I will give the 5 stars. Probably the best Walmart that I have ever been to. Small but fully stocked. Clean and organized. There were enough workers that can help you. Plenty of sales and deals.

Small Walmart with decent inventory. There is food but not much refrigerated/freezer food. Unfortunately my biggest complaint is that there is no Apple Pay. Sounds silly but I never carry a credit card these days and with the recent skimmer issues using cc, I prefer scanning.

Absolutely horrible employees that make accusations against my girlfriend but she was shopping. They treated us like we were Bonnie and Clyde when we simply went there to buy things for our daughters. I will never go back to Walmart again. It was a young woman who worked in the clothes section she was looking at me the entire time as if she knew me. What this person had against us I'll never know but during the whole time she kept staring at me I should have asked her if I was wearing lipstick because next time I get screwed I want to make sure I look pretty turn. Funny separate day I witnessed an incident where one of their employees was so rude to this elderly woman who was simply confused with her questioning they made her feel like and sound like an idiot they were out of line completely they were rude they were nasty the employees make the store so they say well if the employees made this store they made one hell of a mess. Absolutely disgraceful behavior

Never have XL men's white t shirts. Or when they do someone has already opened them and TAKEN one out. Bathroom's always dirty. People follow you around the store assuming you're a thief. When I went to the electronics department NOBODY there could tell me ANYTHING about the products I was asking about. Their reply was "I'm not sure this isn't even my department I'm just filling in for someone" break or shift not sure. Worse customer service employees as well, always makes me feel like I'M bothering THEM always the same rude person at the customer service desk same older woman with glasses and darker hair color. Very rude!

I've been going to this store for over 20 years and I loved it. They're always renovating in order to offer the best service for their clients. It has a variety of products. However, I just think they overpriced some items, and in the end, I always get to pay more than I expected. Also, I would love to have a big department of produce as other locations have. Overall I enjoy shopping here.

The place to go when you want to play high prices because their lack of security and the shoplifters that love the place. I have an American Express I'm not too worried about their prices but I just don't care for Walmart anymore not to mention how cheap their merchandise a sell is and how expensive they charge. If possible I go elsewhere

Never thought I'd see a Walmart with no grocery section. No produce. No meat or dairy. The closest Walmart Supercenter is over an hour away.

Depends on what time you go in. If you go at night there's a ton of employees just standing around not doing anything or on their phones. Lines at all checkouts plenty of employees but nobody helps to get everyone checked out. Wareham Walmart not teaticket

I must say the place is very clean but the service was not what I expected I purchased a TV and I had a hard time finding a salesperson and have to carry it myself no wagons disappointed

2 pick up orders in a row, received the ready for pick up text, let them know I was on my way, checked in gave my car information and parking spot number, waited 30+ mins, went inside, they don't have my order, can't find my items in stock, I leave with an apology and a receipt with 1-800- WALMART written on it. Call customer support they promise to help, wait on the phone for and hour, they can't get in touch with the store and don't have a solution, end up canceling my ordering and hanging up with an apology. No care in the world about my time, gas, that I STILL need the items I purchased.... extremely frustrated with Walmart. This last order I picked up in Wareham (I live in sandwich), got home realized it was broken, returned it to Plymouth who had the item in stock but couldn't find it so couldn't exchange it, they issued me a refund. I placed a pickup order while in Plymouth Walmart for my item at Falmouth Walmart, drive the 30ish miles there, waited 2+ hours, head home another 20 miles 11 hours after I left my house.... WITHOUT my item.......

Was just at your store after checking to make sure you had the item I needed before driving there. You had the items (ge dusk to dawn light bulbs) as your store web site showed. Told me the location in your store where they were located. The price on the Teaticket store website showed them on sale. I drove to your store, planned to buy 4 until the price at the register showed a higher price. The person at the register suggested I go to the customer service desk which I did. The customer service person said that I needed to speak with a group leader ? I did and he told me he would not honor the price because it’s a special price for people buying online only ???Please advise if this is correct? Not a happy customer…

In a world where retail associates are known for taking home company property. It amazes me that a pair of customers could not only wait for service at a locked counter for over twenty minutes. But to have to seek out employees, none of which equipped with a walkie talkie, to find out that the employee covering the department left for the day with the key amazes me. How is there only one key for the locked case in sporting goods? Why is there no in store communication besides walking to a page counter? How does AP or management not keep a copy? Why in the peak transition of the season is the sporting department so understaffed that an employee is able to walk away with the key. Why is the only contingency for this to kindly ask me to come back another day. I will not be revisiting this location and I advise that management take a good look at efficiency in communications and high impact department staffing. Walmart may not have lost a customer today, but the Falmouth location just lost a full year resident for life. I will gladly take my buisness elsewhere.

As far as Wal-Mart is concerned, this is nice. It is clean, well stocked, and the lines are hardly ever longer than a 1-3 min wait. This is not a "super" Walmart, so there is a very limited supply of cold foods, but again, it is a nice Walmart.

Pretty typical Walmart. They have clothes, food, toys, electronics, car supplies, household items, I could go on forever. Priced better than most stores. I like mom n pop stores better but when you want to save time and money, this is the place.

Love Walmart. I just wish that Cape Cod had a better one than all the way in Falmouth or Wareham the two most difficult spot to get you when you live mid cape. I’ll keep crossing my fingers at the old Kmart will be Walmart or maybe even better a discount Walmart believe it or not they do have those too!!

Doesn't take wic. Doesn't have the grocery store so not a super Walmart. But it has the other stuff I need. I wish they had more kids clothes n shoes. At times it's busy and harder to check out here but they have most of the regular stuff I need! Good clearance aile

Worst customer service that I had to deal with in US.I bought two bikes online with a 90-day return policy. I made the return steps online, I got the return barcode and the message saying to go to the closest Walmart store to drop the bikes and get the refund. Went to the shop and they said that they have a 15-day policy return for bikes. When I asked them to show me something official about this, their answer was that they don't have nothing official and that they can just tell me that they have a 15-day policy return for bikes.

They definitely have everything. It's pretty overwhelming. But when you go there you can count on getting what you want. Staff is readily available and very helpful. Checkout was fast and efficient. A good shopping experience.

Horrible customer service, I was trying to return an item that broke at first use with receipt that I purchased within the week. The customer service representative would not talk to me and dismissed me when It was my turn and I couldn't get a clear answer on if anything was wrong or if I had been missing something.

I've always had very good customer service at their pharmacy.This store does not as large as the Wareham or Plymouth locations, and thus doesn't carry as many products; especially foods (produce, meats, etc...)The cashiers have always been friendly. I go here when I'm in a pinch as it's closer to my family's home. But Plymouth is my number 1 choice and then Wareham.
