I picked up a 20 ft ladder ordered online. Staff were friendly. Luckily I had a family member with me to help tie it on to my short bed truck. Though Home Depot policy allows staff to assist with this, was told Aubuchon staff are only permitted to carry it to your vehicle.

Horrible customer service! Aubuchon offers 30% off your first curbside order, but the website does not work and I am not able to place the order. I called the Turners Falls store and spoke to Dillon, who said that he is aware that the website does not work but he will not honor the offer if we go in to the store, which makes no sense since it's their own website that is not functioning properly.

I have had keys made here bought parts for my screen door had propane filled.I have never had a problem Dillon filled my tank at close to closing but was very friendly about it.I will continue to get my stuff here you guys have wonderful employees and Great customer service.Thank you

Yes Abuchon Hardware is a chain. But the Turners Falls store is managed by Gary alocal resident that has worked up the chain of command to become the General manager. He has made the store into a welcoming place and given it a home town feel. His staff are always kind and helpful. Can almost find everything you need when you have an emergency hardware issue on a weekend.

Steve's been the manager and serving the Montague community for decades. 15 minutes before closing I needed 4 M5x35 screws, nuts, and toothed washers. I called the TF store and Steve checked his stock, put together what I needed, and had it ready for me, when I arrived 5 minutes before closing.

Went with my nephew to make a washer windchime and the staff said to put it in a bag and went to check out and then was told we need to write the number on bag..would've been helpful if they told us in the first place..38 pieces later different sizes and couldn't read the SMALL sku#
