and they filled my old one, which I told them a month prior I was no longer taking. They somehow refilled that one anyways. I got home with it and when I ran out of my current med and went to open the medicine and it was the wrong one. Called and they said I had a refill and they would fill it right away since I was all out. They called back and said my insurance would not fill it unless it was 90 days so they had to reach my prescriber. They had issues reaching the prescriber and did not bother to reach out. I had to call them multiple times. I finally reached out to my prescriber but after hours. Then I called my pcp and the oncall agreed to fill for just one week until they could be reached. I now have to pay out of pocket. There refill program is a joke because I have told them in person, over the phone, and by text to cancel another med. Still get daily texts. Just super frustrated dealing with side effects from not having my meds and not even a call to say difficulty reaching prescriber yet a million texts telling me a med that is not supposed to be refilled is there.Just not happy with their lack of communication on important issues.

This is not my normal CVS but we went here for COVID and flu vaccines for the kids. My five year old had a very hard time. Trish was absolutely wonderful and patient. Her calm demeanor helped immensely and my son eventually got the shots. I’m very grateful to Trish!

F terrible! I waited 3 days for my prescription to be filled and then when I went in to pick it up they said 'oh sorry we transferred it out to a different pharmacy it isn't here.' I asked for an emergency supply (2 pills of my antidepressants because I hadn't taken them in 4 days) and they said no! I do not understand what their problem is. WHY do I always need to wait over an hour? Why do they always hand out wrong medications? GET IT THE HECK TOGETHER! You are dealing with human beings' medications!!!!! This is how we function. Take your job seriously or quit. I will NOT return. My fiancé was so angered that he screamed leaving the building. I give NO stars.

This is the WORST CVS I have ever been to in my life. I always have to wait at least an hour even after my prescription was supposed to be filled. The pharmacy staff are beyond rude and seem to always be a complete mess. They are far from helpful and are extremely judgmental. If I have a prescription for a medication I expect it to be filled without judgement as that is their job. AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

If there were an award for corporate wide incompetence and utterly frustrating customers then hands down CVS and their mail order pharmacy should be a unanimous selection for their over achieving in that category. Every refill is an exercise in madness, whether it’s wrong date, wrong dose, wrong insurance info, you can guarantee that it will never take less than several days to get it done. Calling and screaming at them or coming in to the local pharmacy, it would almost be funny if it were a movie, but it’s not.

Waited an hour and a half for the "minute clinic" (I was third in line) only to be told to go to my doctor. It was for a tick bite. They should have just said on the website or when I got there "if it's been more than three days go straight to your doctor"...but they couldn't charge my insurance $100 for that. Most of the time was spent getting all my billing information. No secretary so overall very inefficient. Ultimately, if you're going for a tick bite that happened more than three days prior or expecting service within minutes, don't bother.

Went to the minute clinic. Rosa the NP was great. Asked a ton of questions. Answered my questions. Spent all the time I needed.The pharmacy another story. They need to stop sending me 5 messages saying your meds are ready.

Pharmacy is always out of medications. Assures their patients the orders will be filled and does not even bother to contact people when it’s not filled. Daughter went all weekend without medications due to their incompetence and then on top of it all the are rude and hang up on people. Terrible! Do not use this pharmacy!!!

Posting the second review. Useless staff. Orderd for multivitamin drops for our baby yesterday. They said its out of stock and it will come by this afternoon. Called them tday and they said please come by 3pm. I arrive at 5 and they say "oh its out of stock,may be order has back tracked" . They want you to consult the DROP OFF section for further information. This particular drop off section is hardly 2 feet away from pickup and they are unable to help!!! Miserable and pathetic. Changing my pharmacy to walgreen or st vincents. Good bye racist cvs

Rapid Covid testing UNRELIABLE at the minute clinic. Canceled me and my partner same day without any reason stated. No possibility offered for rebooking. GIven that it takes 3 days to book and our flight is in 1 day, we might nor be able to fly ; we were left stranded. DON’T BOOK your covid test THERE if you have an important deadline.

While this CVS does get quite busy, the only thing that falls behind is the speed of the pharmacy. Products are usually well stocked and the minute clinic is very helpful when you don't have time for the doctor.
