Customer team member was very friendly and helpful by bringing my purchases out to my car. I give the 3 star rating because the item I bought is defective and was the last one at my local store. I now have to decide what to do, return it and order one online if any other stores have any. Then have it delivered. I'm having bad luck with caged feeder to keep the squirrels out. This was a replacement from a different company.

I picked up a couple of small items I needed but what I really need (hemlock mulch) you don’t have and can’t give me a timeline on when you will have more in stock.Just disappointed…I will certainly wait for you to get more because the mulch you carry is so much better than the mulch at the “big stores”!

I took advantage of the 15 percent off online purchases. There was a glitch in the paperwork that the associate quickly fixed. The item was ready. I also noticed your large selection of Stiel products. He said when I come back he will be glad to demonstrate any tool. Very professional.

I tried to do pickup but did not have internet access. That was not a problem for me. I went into the store and told the person behind the counter what I was to pick up. As I initially approached him, he was not doing anything. Not sure if he was playing on his phone, but clearly he seemed irritated that I interrupted his trip to space.He walked maybe 10 steps. I ordered a trash can, he stood with the can dangling from his finger with blank expression on his face. I told him I could handle putting it in my car.I do really like this store, but I am sure it is difficult to get help these days. A "warm body" is what someplace have to settle for these days.

While I enjoy the store. It is very close to my neighborhood. I find most of the sales clerks not very friendly and approachable. There are infrequenet "thank yous" and greetings in general. Some times I feel that I have entered a place of depression devoid of appreciation for the customer

Online ordering was easy and order completion and notification was timely , store pickup was great , everything was in one place. The only negative was the interaction with the counter person. Maybe it was a bad day but using an old expression - they seemed to have sucked lemons. Wicked cranky.

Bought a Stihl saw a few weeks back, it's Sunday we have a massive project ahead of us today, but the saw we bought here completely died brought it back to the store an told we would have to come back because there nothing they can do for me. I have to come back during the week so now I have to take a day off from work just to come all the way back on the cape just to get customer service when it's convenient for them

Ran into an emergency at home, on Sunday night when everyone else was already closed. This spot was *one minute* from closing and they still answered the phone. They took my order and left my product outside for me so I could pick it up after closing. Absolutely wonderful service, above and beyond.

Consistently a horrible experience. We stay away for a while and then tell ourselves it couldn't really be as bad as we remember, and give it another shot since it's right up the street. They either don't have what we need, charge twice as much, or we're shocked by the lack of, or indifference, of the staff. Today was the last straw. We just had the most awful and unnecessary interaction with one of their associates Val. Make the seven minute drive further up the street, these people don't deserve your business!

I went in looking for a extendable magnet for grabbing a fallen screw in a jukebox. Matt helped me and was one of the most pleasant sales people I've ever met anywhere. Kudos!!!

This is a nice hardware store. The employees are super helpful and give great recommendations! They are always kind when I go in and willing to go out of their way to help. Sometimes, there aren't as many brands to select from when it comes to certain products; however, I find there's just enough to satisfy my needs -- I'm getting a good deal and a good quality product. Overall, a nice store.

Ordered a Honda Lawn Mower on Aubuchon's website at 7am and picked it up at noon. The status of my order was acknowledged and updated and I was notified by text and email. When I arrived at the store I followed a link from the ready for pickup text and notified the store that I was there to pickup and what type and color of vehicle I was driving. I didn't get any acknowledgement that the store had my message and after waiting 15 mins I went into the store and the store manager found my order and within 10 mins he brought the lawn mower to me and loaded into my truck. The store was very busy as it was tax free weekend. I would order again on line and pickup at the curb this was a painless process.

Fantastic people working there... Always well stocked. My go to store. It used to be a funky old paint and hardwear store but also a good one. I am happy to say the buyout even improved the place tenfold. Getting the hardwear manager and paint guys they did was also a HUGe smart move. Keep it up friends!
