First time to Ken’s and was made to feel like I’d been a customer forever! Jim, Ken’s Right-hand Man (Ken’s wife, of course, being THEE Other Half😊), was friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us the layout of the place.Ken came out shortly after we’d arrived: very personable and down to earth. His selection of all-things-aquarium, kits, supplies, etc, is off the charts! The reptile and bird offerings are well-stocked, too.I think it’s great that Ken’s Fish & Pet Supplies offers NO LIVESTOCK of any kind for sale. Having a business that focuses on the aquarium necessities (reptile & birds) makes it somewhere I can find just about any brand, item, and REPLACEMENT PART I need; which is how I found Ken’s! No one carried a filter cover within 1000 miles online then Ken’s Fish & Pet Supplies popped up. Went to check out and discovered he’s in Taunton!!! Had to go check them out! Got my filter cover and more.😁Great selection of quality products and very reasonable prices. Best kept secret…til now!😊😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊😊

I've been purchasing my food from them for a long time and it's been great. Recently ordered an aquarium light and was sent the wrong one and have emailed them FIVE times with no response. The website says: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE and UNMATCHED SERVICE - that's not been my experience so far

I order fish food online from Ken's Fish and think its a great place to shop. This is the best place to buy fish food online. Great prices and variety. I was impressed with how well the latest shipment was packed and protected. Buying food in pounds is more cost effective than those items sold in a few ounces.I appreciate the attention to detail.

Excellent prices, fast shipping, and clean packaging. You can tell the company is run by someone who cares about their reputation. When compared to other fish foods, kens seems to be way less cloudy, provide better nutrients, and contain cleaner/healthier ingredients, best of all, every single one of my fish go crazy for it unlike some top selling brands.

I received a package of crested gecko breeding an growth food that expires in 2 months. The person I spoke with said “oh well feed it anyway”Would you eat expired food let alone feed it to your pet !!! This is for a baby crested, it can not eat this in 2 months 😱I emailed several times, NO ANSWER…. I finally had to call, no help what do ever. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Horrible………..👎👎👎👎👎Not right at allBe careful on food you get that it doesn’t expire soon.

I’m in love with this place they beat Petco, PetSmart, all this big corporations. They have everything under the sun if your into aquascaping, or just simple aquarium hobby in general this is your place. Very good prices also. They’re about 40 minutes away from where I’m from but was worth every mpg lol…definitely recommend*

Been using Ken's Fish & Pet Supplies for years. Always fast service and delivery. Have used his pellet feeds from trout to koi and everything else in the hobby. Even hard to find foods from freeze dried to pellets. Larvae stage powders to large pellets. Top notch business!!

Been using Ken's for several years now. Prices are good and shipping prompt. My one complaint is that I have emailed maybe four different times over the years with questions and never gotten a response. And yes, I checked my spam folder. Thus, the four stars because of poor communication.

Update Walked in a hour before closing time, got few pounds of food for 20-30 bucks! Lee’s Specimen container for cheap!I have been here a few times!! Prices are great they make food that my fish love!! I walked in here thought why haven’t I been here yet? Maybe cause no fish or plants but everything thing else! They ship world wide! Plenty of stock and various items!Went yesterday, Next time I go I will take pictures!! Never got anything mailed to me, I have always walked in, prices well I drive a little to get here but it is all worth it!! I just hate forgetting something I wanted to get and forgot to get it or look!! Cross country mail east coast to west coast well it doesn’t really matter it will get there with a week 3-5 days that’s if it’s a perfect day! They help their customers take time to help even though clearly busy! I do enjoy coming here!

Ken's Fish is always great! They are super fast with shipping and have lots of things in stock. I first found them because I was looking for extra parts for my Aquaclear filters and they were one of the few places who had them, but now I order all of my aquarium supplies from them. Ordering from them is also a great way to support a small business rather than the bigger companies. Highly recommend!

I absolutely can't say enough good things about this company! I ordered two orders online for reptile supplies. On the second order the hide arrived broken. No fault of theirs, USPS mishandling. Within 24 hours I recieved a response saying they would send a replacement! The prices are phenomenal, selection is awesome and customer service is above and beyond!

I found Ken's fish warehouse through a channel on YouTube that breeds plecos The guy went on about the high end food he feeds his fish from Ken's. I went to check out the food mentioned. I ended up getting almost everything in Ken's food in the 1/4 size. The price has me shook! My fish love the food and it doesn't cloud my water! I price compare everything. Absolutely everything. I started comparing Ken's to competitors I've been using. SHOOK! Ken's is a fraction of the cost with so many products. I have have made a handful of purchases. Shipments are always fast. That I appreciate. Thanks for the great service and prices Ken's.

Ken's Fish is the best! It is my go-to place for all my fish and reptile supplies. Their prices are competitive and the shipping super fast, and they have a lot of things that are hard to find anywhere else (e.g. replacement parts for filters). They also have an excellent line of house-made fish food that I highly recommend and that I know is used by a lot of professional aquarists.

Their free shipping is the worst ever. It doesn't even move for days. Never seen a company use the very cheapest delivery available, before now.Placed order on the 1st of February. It's now the 13th and no sign of my order. Only company I have dealt with, offering free shipping if you meet a price point, that uses the absolutely cheapest shipping available. I will never buy anything from them again.

Ordered an Alita AL-80 air pump rebuild kit. Paid extra for 2 day UPS and they sent it Priority USPS (which was free) and now they will not reply to my email request for a refund of the 2 day shipping. Poor communication!

Great price, everything came in tact. I was scared at first after reading horrible reviews about people not receiving it and stuff like that but I received everything in only 3 days. I did pay extra for shipping but I do think it is worth it. Everything is great quality and came fast for a good price!

Their shipping is absolutely horrible. When I pay for shipping (which most sellers don't charge for) I expect fast service and good tracking they provided neither. Watch for my online reviews to let others know.

Totally a bad company to do business with!I purchased some products from here worth $150. Package wasn't get delivered by FedEx due to missed delivery, according to FedEx investigation, and they asked me to contact the seller to claim for reimbursement or replacement.I tried to get a hold on this Ken's fish but never got their response, even emailed them.Very very unreliable company, no liability. That's only $150, what if it is more than that.Don't let them screw you over by their fancy website and their fancy company history.
