If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The flexibility alone makes it the best! My Teddy loves loves coming here. He comes for daycare and grooming and you can tell from the minute we walk in they care so much about every animal there. I am grateful to live close to them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have known TLC Pet Haven for at least twenty years! We took our Golden Retriever Beau there, our numerous cats over the years there, and our beautiful fifteen year old Othello just had his grooming this morning! They do a wonderful job! They love animals, and we are grateful for the services they provide, we wouldn't take our furbaby anywhere else!

Our dog has been going to TLC for daycare for about a year now. Some of the nicest people I have met who always greet our dog by name when she comes in. Very convenient, very reasonable pricing. We also use their boarding services and have them give her a bath at the end, definitely an expert tip right there. At the end of last year they gave us a hilarious yearbook of all the dogs that go to TLC, it was great. Brittany comes to my home in a grooming van and is wonderful with my two small adult rescue dogs. She is very gentle even with my very nervous half Chihuahua, half Maltese. We love having her come.

I brought my large lab for his first groom ever and I was very happy! You can tell the staff really cares for the dogs in their care. When we walked in, he was greeted with the happiest faces and excited hellos from the caregivers - and the 5 other dogs that came in after us, they knew the dogs and the owners by name…really reassuring when dropping your pet off for the day. When I picked him up he was happy, tuckered out, and smelled amazing! His nails were filed down nice and short with rounded edges. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I brought three cats into this facility for grooming, two of them faired well but one did not, she wasn’t being cooperative. That’s fine. However, what I found despicable, is the condition they returned my cat in. She had been left to squalor in her own feces in her crate. When I called to ask what happens if an animal defecates in their carrier, they said they clean it up and put a pad down. This did not happen in our situation. She was returned to me covered in feces and crying for help. I will never bring my cats here again nor would I recommend anyone do so.

Both our dogs love the environment and the staff. I recommend TLC Pet Haven to anyone who has a dog looking to get out some of it's energy or to board when you go on a vacation. Best place around. The only place I trust with my dogs.

We love, love, love TLC Pet Haven. Denise, her husband and the entire team are amazing. We use both the in house grooming and the mobile grooming. Both are in a word OUTSTANDING! They are true professionals and are so good with my dogs. I have 3 siberian huskies and 1 wanna be husky and they absolutely love going to TLC. They pull me all the way to the door and love seeing everyone there! They do an amazing job are my dogs and always look fantastic. I will go no other place and if you are looking for an amazing experience look no further then Denise and her team at TLC Pet Haven

I've been bringing my dog there for years, the experience was and is so amazing. She comes in happy and leaves tired from all the play with the TLC staff and all her furry friends in daycare.That experience continues now that I have been working here for a year. Every experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice there and you can really tell they are all animal lovers. I take my long haired German Shepherd there for boarding. I know he is in good hands. He gets to join daycare and have one on one play time with someone. I never have to worry when I leave him.

My dogs have been groomed by Brittany both at TLC and in the grooming van. I have gone to a lot of groomers and Brittany at TLC is by far my favorite! She is so talented and great with all animals and just does a fantastic dog with my two shih tzus who aren’t the biggest fans of grooming. I’m so happy to have found a place and a groomer that I feel comfortable bringing my dogs to and letting come to my home. I would recommend them to any pet owners!

I have been using TLC for about 10 years now. I was quite disturbed about some on the recent reviews as my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. Denise (owner) as had to make that hard phone call to me when we left our dog boarded at her location. She was able to notice that Belle was not acting quite right and suspected she had Lyme disease and suggested we have the Vet check her out. While I hated getting the call while on vacation I was happy that she noticed so quickly. She drove Belle to our vet (30+ minuets away) and had her looked at. She was correct on the diagnosis and needed to receive medical treatment. Denise and her team were able to provide the treatment while we were gone and updated us regularly on our vacation. Belle also received obedience training at her facility (not done by TLC but used their space). Belle has no real issues of being boarded there as she was trained there so that is a nice addition as well.Our dogs are boarded generally once or more per year there without any problems. They love social hour and daycare as well. Both of our dogs Belle and Diamond were again boarded in December 2015 (when everyone else on yelp was complaining about kennel cough). My dogs have received their shots for kennel cough and were fine for the 2 weeks while there. Maybe others should get the vaccines rather than complain that somehow it is TLC fault.

