Prices are okay. Nothing is overly expensive, but nothing is cheaper than somewhere else. Men's bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the ground, Toilet seat was pushed over to side, and the toilet looked like it was probably cleaned once in the morning and that was it. Walls in the bathroom were also dirty as well. Paper towels were on the sink like someone didn't know how to get into the dispenser or didn't care to.For a store that wants to look fancy, their bathrooms don't look good at all. Also no clear signage as to where the restrooms were. I walked around the whole store before I found them. Stall also hand a lot of space between the door and the rest of stall. Someone could easily see inside.

My wife order a multiple floral arrangements for a baby shower she was hosting through Deb in floral, and was told would be ready for pickup on Friday and can be picked up by 7pm. I arrived at the store Friday at 530 no one was at floral. I went to customer service and was told no one has access to the orders and locked away. Further more when I asked what time in the morning someone would be there the response was that it's unknown what the schedule is and no one at the store has access to the schedule.

A few days ago I wrote a review on the the terrible service we received at this market 32. The reply from the the owner shows that they couldn't care less about customer service, because they know you'll continue to shop at their stores. I know I will never shop there again. This was the reply I received.Response from the owner 2 days ago"We're sorry to hear this, but appreciate the review".That's how much they care about customer satisfaction, now I understand why customer service is so terrible at this store. That day they lost 3 customers.

Very pretty upgraded Price Choppers. Has a Starbucks in it, lots of parking, very clean and well maintained, organized shelves and lots of ready to go meals of all varieties.Only downfall, a bit more pricey than most grocery stores.

Customer service is one the worst there is in this store. The managers are useless when it comes to solving issues, or company policies makes it so managers are inadequate to actually help customers. Nothing to help customers can be done after 7pm, as per the manager. If you have an issue, or even want to return an item, you have to return another day to address it if you happen to shopping after 7pm. Cashier's are not even trained to do refunds. The manager on duty 02/10/2024 was totally unprofessional in his looks, and ability to help customers. It's people like this that make you not want to shop in stores like this. Maket 32 needs to address this or lose customers, at this point I will be doing my grocery shopping at Shaws, and other local supermarkets. Shaws does take the time to train their employees, and the customer service is way better than what you'll get at this market 32 location. With their already high prices, you'd think they would have better customer service, and better staff training.

I was there early in the morning there’s an older gentleman at the register. I have a full grocery cart full of groceries that’s why I’m there by groceries. This gentleman was rude mean dismissive literally threw the receipt on the counter and was telling me that he’s the only register open yeah to be that way to a customer is beyond me. This is not the first time I thought the first time I got him as a cashier. He was just having a bad day but no every day he has a bad day.

Went there to for a bag of bagels and went to checkout and decided to use the self checkout as I didn’t see anyone other then the people checking out. There were two employees standing there so I stood for about a minute waiting for one to free up, as it freed up I walked up to it again with two employees standing right there.. and then all of a sudden I started get yelled and screamed at by a bunch of people who were actually standing in line that was down an aisle. They thought I intentionally cut them, they were worked up. I apologized to a crowd and walked to the back of the line. People were still mumbling and commenting like you can’t see this line, bla bla. All while these two employees just sat there and did absolutely nothing. So anyway, no marked lanes, or signage pointing to line, the line is formed down an aisle also in the way of shoppers, not in front of the machines.. just an all around very poor set up. Lots of ways to make it better including employee training and turning on the others that were shut down to speed things up, Don’t like to get yelled at while trying to shop! Hope they resolve this soon as to hold that name Market 32 I expect better facilities.

Put in a food order with catering. I sent my husband to pick up the order, when he got back the whole order was wrong. Ordered a pretzel tray but not one piece of salt was found not even in the container. I ordered 2 Stromboli and 1 4ft sub, I received 1 Stromboli and 2 4ft subs.

