We usually stay at hotel but decided this year to stay in a place where we could cook and really just relax. This place is perfect. Views are spectacular, right on the water. Close to Provincetown where there is a ton of things to do.The apartment is clean, roomy and has pretty much whatever you need (check amenities page) large kitchen, nice living room area, decent sized bedroom. Couldn't ask for anything nicer. The quiet with the waves lapping is wonderful. Will be back for certain!Rooms: Neat, pretty much everything you need is there. Spacious.Walkability: Could walk or bike to Provincetown.Noteworthy details: Your right on the water, stairs down to the beach area.View and sunsets incredible.

My wife and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary here. We love the Cape and this resort was a fair price considering the location. We weren't forced to stay for a minimum of 1 week, although it's worth it. The staff was awesome and friendly. Our room was clean and we had a great oceanfront view. It was peaceful at night, aside from the soothing waves. There was a good amount of seaweed on the beach, but that is everywhere around there. We still enjoyed the beach and the beauty of the Cape. We will be back!

Easily 4.5 stars. Great location, amazing views, my room unit 11, it was clean, and modern. Looked like all new appliances and counter tops. Only complaint I had was the mold smell in the bathroom, 99% sure it was coming from the jacuzzi tube, saw no visible mold, thinking it has mold inside. But otherwise loved the place, first time at this facility (I've stayed elsewhere in the area) I'd definitely stay here again. I love that they are open year round, off season is so peaceful.

A little pricy but a nice place to stay. They have a variety of room types from studio to 3 bedroom. All rooms face Cape Cod Bay. The view is priceless, a great place to relax to the sound of the surf. You can walk out your door right on to a private beach. The rooms are efficiencies so you can cook. They even have a washer dryer. Maybe a little out dated but comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for the first time for three nights in April. What a beautiful place! It obviously had everything renovated recently as everything looked new. VERY well equipped. Only thing I’d add is a shelf in the bathroom to store stuff on, but that’s minor. Glad it is year round and we look forward to staying again. The view is outstanding!

Was able to secure a room here during the off-season. The view is exceptional. The room was perfect, felt like we had our own home away from home just 6 minutes from downtown Provincetown. The room had a washer and dryer, fireplace, as well as all of the basics that you would need to cook a wonderful meal and sit upon the deck overlooking the bay and a wonderful view of Provincetown. Extremely close to everything you could possibly need

Me and my mom stayed here for $175 during the week for one night and it was definitely worth the cost! There's some stairs that lead down to a private beach which we could see from our room. Plus there's a nice view of the Provincetown Pilgrim Tower off in the distance which was really nice. The room we got has 2 bedroom,2 bathrooms, kitchenette and living room space with a gas fireplace. The place looks very clean and attractive based on the light colored walls and furniture! Cable and free WiFi are provided and overall it's a really nice place to stay for the night. We'll definitely keep this place in mind if we stay over again sometime!

This place is great! We had a very clean, suite, the staff (office and housekeeping) was friendly and helpful, and the suite itself was comfortable. The view of the bay is outstanding - you can see a couple of lighthouse lights and watch the sunset over P-town. I really appreciated the directions for the washer/dryer unit! I miss you already, Crow's Nest!

We used to stay here very often several years ago and I stand by all my reviews (4-5 star) from that time. And the location and views are still beautiful. And maybe if you get an updated room/suite, it is still great, but sadly, we had a terrible experience this last trip: rooms need updating, screen door falling off, no internet in our room (though it was promised) and a dog next door (though policy says no pets of any kind allowed) -- after one night with no internet (so I could not get important work done), dog barking and door falling off, we politely asked to check out early and left 10 am the next morning. Although hotel clearly misadvertised and did not deliver promised services, the manager will not refund the second night, does not answer any messages...so now I have to launch complaints everywhere, just to get a night refunded that we did not stay because there was a dog, no internet (both promised and advertised) and a falling off door - so sad...so be careful - make sure they have what they say in your suite - I understand refund policies, but good business always refunds if they don't provide services promised. And, more important than the refund, this ownership/management needs to actually talk to people and fix a few things. North Truro is still my favorite place on Cape and I hope this place will get back to its standard for other guests - but we won't be staying again -- ownership or management that does not reply and does not address problems and admin fault needs to change.

I loved it here. It was Columbus Day weekend and the setting here was perfect! Beautiful sunsets. We slept with the windows open to listen to the waves! It's right on the water. We didn't leave! We had a kitchen and a gas fireplace! I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Crow's Nest Resort. The resort is situated just outside of Provincetown and directly along the water. We found it very easy to cycle to and from Provincetown. Check-in and check-out was timely and smooth. The suite itself was clean and comfortable. We even made use of the fireplace one evening when it was a bit chillier. I would highly recommend staying here for your next Cape Cod visit!

We planned a last minute vacation to the Cape.... this place had availability. Overall, nice person in the office, nice, clean modern unit that was right on the water. Housekeeping not consistent and limited to emptying trash cans and bringing fresh towels. Although the word resort is on the name....this is not a resort but we had figured that out in advance given no pool or other resort-like amenities.

I thought this Hotel was terrible, first no cancellation policy. Second $300 a night for past labor day. Everything was old and the bed was terrible, I slept on the couch. No beach , except when the tide goes out.I don't mind spending $300 but they even have a sign to " clean up after yourself" really for $300?!?You can stay beach front at the Anchorage in Maine for $275 during peak season or the best room at the Hilton Hotel in Mystic Connecticut for less.I travel often. This place wasn't as good as some Red Roof inns.

