We have been bringing our pets to Sutton Animal Hospital for more than 20 years. We always felt that the employees cared about our dogs and cats and us. Something has changed! I called and requested an appointment for my cat who needed a routing exam and vaccines for Rabies and Distemper. The first available wellness appointment was months away but our cat's Rabies vaccination was expiring in one month. The receptionist suggested that we schedule the Rabies vaccination with the vet tech in three weeks and a wellness check at the first available time, over two months away, which I did.The vaccination appointment was scheduled for today at 4:00. At approximately 2:00, I received a phone call from the office while I was at work. I called them back and was told that today's appointment was cancelled because the cat was overdue for his annual wellness check. I was told I needed to wait until the wellness check to have the vaccine. This would put our cat a month over his Rabies vaccination expiration. I was told to keep him inside and to make sure he did not bite anyone. I was flabbergasted. I told them that I was not comfortable with the lapse in vaccination but they did not care. The receptionist said the appointments were scheduled like this by mistake but that they would not vaccinate our cat until the appointment scheduled for weeks from now. My husband and I were devastated because this has been the practice that we trusted and valued for over two decades. We have transferred to another practice.

We have brought our dogs there for 13 years. The staff is absolutely amazing. In September we had.to put one of our dogs. They were so supportive and caring to both our family and our pup. They had even called a few days later to see how everyone was doing. Sutton Animal Hospital is the only place we would ever trust with furry members of our family.

they keep my cats healthy and happy. always solve their problems as quickly and painlessly as possible. they're all very caring, great at discussing care of your pets and reasonable with prices, they'll always give you estimates if you ask and sometimes even if you don't. willing to work with you to figure out treatment plans and multiple appointments for things so you don't have to pay for everything at once

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service they provide. I had to drop my dog off and wait all day for them to rip me off. The fact that my dog was sitting in a cage all day absolutely disgusts me not to mention my dog has been on a RX food and they refuse to work with chewy, it’s not the vets choice where you get your food and they have balls acting the way they did about the situation. I will find another vet that will deliver the care my dog deserves. Sutton Animal Hospital is being run by a dictator of a vet and I will take my business elsewhere.

I've been using Sutton Animal Hospital for over 2 years for all three of my dogs. Every visit has been great. Prices seem very reasonable. On more than one occasion, they have seen me in a moments notice with small emergencies. Great service.

Great staff. Miss being in the room with my animals especially because the real nitty-gritty communication is gone. And the animals may feel more fearful without their person. But everyone is trying their best and maybe one day they will allow the humans back with same precautions that other doctors and dentists take.

I highly recommend Sutton Animal Hospital. I live in Framingham, but will drive to Sutton to see Dr. Golden because it is worth it! She's taken great care of my dogs for many years. Dr. Ober recently cleaned one of my older dog's teeth and she did a wonderful job! My dog was actually excited to see the Doctor and her staff when she went back in for her check-up. Their entire staff is fantastic as well. I wouldn't go any where else! You can rest assured your pets are in good hands.

Covid scam. Wait until you can go inside with your pet. $100 for 15 minutes of nothing. Took my cat 2 months later for a second opinion elsewhere and found various problems. They didn’t even weigh or take her temp. No answer when second opinion vet tried to get her medical records.

That actually listen to you. Our dog was diagnosed with glaucoma, his old vet didn't take our concerns about his eyes seriously so we switched to SAH. Great vets, seriously go here.
