They have some awesome people working there and they seem to be very knowledgeable to the products that they’re selling and most importantly they know about the animals that these items are purchased for! This place is also great in location! I can run inn grab what I need and not need to go so far from home ! ThanksHopefully I can get my hedgehog to like me with these treats! I’ve tried everything and she just doesn’t seem to like me and I have never had an animal not like me! lol it’s really upsetting- I’m trying though!

Employees are always informative and friendly. Animals are well kept and look healthy. Lots of supplies for all your animal’s needs. Some items you can’t find elsewhere. I recommend here to others all the time.

Great store, for my dog Jadoo👊🐶👊she loves the times I can bring her, when I can. Everyone who works there's super sweet, kind and helpful always. And I do always, when I leave this store, I leave laughing ,smiling about something because everyone there is super friendly; definitely recommend for all pets. My dog just turned a year July fifth, and I have had her since August last year, 2017; and I have been going to this store for almost a year now!! 💜🐶💜👊💜🐶💜

We’ve come in when we need sliders because it’s close. But the last 3-4 times we’ve gotten sliders that are just packed like a big ice ball. Makes it hard to get sliders out without trying to thaw out the whole bag. Not worth it considering everywhere else I go it’s not a block of ice. It’s almost like it’s left out when it gets to the store then put in the freezer after it’s thawed out. Not worth the almost 40 dollars for this pain.

Out of the pet stores around and in many miles, this is my favorite place to go. In my opinion Pets Plus is the most caring place and you can actually feel they care about the pet's well-being. On top of that, every time I have gone there I love taking a look at all the animals and I notice they truly try to keep up with cleaning each animals' habitat while there. As someone who has worked at veterinary hospitals throughout my life, I feel safe to say, the staff here knows an array of information regarding the animals.Pet's Plus is by far a much better and safer option than getting a pet of even food/supplies from the "big pet stores" which all I care about is money. It is also a better choice that the other two stores nearest by. I will not mention those store names, however, I can firmly say Pet's Plus is a much better choice.Thank you Pet's Plus staff, I really appreciate the effort you put into running such a great place. Please keep all the fantastic job, my pet rats and I see you soon!

Great pet store, I went to see what they had for fish tank supplies and they have a great selection. Most notably they sell aquarium backgrounds by the inch and have so many options to choose from! I will be back for sure.

If you’re writing a review about the “attitude” I would bet you’re giving the attitude first; every time I’ve come here I have been treated with the most respect and the most helpful employees.I will be switching from buying from somewhere in plaistow to here.The prices are also so much better as well as the service.I purchased 25 meal worms and 25 superworms for $10 ; normally that would run me about $15 - $17 anywhere else.They are also so nice to my dog and give her so much love and respect her during training <3

Overall, I like this store. The people are super helpful and kind. I bought a Red Ryukin fish and turned out it had swim bladder disease. It died the day after. My tank is a good temp, we have tested everything. The fish was either over fed or the tank that they are in at the store is poor quality. I am just super disappointed.

Love this place, been coming here for years ❤️. Family owned. They’re passionate about animals and are certified canine nutritionists. Even if your thoughts on certain diets don’t align with theirs, they pleasantly guide you to find the best food for your pup with your concerns/goals/pets lifestyle in mind and with no pressure. One stop shop for all your pet needs 🙃.

This is a very well supplied and varied mom and pop pet store. They have almost everything you'll need for small pets from fish to iguanas. The prices are reasonable and I like supporting local businesses rather than giving my money to Big corporate box stores. Located at a small strip type commercial Center right on Main Street. I have never found parking to be a problem. The owners and workers are quite nice and readily available to help and answer questions.

Today was the 1st day I ever came to the Tewksbury location and they were amazing.They were helpful they were accommodating they even helped me bring all my stuff out to the car.I will definitely make this my main store and would give them a 100 stars. If I could. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a pet supply store. Thank you!!!!!!!

I bought my mom a betta fish. The employee was so helpful picking all the stuff for me. I know nothing about Betta fish. She was extremely helpful. I would recommend this for anyone who wants an animal.

It's a little more expensive than bigger chains, but the staff definitely has more experience and care for their pets and service. We've bought multiple animals and fish from this establishment and are happy to continue to support this business.

Awesome shop for pet needs. They are the only people in the area who actually sell live feeder rats. My snake is extremely picky and only will eat live prey so it took me forever to find a place that sold feeders until I found this place which is right down the street from my new house. Very friendly staff and great selection of reptile supplies, aquatic supplies, bird supplies and dog/cat stuff. If you need something they probably got It.

I have been going here for 5 years now and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I just called elbow deep in fish tank with questions. They answered everything quickly and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time ...even though I could have probably just researched or googled the answers lol. I always make my aquarium purchases here.

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the attitude and service I received from an older male gentleman at this store. I asked for help as I have a new puppy that I want to make sure has the proper care, when I asked for advice his response was atrocious. With his eyes rolling and condescending tone he spoke down to me and couldn’t be bothered to dig any deeper into my needs. You would think with foot traffic at a minimum and big box stores offering all that they do online at a fraction of the price they would put a stamp on their customer service...As a business owner myself I would be ashamed of anyone being treated as poorly as I just was. Shame on you.

Best selection of animals collectively in the area. . The people are great and Motley the mascot is awesome. Always stock your feeding needs for all occasion too . Mine is reptiles so they are my go to for mice , rats and crickets and meal worms . It's like visiting a tiny zoo , so bring the kids and enjoy !

Place was a bit depressing. small cages packed with animals . Young lady that was working was nice but the rude older man made me really not want to come back. I was asking about a program they had and he shooed me away . His unprofessional attitude was enough to make me not come back.

Everytime I come here I get attitude from the older guy who works here. Usually come in to get my bunny’s nails cut and he started giving me attitude asking if I called and giving me dirty looks. I was trying to talk to a nice girl who worked there about cutting some of my bunny’s fur of the back because it was getting long and he kept interrupting saying “we don’t do that “. When he isn’t there I don’t mind going but when he’s there it’s constant attitude as soon as I walk through the door.

The employees are so helpful. The animals at the shop always have clean cages. Store is very clean and tidy. Fully stocked. MOST of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought in the receipts from the 12 FROMM bags purchased in order to get the free bag of FROMM like the sign says, and the woman at the register sighed and said she can't accept just the receipts. They need the UPC from off the bags as well. It just would've been nice to have been informed about that before buying 12 bags for nothing and having to start over. Very misleading. And we've been long time faithful customers who come in frequently to feed our 3 dogs.

I frequent Pets Plus at least once a week and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I like it due to the fact that it isn't a chain store. I've purchased many fish and this is the only store that I've never had a problem with any sickness or deaths. Will never go anywhere else for my fish or pets supplies.