We have a very shy dog who tends to be a bit tough to deal with and TLC has always been super accommodating with her and handles her amazingly. I can't imagine sending her anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else . The owner pat is hands on and always around . The staff are so nice and accommodating. I have a business that is very busy and requires me to be away from my house several days during the week and weekends . They have never said I couldn’t bring my dog and in fact they have stayed late and have come in early so that she can bored there . Every time we go my dog can’t Waite to get out of the car and into her spot inside . I would highly recommend bringing your pet to TLC..

We bring our very nervous little dog to TLC to get groomed and to go to daycare. He feels so comfortable with the staff there that he Has gotten much calmer. The incredible staff all have the ability to make him feel at ease. I cannot day enough good things about this place. I wouldn’t take my little guy anywhere else. I’d given it ten stars if I could!

Love TLC Pet Haven. Have used them for boarding our cat on and off over the last year, and they have taken excellent care of him every time. Have left our cat there for a few days, a week and for 4 weeks. Highly recommend if you need a place to board your cat. Staff are super friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

TLC is the best day care, boarding & grooming facility by far. Our dog has been going there his entire life, 11 years. They are caring & compassionate to the dogs & the owners. Our dog has a lot of medical issues and we can be a little wacky about it, and they always understand and accomodate us.

One of the only places I can get an appointment for a cat grooming that only takes an hour. Many places require you to leave them all day but i know my cat would hate that. Friday and Saturday mornings they have "Straight Through" appointments. We get her a lions cut because she is part Persian and her fine fur is easily matted. We dont get her a bath. It takes about 45 minutes for the shave. We either stay, sit in the car, or run to the store. They call when they're finished. It's 65 for this service. It's always the same staff and they're pretty good. It's not the nicest looking place or most convenient but it's hard to find that service. We have been going 1-2x per year for many years now and are pleased with them.

TLC Pet Haven provides a terrific service! Staff are super friendly and take wonderful care of all their 4-legged visitors. They are open 7 days a week and that’s such a help on weekends. We’ve utilized their daycare, boarding and grooming services and can’t speak highly enough of their whole operation. Well done day in and day out!

My rescue dog Ziggy is extremely difficult and has had both sedated and not sedated grooms.He is a challenge for any experienced groomer even with assistance. Denise was his groomer today and I was impressed with her skill and patience with him.The shop and staff were all very professional and helpful, I am a satisfied customer and will continue with keeping my Ziggy sharp at TLC.

My guy, Taylor, has been going to TLC for over 7 years for day care and boarding. He is at TLC every week. I work a lot and it's nice to have a place where I can drop him off as early as 6:30am and pick him up as late as 6:30pm. After a long day of working, I don't have to think about entertaining a dog full of energy from being cooped up all day at home. It takes away that guilt we feel as pet owners who are forced to leave our pets alone for large blocks of time.Taylor loves it. I can't say the word "camp" out loud in my house because he will run to the door and wait to get in the car to head to TLC. Seriously, I have to spell C-A-M-P out so he doesn't know. It's nice to know that your dog WANTS to be there and you aren't traumatizing him. Frankly, I think he prefers camp to home sometimes. He is matched with dogs who share his temperament and TLC does such a great job of monitoring the play time. In the 7 years that he has been going there, I have not had any incidents of concern with him playing with other dogs.TLC staff is unrivaled. It's clear that they love my dog and he loves them back. They always let me know if he was moody or not feeling well. If I am running a few minutes late, the staff is gracious enough to stay until I can get there. He's the dog that sometimes is last to get picked up and hangs out in the office with the ladies.I treat my dog the way someone would treat a child. He is a very important member of my family and the fact that I don't worry for one fraction of a second when he is at TLC speaks volumes about the business and the people who work there. I have tried other places for boarding and all were miserable. Then I tried TLC and have never looked back.

Our puppy has been going to TLC for a few months now for day camp. She LOVES it! She gets to play with the other dogs all day when we're at work, and we get peace of mind knowing she's safe and happy. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Our dog used to hate the car and now can't wait to jump in to go see all of her friends. She comes home tired every night and we love seeing her pictures on Pinterest and Facebook.

I have so heard so many wonderful things about TLC Pet Haven from friends and family that we will absolutely be bringing our two new puppies there for grooming and boarding. While we haven’t used her services yet, I have spoken to Denise personally when inquiring about her services, she was so incredibly nice and took the time to educate me on her policies and procedures and I have no concerned leaving our new pups in her care!
