I used to love this place, I have been going for years. Although I recently was overcharged fees. I asked for an explanation and the person at the counter kept interrupting me and did not let me finish what I was saying. I was being polite never raised my voice. I asked why they didn't give me the three dollars atm fee they usually do when you pay in debit and they refused to answer the question. I used to love them and support women owned businesses but not anymore.

While I appreciate the vast selections offered, the absence of any discounts for medical patients is a concern for me. This aspect may influence my decision to return in the future.

They have moved upstairs and there's more room for customers. They have a large storage area in the back. You must show ID when entering and purchasing. Very efficient staff, you get your items And the line moves right along. There are 4 registers open so there's hardly any wait.

High volume dispensary set up the right way. Always quick in and out with a large selection for any price range. No unnecessary lounge and doesn’t have that sterile Apple Store aesthetic. Quality local glass on display. Any 1 star reviews on here are way out of line.

The folks at Caroline's never disappoint me, and every time I come in with a question as to specific product and its effects- I get a thorough and friendly explanation, even if they're busy! Good atmosphere, fantastic choices, reasonable prices. Can't ask for more!I'm no expert btw, but my personal favorite hybrid is called Silver Haze.

Here is what you should know..Come early.Menu online is not live.They run out of items, Pre-rolls mostly.There is a line with no where to get out of the rain or sun.Handicapped placard means no waiting in line.Don't be afraid to ask questions.. very educated and friendly staff.Expensive..recreational gets taxed from city, state, and county.

Went there last week, 9pm. Great selection, but my husband and I are new to medical marijuana and wanted some advice. Instead, the woman (Deserree?) helping us acted as if we were an annoyance. We've been to 3 other dispensaries in CT, and have always been treated so helpfully and cordially. It was a disappointment.

This rating is purely for the editables. I asked which were the strongest and I was pointed to the butterscotch lozenges. They taste good but are very weak, I would have to take at least 10 to feel pain relief... at 40 plus 8 in taxes They should offer better options even if I had to pay 60 id rather get my money’s worth

Me and my wife Have been going to this store and the store in Hopedale for past 3 yrs we went few days ago not only did they not have what they said they had online but also they have a specials board and when I wanted to buy items off that board they said they could not find it and used excuse they must have sold out and did not erase board yet because they were busy. OK I can understand that but I have been given the same excuse several times at both store's more then once I'm no longer going to this dispensary have found a better one... native sun in mass

Love this place, I grew up in Bellingham to to go there now is such a treat. I live in Washington DC and and go to visit family. The young woman who waited on me was so knowledgeable and friendly it's always a pleasure to go to Caroline's and then to the reservoir to swim the dog is the best.

Most Edibles are way overpriced unless they're reaching expiration.. another thing is they label things like "3 in the pink" =/ and "east of the Mississippi" (lol) to describe some conjured historic event... idk just not my vibe I guess.. only way to reply is to edit I guess.. it's ABSOLUTELY true.. every business does that it's the most logical.. you just clearly lied ..

Can’t say enough good things about Caroline’s cannabis ! Patient staff with lots of knowledge about the product! You never feel rushed but you also don’t feel like it takes forever ! ❤️ Everyone who works there seems real ! Camilla ( i believe that’s her name) is amazing and always recommends the best products for me ! Always grateful to stop by! Not to mention this sweet cup and shirt they gave me for just being a customer on their 4th anniversary! Just goes to show how they care ❤️

Me and the guy in front of me both asked for sativa and Julia L raved about lava dawg and so we both picked up an OZ of it and even tipped $20, got home 40 minutes away and it’s indica — which I don’t smoke lol . Super inconvenient

I have been going to Carolines since it opened. I have been satisfied until now. Due to covid my license is delayed.. I have a letter from the registry explaining the situation.. my license will be done 8/4. Carolines would not accept a perfectly legal identification. I spend on average 600 to 800 a month there.Carolines will not see another penny of my money! Try being kind to your long standing customers Caroline! Every other cannabis shop has accepted this. Not only that they know me. I will never give them a hard earned dollar of mine again.

Good place for a variety of cannabis, but not too inviting in terms of budtenders. Was looking around and purchased an ounce, budtender gave off rushing vibes although there was no one in line - yes i understand there is an ounce limit but literally had the purchase timeframe of like 4 minutes tops and had questions and was curious about other strains. Kind of a shame considering the plethora of local and very near dispensaries that have more inviting personas and people.Tl;dr, good cannabis varieties, mediocre budtender interaction. Funny now as i am reviewing indeed reviews for this dispensary.

Checked the online menu and there was 2 one gram cartridges listed for $45 each. Thought I was getting a really good deal! Come to find out I get up to the register and they are pricing out at $55 each. The $45 price was still listed on the menu and the cashier was unwilling or unable to change the price. Isn’t this illegal??? To have a price listed one way and then have it ring up another??? What a rip off!!! Totally turned off of this place now. With so many other choices with WAY better pricing go somewhere else!

No shuttle! Drive out back. 10 min wait in line. Prices compatible with everybody elseUpdate from 1 year ago. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best shop around. Large variety of quality products at more than reasonable prices. Easy access, quick in and out. I have 5 options within 20 minutes and always go to Carolines.

It's a great place with a pleasant and relax atmosphere. I literally only go here because the people who work there are so great and helpful. Plus it's the only woman owned. I mean they are better on product, cleanliness, openness, and such great customer service but the fact that it's woman owned makes sense. You feel like your part of her family when you walk in!
