This is a great store for all bird lovers! If you are looking for gifts for a bird-lover, or simply enjoy taking care of birds in your backyard, this is a great place. The staff are truly caring about birds and they know all about them. They also care about helping thier customers to have a good experience.

A bit of everything! If it's bird related they either have it or can get it for you. Other items include rain chains, NICE wind chimes, small gifts (puzzles, shirts). Most importantly, say hello to Marshmallow, the handsome store mascot! Staff is A+++

This is a great store. The owners are super nice and they have a lot of great products, from basic backyard bird needs to all the fun stuff. We got a metal heron for the backyard there and it's really good quality. Love it. They are apparently wildlife rehabbers also, so sometimes have squirrels about. It's a really great store to just browse at, but again, they have so many choices for backyard bird supplies.

The Bird Store in Sturbridge, Massachusetts is a delightful experience for fans of birds and bird feeding. We have over 28 species of birds in our back yard which we do feed with appropriate grains and seeds so I know birds. My recent visit to the Bird Store was the first time I've been there. Wow! If you are into birds visit the store. You will love it. They also have the world's largest Cuckoo clock outside the store.

I met the owners at a Hardwick Festival a couple years ago and they told me about their store in Sturbridge and I had to check it out!! I was amazed at all the great cool stuff and beautiful bird houses they had and the owners are super friendly 😀 big plus when entering a store.I would definitely recommend this store to any body who loves birds and squirrels!! For the owner was so kind to take in these animals who needed help.They are AwsomeHope to see them next Hardwick Festival!!! You Guys Rock.Have a great 👍 day.

I love everything about this store. They have a wide variety of seed and merchandise. Everything is high quality. The staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! You won't be disappointed. On my way there today to pick up my live mealworms for my bluebirds!

What a wonderful oasis. Very cool bird area outside that lures you into hanging out for longer than you intended. Amazing selection of all things related to outdoor bird watching. The best part is the owners who wow you with their knowledge. Great spot!

The best wild bird store in new England, I love to visit and play with marshmallow the cockatiel, the ones and staff are fantastic, there selection of wild bird feeders and many types of outdoor bird baths. They also have many types of hangers for all of your wild bird feeding needs, many types of seeds, birdhouses, beautiful wind chimes ect.

This place is amazing. If you need a good pole for your bird feeders. They have the most sturdy poles I’ve ever seen. A great selector feeders as well. Their bird seed is also a great deal. May different kinds of bird seed for amazing prices.

Do you need bird-related goods? They probably have it here. We actually just came to watch the giant cuckoo clock. While waiting for it to sound, we looked around and enjoyed seeing all the items for sale. If I lived locally, I would be using this store to supply many of my outdoor bird feeding / watching needs. Staff was friendly.

This store is a treasure.......from the day I first walked in I knew I'd be back. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they sell an amazing array of merchandise and food. Whimsies for the yard that make great gifts and so many different and colorful birdhouses. Bill, Nancy and Dezeree are very knowledgeable about wildlife and have assisted me with choices for bird food, birdhouses, bat houses.......the list is endless. Visit it once and I know you'll be a regular!

Wonderful store! I’ve taken my squirrel proof bird feeder for repairs many times and been completely satisfied. The owners have my feeders in good shape and on the way back home in no time flat. The two store birds are sweet little critters. I love that store. Sue Johnson

Incredible small business catering to wild bird enthusiasts. The prices are reasonable and the merchandise is first quality. You really get a personal touch from the owners and their employee. They care about you and want to help you get what you need and understand why it's the right choice for you. Go here for all of your birdseed, bird baths, feeders and fun gifts instead of the big chains and you'll see why they're the best!

Fun place to visit! Great selection/variety of supplies that big box stores do not have. They even have bat boxes! Even if you are not a "birder," there is a lot of avian art and decorative items for sale (I think you might leave as a birder, though!). They also have a honeybee keep, two sweet resident birds, and a nifty little outdoor nook. Their newsletter also highlights local events and programs that they have going on too.

The Bird Store is probably the most unique store of its kind on the east coast. When at my home in Virginia, my primary store is Wild Birds Unlimited, when visiting here in sort of Central MA The Bird Store is a must see and visit.The selection of seed, feeders, accessories, etc. is second to none...and quite frankly a better variety than I am able to get at WBU. Bravo to the owners and staff in the creation of a wonderful shopping experience.

This place is a gem. While I was there I overheard one of the ladies working pull out a book and show a customer how they were still tracking he wanted an out of stock item. It had been a year but they remembered. I thought it was awesome.
