Len's is a great place. He is so good with my ancient collie Jack. What a great job they do with her. She is feeble and usually takes 2 people to keep her on the table. She just looks beautiful when she comes back out!!! Need to bring her in for what will probably be her last grooming. Hoping for you to be open again soon. Poor old girl her time is coming so sad...

THE BEST CAT GROOMER EVER!!! I've never been so happy with a grooming service before - I've been at many many many places before from LA to NYC to New England... I have never met a groomer like Len who was able to demat the cat completely (I have a super matted long hair Persian cat) without having to give him a lion cut, and finish wash and dry all within 1 hour!!! I can't believe it's only $50 also... In the past, I always get charged $150+ and they take 3 hours - they always end up giving him an ugly lion cut. I even had places (Petco of course) that hurt him when trying to demat - the razor cut into my cat’s skin!Len truly BLEW MY MIND!!! I didn't even know this can be so easy and well done given all the poor previous experience and limited grooming options for cats. I would drive hours to come to Len just for this excellent service!!!Here's my cat happy and chilling in the car right after the groom... He is finally now fluffy and clean again!!! :D

I take my cat galileo here at least once a year for a seasonal shave to help with the heat. Always a pleasure. Fast. Professional. Prices are great.. And their always a pleasure to deal with. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Previously the owner had always done a good job and now with new ownership they were very confused about how and what to do with her coat I did NOT want her shaved I just wanted her trimmed up and a small portion off the top … well this is what I got .. very disappointing and won’t return

Len's was an awesome experience for us! My babygirl had her first grooming experience and the staff provided excellent care and she came out looking beautiful just what I wanted! From the time I walked in and little cookie was skittish , Len came over and greeted her and took her into his hands and made me feel more comfortable until I picked her up and was presented with my pup looking spiffy a holiday bandana and Christmas bow in her hair! All around great service and I will be back!

I've taken my dog to Len's for years and was always happy. After Len retired I brought my dog in for the usual grooming. The cut was much longer than usual and he was there over 3 hours. I decided to give them another chance today. After 3 hours I went in without getting a call saying he was ready. They didn't even know which dog was mine. I went to sniff his head because I always request nothing scented on him. Not only did he smell perfumed I noticed they had injured his eat. They put something on to stop the bleeding and there was still dried blood on his ear. They never even mentioned the injury.

I brought my small dog here for the first time today. I was greeted by very friendly staff, which is always nice. The dogs that were being groomed were all very calm and the staff stayed focused on them. They called me to come pick him up within 45 minutes. I couldn't believe he was done in that short amount of time. The dog came out amazing and he was not anxious as he usually is. The staff is just so friendly and the price was great too. I will be bringing my fur baby here from now on and I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely wonderful groomer! Finding a groomer who happily takes cats is no easy feat, but I luckily happened upon Len after a recommendation from a vet. He quickly took my very matted kitty in and cleaned her up in no time at all! Not a fancy salon, but a nice, caring owner who will make your precious pet look good for very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend and already have our next appointment booked!

Len is amazing! Not only does he and his team do a great job bathing and grooming my dog, but the customer service is amazing. They are so kind and gentle with my Bella. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else!!

Len is THE BEST.Always super friendly, my cat gets a lion cut and his nails done and Len has this amazing calming effect that my cat pretty much purrs and falls asleep during this. He is willing to accommodate his hours and squeeze you in at 7am before he even officially opens if need be. His staff are very friendly and everyone in there seems to genuinely love animals.

I used to drive 45 minutes to an hour to this groomer because Len did a great job, the price was reasonable, and most of all my dog was out within 30 minutes. No sitting in a cage all day. The new owner of this place is an absolute disgrace. Horrible customer service. Promised my dog would be done within 2 hours and when I went to pick her up... he hadn’t even touched her except for a bath. Charged me $25 bucks when a full groom with Len was $35. It was a full waste of a day and so so frustrating. While I was killing time at Supercuts... my hairdresser just so happened to say oh my dog was just there last week and came home with cuts all over. No thankssssss.

