AWESOME PLACE!!!!!!! We ordered countless LARGE "Flavor Burst" soft serve cones and each one was only $1, no matter the size! Tell your friends! Tell your family! The ice cream here is practically FREE!!!!! How does this place even make a profit???? Regardless, absolutely delicious ice cream with huge portions for the incomparable price!!!

I got a peanut butter razzle.Vanilla soft serve with peanut butter sauce, crushed peanut butter cups and chocolate sprinkles. (It was a specific request, that's not how they're normally made.)It transported me to another place. It was wonderful.

When Popo's actually had a good selection of hot dogs and all of the condiments to choose from it was awesome and I went there no matter where I was or how long it took me. Now if someone's looking for hot dogs I don't recommend to go there they only have the simplest of dogs and condiments try the Boston hot dog company in Salem they still have a good selection

A wonderful place to enjoy authentic hotdogs, hamburgers and exceptional ice-creams. The setting might look run-down, cluttered and aged, but that brings a homely and warm local ambience. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The worst. I went in for 2 hot dogs with mustard and relish and 2 Chicago dogs. I was the only one in there. 20 plus minutes later after listening to 2 completely entitled spoiled brats talk about their boy problems I was given a bag of mush completely soaked in mustard. Pull you heads out of your phones and do your very simple job. Wow. I have never written a negative review but to have that poor level of service and follow it with that low grade food is unacceptable for any business.

They do 2 things, hot dogs and ice cream. Not seafood and hotdogs on the side. Not burgers and they happen to do hotdogs too. They do hotdogs. They're the best, it's what they do. And they're only $2.75. Best hotdogs in the north shore, right on the ocean, walking along kings beach. Perfect spot for a casual dinner/walk date.

The best! Ice cream is so so good and reasonably priced. The dogs are nothing super special, but the ice cream makes up for it. Get the Razzle with their house made brownies.

I was hard to get what I wanted the girl had no clue what she was doing. the manager sounded very rude. very disorganized. unfriendly customer service. the ice cream was good. but there was hardly and strewberrys and pineapples just a lot of whipped cream!

The service was horrendously slow and the 1 girl working the front of shop had absolutely no sense of urgency. The line was out the door & they were moving slow AF. The 1 girl making hot dogs completely ruined both our orders while drenching them in too much of the condiments

it really sad to see the lack of diversity in this shop. i’ve supported this store for so long and just knowing that they aren’t open to having more poc people working here is so disheartening. i know plenty of poc friends who trying to apply to work at this franchise and they were turned away. if you want to try to work here and don’t have white privilege or connections it’s not worth your time. kells kreme do better it’s just sad. just a bunch of spoiled brats that live in this town and get the job.

Ordered regular hot fudge Sunday with vanilla ice cream. Got half a scoop of ice cream a dollop of hot fudge.$7+. Not worth it

The service was terrible. You walk in and there is maybe 7 teenage girls "working"..not one of them looks at you. One blonde girl was standing at the cash register just staring blankly out the window as I stood waiting for idk some kind of response. Until I spoke up and greeted her loudly. Then she made what I asked. While I was waiting another "worker swept over both me and my girlfriends feet who was wearing flip flops... so rude. It wont kill her to say excuse me, or to wait until the customer leaves to then continue sweeping the floor. These young girls need help learning to be professional, Management, that means you! --- the soft serve tasted good so I gave two stars for the taste alone.

Best soft-serve around, with at least three locations I can think of: the one listed in Swampscott, another on Revere Beach, and one in Lynn, on Broadway. With jimmies, of course, or, better yet dipped in hot fudge! Humongous servings, too!

This place opened when I was in high school. They have always had great hotdogs. Every time I am in town to visit the folks I always make a point to stop by and grab a hotdog.

I used to go here all the time but after my most recent experience most likely will not come back again. Customer service is not the the same as the staff seems to have attitudes and not want to talk to customers. Also not taking orders in the proper order and I waited while people who went after me got services first.
