Worst Tractor Supply. Have gotten wet moldy feed, multiple times. Store manager couldn't care less the feed is killing animals. They keep bedding outside, wet. Wet bedding is useless. Hire a store manager who understands feed molds when wet, and bedding is worthless wet. I.e. hire a store manager with half a brain or a shred of common sense. Such a poorly run TS, avoid for your pets saftey.

I typically love Tractor Supply but I am still appalled by what I witnessed and briefly heard going on in that store when I visited right after Christmas.I know a young man who I had spoken to before with high functioning autism was working the register at the front of the store. He was trying to remain calm, but was being bullied by a woman who worked there that I did not recognize as a regular, employee who had been there before, but she was definately an employee. She was talking very harshly to this young man about something, and threatened to hit him because she didn't feel he was doing something the way she wanted while he was trying to explain how he was taught. I did not make my purchase this day and I did not feel another employee or manager should treat their employees the way she was treating him! I came back about a week or so later to see how the staff was and he was no longer there and another employee discreetly admitted he had been fired.If this is acceptable behavior from management to treat autistic staff this way, it is an absolutely DISGUSTING store to shop at and I am very angry about this!He was a pleasant, and very nice employee who I enjoyed making conversation with when I came to this tractor supply. It's a shame that companies allow their management to streat their staff with such awful, disgusting distain, especially someone with autism as I learned from this employee because we had this in common. This store is is now on my "DO NOT SHOP HERE LIST" My family also is no longer coming to this Sturbridge tractor supply any longer. Word of mouth reaches FAR! Thry have been put on BLAST!

Good merchandise & service. Staff is very helpful.I especially like the light weight dog lines. I can't find them anywhere else.I also got a good price on top soil for my sloped garden.

We always seem to find what we're looking for... And sometimes things we weren't aware we were looking for! You can't necessarily rely on their online inventory matching store inventory but the staff is always helpful.

We get our "Timothy hay" here for our two bunnies. They like it better than hay we used to buy at Walmart, so there is less waste.Very customer service oriented.

Glad to have this store near us. It has a range of items not found in other stores so it is an asset. Not always lowest price but they do carry the odd item you would expect in a tractor store including detailed Hardware items. Good gift selection for the farmer / woodsman in your life.

Didn't have multiple items I was looking for on the shelfs. This is becoming a recurring theme at least at Sturbridge location. Told that they got a new shipment in and item might be in but won't know until later when they look at what they got. Other items told it would be a few weeks before they would restock. Would have liked if they just checked the back. Always ask if they can help me find what I'm looking for. But have never been able to get anyone to check the back. This is the second time this has happened. Idk about you but I'm not coming back in the after noon when I go to grab a quick tube of caulking when they could just walk out back and confirm one way or another.

Have a good selection of shovels and other hand tools for home and farm use on hand. Found what I needed quickly and staff was helpful on the different items they had and offered suggestions as to where items they didn't have on hand could be found. HAve used this store several times and they have one of the better wood stove pellets in the area too.

My coworkers mentioned Tractor Supply was their favorite place to get their work clothes and gear. Selection for men is great, sure. Selection for women is a joke

A large agricultural store. Very clean, attentive staff. They sell a lot of farm, tools, supplies, fences all sorts of stuff you wont often find elsewhere.I wasn't impressed by the condition of the trailers. A large big box store with orange colors often has better quality trailers.

Very pack store with a lot of product. Lots of outdoor landscaping pots and figures you do not see else where. Upon entering you are greeted by the chirps of newly hatched chicks. Friendly staff and a very large parking area.

Tractor Supply is the best store around we're putting one here in Stafford Springs as we speak if Tractor Supply just sold some food products I would never have to go anyplace else to shop I buy all my clothes there farm equipment feed for the livestock they have a great selection of everything you could possibly need for home Farm and Ranch just wish they sold food I would never shop any place else people that work there are always kind friendly and very knowledgeable it's like old time shopping there

Tractor Supply is what we needed in this area for a long time . The store prices are not like a discount store nor should they be. Their embassies is on friendly Curtis service for the customer.The store is well stocked with what most people would need and with hard to fine items as well. For home owner, gardener, farmer, or just an average Ann or Joe.I have found the quality of store items to be suburb, if you want the best you will find it here.No I have nothing to do with the company. ,Just a customer who likes good, helpful service.PS If you need help they will even take your purchase to your car etc.

Always a pleasure visiting the Sturbridge, MA location of Tractor Supply.Obviously, each visit, there's always one hee-haw hillbilly lumbering around looking for farm animal castration equipment; avoid eye contact and pass on by and that issue always ends up being a non-issue.Store is well stocked and organized. Clean. I've seen accidents happen only to be dealt with by an employee quickly and efficiently.If you have a dog, cat, or pet cobra, put them on a leash and they can go inside, too! Amazing pet food selection from dry all the way to wet and/or refrigerated.Employees always friendly and great to chat with while tipping on out. Make no mistake, even if you find whatever it is you're looking for, a store's employees do make a shopping experience all the better. Tractor Supply delivers (though I've never seen a tractor for sale there).
