My dogs go every 2 weeks to be groomed by your amazing staff. Courtney Hastings is Thor my Gordon Setters only groomer I love the way she cares for him and is so gentle with him. Sam is my Bassett hound Sherlock’s groomer and she gets the hound smell out every time. You should be proud of those girls they do a great job for you and are a great representation of your caring company.

Very friendly staff. Even though my dog is always anxious when I leave him - he seems excited to go into the Petco store and the groomers are always so sweet with him - I think he actually looks forward to his grooming visits! :-)

The groomer was excellent. My dog is a rescue and has only had her nails done once. Your groomer was patient and very friendly. Nova couldn't stop wagging her tail.

My poodles went in for grooming and it was not done well. One ended with a bald patch on her bum and they both have patchy hair cuts and for some reason they have been itchy and scratching a lot since. Was told after that the groomer did not have experience grooming poodles. Wish I would have been told prior to having them checked in. I don’t plan to bring them again.

Courtney(sp) was absolutely wonderful!! She made it a very pleasant experience for both me and my beloved pet. The girl working with her was also very nice and they did their absolute best to get his nails cut; which is not an easy task.

Sarah was great! She groomed my Rosie exactly how I asked. She exceeded my expectations.I was way to early for my appointment. I got the time wrong. But because of the distance from where I live to Petco, they took Rosie early. They were so sweet and very accommodating. Rosie had been sick and was finally cleared for grooming which she needed desperately. Thank you

I used to bring my old dog to another grooming place and they would keep him there for 12 hours. He was a simple shave down and much too old ( 15 yrs)to be stressed for that long. When he passed and we got a new Schnauzer pup I started looking around for a new groomer for her. We happened to be in Petco with her to buy some food when an associate started fawning all over her and telling us about one of their groomers, Megan, who just LOVED Schnauzers. So I took a chance and booked an appointment with her. Fanny ( the pup) has been groomed 3 times now. It's very easy to book the appointment on line, she's only there for 3 hours or less, Megan does a GREAT job, and Fanny loves her ! On top of all that the price is VERY reasonable! I highly recommend the grooming here!

The staff is awesome! The always make sure my pups comfortable and well cared for! Plus they're EXCELLENT communicationers! Through no fault of their own my squirmy couldnt (or wouldn't) sit still of her life depended on it puppy got her nail cut a bit to short causing it the bleed. The were very apologetic, (again this wasn't their fault) and made sure I understood exactly what had happened. And have altered how they service her now to avoid this happening again! Ill never take her to anyone else! They treat us like family. My girls always happy to go and sad to leave.

I just started a couple months ago bringing my cat to pet Co for grooming, and we just love Miss Wendy! She is kind and gentle with my baby! And she always has a smile to greet us. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I recommend petCo to all my furry parents!

Employees are kind enough, but due to the manager being late, I had to wait in the sun for 45 minutes only to be turned away for not having a rabies certificate. Not once had my family been informed that we would need to provide this documentation, so I wasted my time coming here. I would love to rate the quality, but due to poor communication on Petco's side I am unable to see the results.

Courtney is an absolute pleasure. My small dog has a lot of anxiety and he is always calm and happy when he has a grooming appointment with Courtney. We adore her & won't use another grooming service.

Courtney is the best! I had a horrible experience with somebody that was leaving and I learned my lesson. I use Courtney only now and am always happy. Goldendoodles aren't easy to groom and she's getting older so I really appreciate how much she does

They did things I didn't ask I told them especially not to save my dog hair and they did with out my concern. They was supposed to cut just the nots off her legs and they cut all her hair and then it wasn't even am so disappointed
