It’s Wednesday, January 11 2023 and I went into the store around 6:20PM-6:30PM I went into the store to look for someone and the a worker with bleach blonde hair came running out after me and accused me of stealing when I didn’t even have a bag on me. I was in view of the counter the whole time. They told me to never come back. I was being harassed and I don’t appreciate it one bit think I’ll be taking to the public.

Very rude person behind counter needs to take some customer service training , I left some stuff on counter and informed person that I was going to play lottery , the cashier started to ring up as I walked away , apparently the manger blonde hair woman asked me if the items were mine I replied yes , she then was quite rude saying that’s why we don’t like people to leave stuff on counter , well I’m sorry but was totally uncalled for maybe she needs a vacation or something , as a business owner who frequently visits the area , I would certainly say if I were looking for a place to shop , go elsewhere , were the managers have proper etiquette to clients . The nice worker who probably shouldn’t have rung up the order prematurely I feelBad for her too she looked uncomfortable , so in ending , I say to the lady who was rude , go get some formal training on how to talk to customers in public and if you own this place , take a vacation and a chill pill .

Never had a issue untill tonight i pulled up in front of the door 7 minutes before they close and as soon as my headlights hit the doorway the young feminine male employee comes running up to the door smiling shaking his head no as he locks the door so i said still have six minutes and he keeps laughing as he walks away. I then call to get the number so i can make a complaint and he wouldn't fulfill my request instead starts telling me he can close when he wants to but last i knew its posted on the door 11 not 11ish and im almost certain that falls under false advertisement and opens the store up to a lawsuit liability and we shall see wut his bosses have to say tomorrow
