Great service and food. I had the lobster and swiss omelette with has browns, was surprised it only came with 1 slice of toast. My wife had blueberry pancakes. Food was excellent.

We go to the Top Mast when we stay in the area. Delicious breakfasts, the Portuguese scramble is terrific.Last night we went for dinner. There was a bus of diners, we decided to sit outside. They were short staffed, and running around like mad. Tony seated us. Even though having a staffing setback he was the ultimate professional, he took our order with a smile, in fact everyone that was working Friday night was smiling and pleasant despite their situation.Thank you all for an outstanding experience! See you next year.

Such a pleasant brunch experience here. There is a really nice covered outdoor area with plenty of tables and space. The menu is quite extensive and had so many good options. Good prices and lovely location.

Delicious food, has dairy free & vegan options. I had a bacon cheeseburger with vegan cheese (yes, I know, but you lactose intolerant peeps know what I'm talking about). It was one of the most delicious burgers I've had in a very long time. A bit pricey but worth it! Bring quarters to feed the fishes!!

Food was delicious! The service was a bit slow when we went, but the servers kindly brought out mini donuts as a snack while the kitchen caught up. We’ll probably come back earlier in the morning next time.

Top marks for TopMast! Really love this place. Great attention to details on the takeouts. Such friendly staffs. Iced coffee, tea, Mocha. Lobster, burgers, fries, dips, spaghetti, desserts are all TERRIFIC!!! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great service even though one of the servers had just left.Tony was greeter,waiter,bartender and server ! Grrreat all around.Chicken Parm was great,as well ribs my wife ordered.was our 40th wedding anniversary weekend and both meals there (breakfast the next morning was excellent also) were great.cant wait until spring when they re-open.

Had a nice breakfast here.We sat in the corner near an air vent that mercifully drowned out the dreadful music. If you're ok with infinite-loop oldies, the food and service were quite good.

Being on vacation, we thought we would give this place a try The food was pretty terrible! The service was even worse. Never again! Don’t waste your money or your time going here. It is located in the bottom of a basement. Coffee was horrible as well.As far as your response, it will not let me respond to you however yes I am positive. It is what looks to be like the basement of the hotel. I did see your outdoor area however, it does not change the service or the food. I am all for a great dive diner and this is not it.

All I can say is YUM! We ordered takeout breakfast sandwiches this morning - they were ready earlier than expected and we received both a text and a phone call to let us know. The sandwiches were amazing and possibly the best home fries I’ve ever had!

Found this place but accident while riding our bikes. Great scones and breakfast menu. Open early for breakfast and lunch but get there by 1 because they close early as well.

The food was amazing! The service was not. We had 3 different waitresses…all were friendly. However my son ordered iced coffee but received iced tea. I ordered potato skins as a replacement for baked potato. I received baked potato and had to ask again for potato skins was charged for both. 2 of us had empty drinks before the meal came and was never asked if we wanted more even though glasses were at the edge of the table. Finally got the opportunity to ask for water and it never came. Asked again for water and received it. My son was eating and was asked if he wanted a box. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. The bill was brought and then it took forever to come pick up the payment. The food was amazing. My son said his burger was the best he ever had. Too bad the service wasn’t great. There was only 4 other tables being utilized so it wasn’t busy.

Our second meal here in a week. A lovely place with three different seating areas (indoors, outdoors with weather-protected tent, outdoors with or without umbrellas).Restaurants like this have highly variable crowding based on the weather. Our brunch earlier in the week was on a busy day so the service was fairly slow; dinner was on a rainy day with light attendance and therefore very quick, attentive service. A sign on arrival asks for patience.Great menu variety (more so than most beach/seafood places) and hot, fresh, tasty food. Be patient if it’s busy, but with that caveat you’ll enjoy it.

Our very large family had breakfast here today, and the whole experience was amazing! Our servers, Tom and Eli, handled our large party with ease and precision. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was something on the menu for each one of our different palates. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was cooked exactly to our liking, fresh strawberries on the tasty waffle, hash was excellent, endless coffee was very good, fresh eggs, bagels and real maple syrup…nice.Service team never let my coffee get too low. I felt they checked in appropriately to see if anything else was needed.Best breakfast in a long time.

Lovely place for breakfast with a varied menu that has something for everyone. Plenty of outdoor seating. During the course of our meal, all four of the servers stopped by to see if everything was Ok or if we wanted more coffee. Possibly the only time I’ve ever experienced that, made us feel special. Highly recommend!

We were their first customers tonight for the 2022 season. We ordered the fried haddock and fried shrimp with onions rings, french fries and cole slaw. Very delicious!! Had the apple blossom for dessert. Yum. Service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable.

I highly recommend the pork ribs you will not be disappointed. They were delectable just as the menu described; slow cooked and falling off the bones.The prices are among the most reasonable for what you get and the portion sizes are good. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional.Tony, the manager was attentive to his staff and still available to say hi to customers.The inside decor was decorated nicely with a lot of natural wood. There is a tent outside with a fountain and music playing in the background. There's plenty of parking in front and in back of the restaurant. I found the restaurant to be clean and free from any dirty carpet smells or food residue odors. The tables and chairs and women's restroom were also clean.For those visiting Provincetown or the area this is a great place right across from the beach. They have a variety of breakfast lunch and dinner items to choose from. I think this is a winner of a place for those who want to drive their car and park at the restaurant. Bon Appetit !

First of I want to say that I felt really bad for the staff. They were all very young with no manager in sight whatsoever. We sat down, ordered our food. 15 minutes later 4 men came in and ordered. Lo and behold we're sitting waiting for our order, their food comes out and we are still waiting and waiting for an hour. One hour, I am serious. We call our server, a very young and sweet girl, and tell her about what happened and where is our order, she comes back and says that it will come shortly. The food finally came, cold and inedible. I mean cold omelet which was awful, cold hone fries. Everyone's food was cold. We complained, they called their manager and didn't charge us. I have to add that. We left a tip for the staff and left hungry. With a long drive ahead of us. Shameful. I honestly don't know how this place has 4 stars. How is there no adult there? These are kids that work for the season, without a manager around to direct them. What can I say. I wasn't going to review this place but I think people should be aware that maybe once upon a time pre-Covid, they deserved 4 stars but our experience did not deserve even 1. I would like to clarify that I detest giving negative reviews but when I look to go to a restaurant or to a doctor or anywhere , I turn to reviews and base my decision on these reviews, therefore I gave my review so that people can base their decisions on reviews they read and have a better experience than I did.

Service was horrendous, seated for 30 mins until anyone came out for a drink order and that was after I tracked down a waitress. Asked to take our food order to avoid further delay. Still over an hour and nothing. Will have to update after I get my food, if we don’t walk out at this point! Update; food finally out no salads which were ordered, side were cold and Unedible. 2 hours for the whole ordeal. So there is no confusion there were open tables, no waits, and idle wait staff so any excuse about p-town causing more people coming causing the issue is unlikely.

Been coming to this part of the cape for 7 years now and I'm so glad I finally checked this place out. The lobster Benedict was perfection. A bit pricey for me personally. With a 20% tip, I paid $51 for the benedict and a bloody mary. 😬 Curious to try the fish fry that takes place at night though.

Service was fast and polite. The food was great had the 2 egg sandwich with sausage. Excellent coffee and the staff were checked often for refills.
