James the groomer went absolutely above in beyond to meet mine and my puppies needs. He totally exceeded my expectations! When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. We love this store. Our puppy YANKEE loves to come get pampered at the groomers. Bath, nails, all that good stuff. We buy him the Blue Buffalo puppy food and the soft milkbone beef treats that come in a plastic jar. I love that they have classes and training sessions too.

Smaller location than others, but I still found what I needed. However, the reason for the 3 stars is because while I was checking out, I overheard the employees denying a customer dog grooming because of matted fur. I'm sorry I don't even have a dog, but that is not right. That's probably the reason they are there. Mabye get some better trained groomers, instead of denying customers.

Super, super sweet, friendly & helpful staff! I went in looking for a water drinking fountain for my cat to try to get her to drink more water. The staff member (I wish I got her name!) was very willing to take the time to give me her honest opinion and compared each of the products with me. It was a huge bonus that she happened to have a cat herself & had actually purchased a few water fountains before! Her knowledge & willingness to take the time to meet my needs was very much appreciated! Girlie deserves a raise & I really hope that if she's not a manager that they'll consider this girl for management!! Thank you so much!

They've got everything you need for your pet @ a decent quality. You're gonna pay for it though ! Went to buy a cat scratching post the other day. The price $39.99. thought it was a bit high for such a simple & small item. Went home checked online. Found him a bigger & better one with a hammock, a perch, & hanging toy so he can play for $30 w/free next day shipping. I'd only go here if you need something immediately, and you got the extra cash to pay extra for it. Because you will !

Grooming is very courteous and professional. Accommodated all my concerns and needs for my hairy buddy and also took some time to get to know my pet and make sure he was comfortable. They were done within a reasonable time. Pricing is fairly reasonable but the service was excellent.

Staff were very friendly and there was a decent selection given the size of the store, that being said it's smaller than most PetSmarts I've been in and suffers a little accordingly, but it has what my dogs need.

I brought my dog to be groomed here. I scheduled an appointment for 10am and was told it would be quick because she’s a small dog and only needed a puppy cut. Around 2:30pm we ran out of things to do and drove by to see if they were done or were almost done . Only to find out, that they didn’t touch my dog and she’d been sitting in a kennel for 4 and half hours. Mind you she’s a 4 month old puppy. And she hates being in a kennel. The girl at the desk told me that this is normal and usually takes around 4 hours before your dog gets seen. I just left without my dog getting her cut. Horrible place they overbook their schedule for profit and have dogs just waiting in kennels. Bubbles and paws in Fall River were super quick and did a great job for a better price

Be aware when bringing your precious loved pet to be groomed here. We have a well behaved large breed dog and she was scheduled for a 2:30pm cleaning. We dropped her off and they took her in around 2:40pm. No big deal. Left feeling that she was in good hands. Then we get a call around 4:15pm with devastating news that our 6 month old was at the Vets because she was placed in a kennel and was scratching to the point her paw was ripped open and half her treatment was done.The vet called with information on how she was. She stated that our dog was well behaved and her paw was bleeding upon arrival. They glued it and trimmed the area. Her nails have been jagged and split.We picked her up from the vet. She was stressed out, panting, growling when we touched her in certain areas. This was not how our lovely dog acts. She is always fun, happy to see people and very playful.I will never go back here to have my dog groomed. Yes its affordable, doesn't mean the animal is enjoying the way they are treated.I understand that they kennel the animals which is ok. It is not ok to have the animal stressing out while kenneled. Call the owner, finish the job within the time frame that is allowed. There was absolutely no excuse from any employer from PetSmart as to why we where not notified within the 2 hrs they had her to come get her. The never finished the groom after having the 2hrs with her.Just be aware and cautious. There are plenty of groomers that will love your pet and treat them correctly.

So pleased with our visit to the Grooming Department today.Employees came out to greet our dog and make her feel welcome in a new environment.We explained she was a rescue dog and may get skiddish if force held too tight.The young man Jared understood as he has rescue dogs himself. Off our "paw baby" went in for nail trim. We peeked in the side window and Jared did an outstanding job in giving her a break between doing each 🐾🐾 paw. Thank you, PetSmart for taking the anxiety out of this pet mom and giving my paw baby royal treatment.

You will be stopping at the doors in back of store building where dumpsters right after the sign that says truck route. There they will unload you themselves. Very smooth and easy process.

I have been bringing my pupper to this Pet Smart for quite a while. They have changed groomers and the cure have gone down hill. I picked up my dog and only half of the services were done and I recieved him back wet! Very disappointed

A year ago they had super friendly knowledgeable staff at this location. Now there's just staff that hangs out up front socializing rather than assisting customers. Michael shouldn't be in retail. I will spend my money elsewhere. To the staff that's no longer there? We miss you 😓. You were the reason we were there once a week. ❤

I went to purchase dog food. I entered the store dog in tow. I was greeted right as I entered the store. The staff was very friendly to both myself and my dog. I was asked if I required any assistance several times as I browsed through different sections of the store. I asked a few questions and they seem knowledgeable. At checkout they offered my dog a treat which she happily accepted. They did ask my permission first. I have been there several times and always find a good selection and friendly service.

Every time I go to PetSmart in Swansea they always have what I need for my bearded dragon Maxwell. And if I have a question about something he eats they always have the answer I need to hear so thank you they're the best.

Literally the worst hiring services ever . If they say they are accepting applications they will have you waste your time , provide resumes and then give u the job 8 months later after you have called them over and over and over for any sort of follow up. Terrible management not to mention the straight up abusive fish care

Staff is helpful and nice. Wish they would keep ghost shrimp in stock. I know they get a delivery every Tuesday, but I can't always get there that day and apparently there's one customer who preorders all of them 😒. It would be great if they could keep some for everyone else that needs them.