On 8/28/23 I went to the Sutton location.If it wasn't for a woman named Jean B that works there I would have left my cart in the middle of the isle and took off.Due to a management decision people are forced to use the self checkout after a certain time.This is wrong!!!If you want to use them that's your call...I prefer to keep people employed.Not one register open and Jean is working 4 of the self checkouts.This woman deserves a lot more than this place gives her.Again, management decision.She helped me with my order, bagged everything and was polite the entire time,Even listening to me rant about no registers being open.If I go back,it will be because of her, nothing else.UpdateShows how much management cares about the opinions of their customers...Generic reply to my post...Sad

Very clean and organized and plenty of staff available around the store to answer any questions about an item (where can it be found, do you carry, etc.) Staff are very positive, friendly, and I have yet to find one looking at their phone between customers (pet peeve). The food stations are always clean, and the Starbucks staff are friendly also.

I will now start to drive 5 or 10 or 20 miles out of my way to go to another grocery store besides Market 32 and Sutton mass. I frequent Gorettis now as much as possible as they are great all around and always have things in stock.As a very frequent customer to M32, living in town, it was so convenient for so long having the store here. However, in the past year, it’s extremely disappointing to see how far downhill it’s gone. If you are going, and are looking for something specific, even if it’s a popular item, be prepared for it not to be in stock. This is not a matter of whether or not it’s hard to get but fully a matter of the person doing the ordering, not doing their job. Don’t let them fool you with the advertising of hot soups etc. They are always out and they told me tonight when all the soup containers were empty at 5pm when people are there to get dinner, that they just didn’t make anymore even though they know there’s a rush. Same goes for their other foods. Don’t ever get your hopes up. It won’t be there. The store is dirty and the bulk of the help is hard to find. Probably due to lack of help, they always have most of their self checkout machines closed so there’s a line down the aisle waiting to do self checkout because they only have 2 cashier lanes open. It’s a complete nightmare and far more expensive than surrounding competitors. Take my word for it and go somewhere else. You’re better off at a local convenience store. They’re more likely to have what you need.

I love shopping at Market 32 for regular grocery shopping. I recently worked with their floral department to order the bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. They came out beautifully! Working with Debbie was smooth and easy. She took the seemingly haphazard ideas I had and converted them into a fantastic bouquet. It held up well the entire day and even dried out well after!

Absolutely the worst super market I’ve ever shopped at. Products are intentionally overpriced, I personally kept track of how fast they went up post pandemic and stayed higher. I’ve purchased items on sale and the registers didn’t match the sale price. I realized it after going through the self check. When I spoke up the employee shared that it happens all the time. He corrected that purchase for me but didn’t offer to correct the other three purchases I made of the same item believing I was paying the sale price. I personally also check expiration dates on perishables and have found many still on the shelves expired. One time I purchased a gallon of milk that expired before the date, which was an indication it sat on the loading dock too long. I grow up in food trades, after seeing and expecting the above mentioned and more I personally only got to this market when I need something quick because it’s convenient. I rarely buy perishables and always check my receipt before I walk out.I would never do a large grocery purchase nor would I ever recommend Market 32/Price Chopper to anyone to shop at especially with the intentional price hikes, most of their items close to two dollars higher than other supermarkets.

Came in at 11:38. I worked 52 hrs this week and this is the only opportunity I had to do a little tiny bit of food shopping . I just wanted to grab a couple of things . The door was locked. There was an employee named Earl outside of the other door. I then walked into that door to get in. He went right over to the microphone and announced that I had 19 minutes until the store closed and that nothing can be rang in after 12 o’clock. I’m thinking to myself OK got it I know what time the store closes but I thought it was funny that he did it immediately as I walked in. Seemed very unwelcoming. He seemed annoyed that I was coming in through the door when he was standing outside of the door. I than started my shopping and five minutes later he announced it again, and then, three minutes later, he announced it again, and then he announced it again. When I came up to the register at 11:50 ( because at that point, I just wanted to get out of there I felt very unwelcomed) he stopped announcing it, so it wasn’t a normal routine announcement, he was purposely rushing me. He’s stood there, watching as I rang everything in, it made me feel uncomfortable. He than noticed that I was having a hard time ringing in the potatoes after about two minutes and then walked up behind me and it startled me. Again, I was already feeling uncomfortable. Did he apologize? No he just announced that I was not gonna be able to scan the potatoes and took them from me. I have never felt so rushed and so unwelcomed in a store in my life. If I can give you zero stars, I would. I will be calling the manager tomorrow

