We had our second grooming with Keriann today. Her salon is quiet and peaceful compared to other groomers. She is kind and gentle, listened to what I wanted for a cut and gave us exactly what we wanted. It's actually the best cut out bernedoodle puppy has received so far. It's not easy to find a good groomer who will take doodles (time consuming!) at fair prices and I finally found one. Thanks Keriann!

Major disappointment since new ownership took over. Even though she told us she only has one dog at a time, she obviously double booked because another dog was coming in at the same time as ours. We scheduled a shampoo and trim and the trim was definitely not done. Prices are double what they were with the previous owners and for fewer services. Looking for recommendations for another service provider since we’re not going back here.

Keriann did a fabulous job trimming my yellow lab’s nails. She was quick, efficient and careful not to get too close to my dogs “quick”. Happy lab and customer!!!

what an awesome little space. Kerriann is super kind, and her shop is big enough for anything you need, but small enough to feel intimate and not overcrowded. Very laid-back and welcoming. Plenty of parking and super easy to get to, right on route one.

Cynthia and Cody are caring, expert dog groomers who did a phenomenal job bathing and cutting my 140 lb. St. Bernard's long hair! They are perfectionists and truly love your pets and will do everything to make them comfortable should they ever feel a little anxious. This is my 3rd trip to Tails of the Town and I'll certainly be going back!

The team was great! My senior, long-haired cat is having difficulties keeping herself groomed. Willow can't keep up with the under coat and gets mats. I've taking her to Tails of the Town 3 times and I'm so pleased. I'm grateful the team is so good to my girl.

They're not just groomers - they're miracle workers! I took a friend's dog here, for the first time, after seeing the 14-yo dog had some serious matts causing hygienic issues that needed immediate attention. I called in the morning for an appointment the same day, and they made room for me. When I picked the dog up, I could barely recognize him - he was so cleaned up and beautiful (and smelled clean!!) Cynthia guessed (correctly - better than me) all about his breed under all that fur (Cairn terrier) and turned him into a clean and happy 'Toto'. So much more personable and accommodating than petco, etc. Strongest recommendation!

Fantastic! The people are great and make you feel like part of the family. They groomed both my cat and old man who hate the process, but they seemed to really enjoy their spa time there.