The new owners of are horrible.November 2021Len no longer owns the shop. I brought my dog there and the man that cut her nails couldn't handle and she fell off the table, she was able to get her muzzle off and started with the most sensitive claw. Her duclaw are very sensitive. I will never ever ever bring her there again

I have a newly adopted dog that is nervous with strangers, has separation anxiety and likes to bark to make you think he's a tough guy! Not! Len was absolutely fabulous with him. He was calm in no time. Len also put my concerns in perspective. All I can say is we had a positive experience. We will be back, and my dog looks amazing! Thank you Len, your truly a blessing!

Nobody but Lenny can trim my Chihuahuas nails. I was very skeptical when I made the appointment but when I brought Taco in Lenny is like the dog whisperer! Taco let Lenny trimmed all his nails without a problem.I have been going to him for over 5 years and will continue. He is awesome with animals!

My lab/husky/golden retriever mix has medium-long hair which gets very tangled and matted at times, especially in the summer when she’s in and out of water frequently. Len’s Grooming was able to safely comb them out and groom her beautifully with little shaving required! She has a beautiful coat and they did an excellent job detangling her and keeping her coat soft, long and shiny! Best experience we’ve had with a groomer yet and we’ve gone to 3 others prior. I booked her next appointment right then and there.

Was hoping lens brother would be as good as him but was I mistaken, both dogs are usually done back to back appointments and only one was done since it was well after closing when first was done. Not sure how you screw up on a puggle but they did. Need to find a new place to take them. Still need another groomed. Not happening there that's for sure

Lenny and all of his staff are Amazing!! I bring my Maltese Tyke in for his little spa day every couple of months, and they all do a great job everytime! Also you can tell that they are all animal lovers!! I know when I leave my little guy there that he's in great hands!! ♡

I've been going to Len's for yrs. Never fails to amaze me, how pretty my furry baby looks, after Len, does his magic, on her. Glad that I found a great groomer, with good prices and a wonderful personality.

Len doesn't own Len's Grooming any longer, he sold it. Len groomed my long haired cat many times over the years w/o a single problem. The new owners gave me back a cat that was not finished at twice the price and they insisted on full payment for a partial job. They said they couldn't handle the cat. I don't know what they did to this cat but I wasn't able to go near it for days.

Have been going to Lens for more than 10 years and was always very happy. Took my Pom in today and was very disappointed #1 they try to convince me to shave her which you never shave a Pomeranian and #2 the cut is all choppy looks awful . So dissatisfied. Unfortunately will not be going back it would have been nice if they told me when I called that Len retired. Not sure what they did but she is very unstable on her feet. Hope they didnt drop her.Keeping an eye on her if she is not better will take her to vet. I called Len on Monday to ask if he could groom my 4 cats that i need to rehome this weekend. He said he could definitely do 2 on Tuesday (Today) and would let us know if he could groom the other 2 due to previously booked appts .When we got there Len was extremely friendly and was able to groom all 4 .He did an amazing job with all 4 of my cats .He is very professional and very reasonably priced.Thank You Len being so wonderful....(and lets not forget...still so handsome 😁)

Brought my Yorkie for a grooming and they did a very good job. Everything went great they took good care of my Chase. It was obvious there was attention todto as his face came out great as well as bum, bits and pieces ECT were all near. Gave a great puppy cut for a Yorkie 😁🐶🐶

They should take Len's name off the business.Dropped aussie off to have him groomed, said I'd like him shorter. "Summer cut" they asked, ya short but not enough to ruin his coat. (I've been going to Len's for years with no issue)Gets call to confirm, tell them "tight but not shaved, maybe 1.5in clean up where he'll get dirty and matted" okay they sayPicks up dog and looks soooo short, I wish I realized and said something then and there. Gets him into the car and I can see the shave marks.I contacted a groomer friend and said his coat is likely ruined.I'm extremely sad, like why even call to clarify if you're going to shave him anyhow. My poor baby won't be back. Beware!

I'd like to give Len's Grooming a negative five star review. Len doesn't work there or run it anymore. He retired. The current staff is careless, incompetent and dishonest. They injure people's pets and then try to cover it up. If you sincerely value your pet this is not the place to bring them for grooming.

Lens Grooming was referred to us by a friend, we took our 10lb yorkiepoo for a wash/cut. He was great , took him right away and was done so quickly, our other place usually had him for at least 4 hours, which stressed him out. Our dog smelt great and looked so handsome.