We just grilled up the steaks we got on sale last week, all were in agreement that Market 32 has high quality meats, and everything is very reasonably priced. I was impressed with the fresh produce, the whole store is very well managed, clean store, aisles clear of stocking pallets, actual people at every register, super friendly staff, and well stocked in comparison. If I could give 10 stars here I would. Market 32 is a bit out of my way but I will definitely spend the money on gas and will be doing my bulk grocery shopping there!! Still the same fantastic place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great market, well organized and feels like it has a more efficient flow than other grocery stores I've been to. Huge variety, good produce, great flowers, a pharmacy tucked off the the side, and the associates are always very friendly.Most importantly - the store-made sushi is actually pretty good, a great grab for a quick dinner!

Pros: Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Really good produce and meats, with a large variety and selection. The store is very well laid out and easy to navigate. Incredible selection for the more health conscientious and sensitive diets. Prices are expensive but comparable.Cons: I think that they have the ability to be more flexible with their deals and discounts. Their coupons expire way too quickly. And in the past between discounts and savings I would find that I'd at least get a full tank of gas saved off the cost of my groceries, however nowadays you're lucky if you get half a tank.

I had to place a last minute addition the day before Thanksgiving for my pick up order. Ryan in food court/catering was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond in helping me add more to my order in such limited time while being so pleasant. He should be recognized with a raise!!!! Thank you again Ryan.

Great place, and super clean too. Couple of the items were out of stock, but overall great place. Have a good variety of meat, seafood selection. Also they make sushi 🍣 right there, delicious and fresh. I was shockingly impressed by this place, so clean and well maintained. Plus they have beer and wine 🍷

I only went here because the regular location produce manager was out sick and no one ordered produce. The customers are rude and think they're better than anyone else. Someone in the corporate office decided that they don't need to carry Kayem bologna and other Kayem products. The isles are very narrow and the store is cramped and difficult to get around in because of it. Amazing that the isles are so narrow making it impossible to go through. Especially when every other isle had a stocking cart blocking half the isle.

This is a fantastic grocery store! They have an amazing selection and the produce is always fresh. They have a great prepared food counter, the pizza is amazing. Prices are a bit higher than some of the competition but they often have very competitive sales. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Terrible. Had an order delivered, bag of rolls full of moisture from condensation, had to toss, celery in a bag by the stalk, who the heck sells celery by the stalk?? Not fresh, had to toss. And what took the cake were the potatoes, bag of potatoes, all green and rubbery fyi that can make people very sick. No dates on anything. Disgusting

Being a Instacart employee for almost a year now, I have had my fair share of disappointments in a few grocery stores. Amazingly tho, Market 32 in Sutton always has been and is my number 1 stop for anything. Recently tho a couple people made me realize how some employees can make a difference! Today I had a order that requested some organic chicken and like most people I look like a lost puppy trying to find it. Luckily tho, Sean L. In the meat department without hesitation offered his assistance. In seconds he found what I needed and asked if I needed anything else to find. We had a lovely chat and I cant wait to see him again! After doing so, my girlfriend and I were checking out with Shane as our cashier. He was so outgoing and positive, it made the checkout process a breeze. They both did an amazing job!

This store is so great! I'm not a fan of original price chopper generally, but this Market 32 is awesome! The prices for beer and wine are very reasonable, the bakery is amazing. The selection is awesome and they have some really unique stuff. The produce looked fresh, they have so many cheeses