The one star is for the ocean view, which is outstanding. Otherwise, this ocean-side motel is an uncomfortable, aging facility with few amenities and poor customer service. The property does not have any ADA accessible rooms, nor are the bathrooms equipped with non-skid bathtub mats, simple tub bars, or hand-held showers - which would help a great deal. When we asked about the availability of tub mats, suction cup tub bars and hand-held showers after arrival, we were told that there were none available, but that we could have extra towels to cushion the blow in case I fell in the shower/tub. Wow. The "private beach" advertised, and which management told us "you walk right onto", was a just a boardwalk atop the seawall, with long sandboxes of trucked-in sand at the edge of the boardwalk. There was a small strip of weedy beach below, but access primarily was via a steep, aluminum step ladder covered with seaweed. There was no lifeguard, so watch yourself and the kids if you go. The motel studio room we had did offer working AC, and a cross-breeze as one side was on the ocean itself, but the other side with windows looked out onto the access road, the parking lot, and Route 6, so all-night and all-day traffic noise was part of the package. The bed we had was full-size and was older, as well as hard as a rock, the appliances in the kitchen were older, the silverware and potholders were dirty on arrival, there were no paper towels, handiwipes, napkins, spray cleaners, or sponges available, the glass tabletop was not secure on the table legs and so posed a hazard, and the indoor chairs were wooden with no cushioning at all. Two plastic, outdoor Adirondack chairs without cushions and a small outdoor table come with each room, but the cleaning staff gave one of ours to another motel guest without even asking us, leaving us with one chair until I objected. There was little privacy in our studio room as the windows and glass doorway had thin, dirty curtains and looked right out onto public access ways, there was no carpeting, and there was barely enough drawer space and shelf space for two. There was no closet. The TV worked with a basic cable package, and there was a fireplace, but it looked old and dirty. The bathroom was inaccessible and tiny, and the undersink area in the kitchen reeked of mold. If you have allergies and asthma, beware. This place is pricey - the 4 and 5-star motels in the area have comparable rates - and management makes you pay 50% upfront via personal check when you book. The final 50% of the motel fee is due on check-in, so think hard before you book. Plus, if you have questions or want a copy of the rental contract, answers and materials are tough to obtain. My first time here last week was definitely the last time I will stay at this facility, which was hardly the resort advertised. Not recommended.

We had a reservation for 2 studios for a three day weekend. Unfortunately, 2 people in our party became ill with COVID, one my 79 year old mother in law, who is now in the hospital. We called to reschedule or cancel our reservations as we could not reasonably travel with COVID positive people. We were denied both and they kept our down payments of almost 700.00. I understand rules, but the humane decision is to accommodate unplanned illness in a pandemic. COVID is still here and dangerous. They will not understand if illness develops in your party. I miss the days when people actually took care of each other.

Oceanfront accommodations, gorgeous views, lovely room. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen was super convenient for our family. We had space to spread out and the ability to cook meals. Crow's Nest has home-like amenities and a cozy feel for a great price, with Truro and Ptown right outside the door!

We have been coming here for about 10 years now and will continue to come back. Rooms are clean and are stocked with just about everything that you would need during your stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. We LOVE Michelle. Always ready with an answer to our questions or recommendations. I would and do recommend Crow's Nest to all that ask.

Last minute trip. Amazing views and location for which i would give 5⭐Actual rating is due to below issues I faced reservation method (only call or email, did not get confirmation untill next day). No one answered any calls (may be mention phone hours). We took a 2bedroom for 6 people as mentioned on website. Even on phone we were told there is a queen bed, two twins and a queen pullout sofa. BUT THERE WAS NO PULLOUT SOFA BED, one of us had to end up sleeping on floor. Only 4 towels, 4 blankets. Since we arrived past midnight, there was no one to help us out and we were checking out next day. So for one night we paid almost $600 for 6 people accommodation and we got a 2 bedroom place for 4 people. (For reference, the Maldives resort over water bungalow was $1k/nt for two people all inclusive. So we expected better experience for the price we paid here)Lesson learnt. Next time I would book way in advance and probably reach when they are open and find one that doesn't have these issues (hopefully)I should also mention that the manager herself is very polite and good but unfortunately it was past midnight to seek her assistance. She called me and left instructions to get key, wifi, etc.

Renovations needed. Limited a/c to only living room and kitchen. Floors dirty, sheets were yellow, and appliances old . It is worn. Has the makings of a great place..just needs updates.. Location is perfect. Beach and ocean right out your door

Awesome home away from home. Maybe even better. Ocean right there out your door, like having your own little place with everything you need, the restaurants around are awesome, drinks awesome, and the same if you just want to sit at your place and go no where, check in is quick, easy friendly! And no one is better to do that than Michelle, and she's always around to check on he things are going or just to talk for a bit,,,,love it there

What a fabulous place! We stayed in an immaculate two bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, just steps from Cape Cod Bay. The view from the unit made it look like the water came up to the door (don't worry, it doesn't). The sunsets were beautiful, and at night we had a view over the water to the lights and lighthouse in Provincetown. The Crow's Nest is in a quiet, secluded area 10 minutes from Provincetown, the Highland Links Golf Course, and Race Point Beach (part of the Cape Cod National Searshore),. John, the manager, was very friendly and accomodated all of our requests. He even mailed back the two pairs of glasses we left behind. Be sure to stop in the Truro General Store nearby to stock up on provisions--amazing cinnamon buns!--and have lunch and a glass of wine at the Truro Vineyard.Nearby activities: Visit Provincetown, Race Point Beach (part of the Cape Cod National Seashore), historic Highland Links Golf Course.

Love, love, love to stay at the Crow's Nest. The units are well equipped, even a washer and dryer for clothes. To hear the sound of the sea all night long is therapeutic and rejuvenates my life every time I stay!
