We were staying down the road at a RV park and needed a doggie play day and overnight for our two dogs. Everyone I interacted with gave me comfort and confidence that my pets would be well cared for. I was very pleased and will use this business again when in the area.

My dog absolutely loves Paw Plaza! She goes for grooming and daycare some days. As soon as she sees the building she gets super excited. I reccomend Paw Plaza to everyone I know with dogs.

Our pup Maya LOVES this place. We’ve abbreviated paw plaza to the PP otherwise she thinks she going. They take good care of her and we love seeing pictures posted of her on the Facebook page. You can tell the dogs are happy and they help reinforce her training. She knows now that before pick up she walks to the door, sits and patiently waits before they let her outLove this place!

Paw Plaza has been such a find for our pup. He's a very anxious little guy and the first day he went, Hadley, the owner, spent the whole 4 hours he was there with him making him comfortable. We've been going back ever since for daycare & boarding. I can't say enough good things about them! They have helped our dog become a more confident, happy guy!

Barney loves going to daycare once a week staff especially Gregg and the Owner they take great care of my Barney and he loves his friends there. Thanks for making Tuesdays special for my Barney the boss my dog with the kisses for you all. Especially Greig spell check lol the owner is so nice too.

My dog has a regular schedule for daycare at Paw Plaza and also boards. He’s stayed overnight three times now. He loves it all. It’s easy to tell that he’s having a ball because he never hesitates to go. He’s very enthusiastic and excited to get in the car when he knows he’s off to Paw Plaza. The entire staff is welcoming and inviting and they take the best care of my dog. They know him, they know his habits, they know what he likes and dislikes and are always accommodating. I have no worries or anxiety when he’s there which says a lot because I love my little French Bulldog more than anything.

I cannot praise Paw Plaza enough! I am a new dog mom and my furry kiddo (Ladybug) missed playing with other dogs. I did a lot of research and went to Paw Plaza to check everything out. My anxiety was through the roof however everyone was kind and nice to me and answered all my questions. It’s a clean facility with a very nice, kind and caring staff.Ladybug loves being there, she is very well taken care of, and comes home happy and tired. Courteous and professional service and once again, my baby is loved and happy.We also tried grooming, and it’s absolutely superb!

I boarded both of my dogs here and can't say enough about the compassion and professionalism of the staff here. Paw Plaza's facilities are top notch and the staff goes above and beyond to care for each pet as if they were their own. Grooming services are great and they were able to trim my Rottweiler's nails with minimal difficulty. This is noteworthy as she has required sedation for this in the past when receiving grooming services elsewhere. Pretty amazing team!

The shelter puppy I adopted two months ago has been coming to daycare at Paw Plaza twice a week. She was always happy to go and had a great time with the other dogs. Sadly, I had to return her to the shelter because she needs a home with no cats. This was a heartbreaking decision and Hadley, Sue, and the rest of the staff very generously provided compassion and support to me over the past couple of very emotional weeks. I highly recommend them because they care about the owners as much as the pets and I hope to use them in the future.

We have been taking our 80lb Labradoodle Maui here almost every weekend all summer and we really feel comfortable about his safety and he really enjoys the play groups. They're booked up for this weekend, but that was my fault for not scheduling in advance.The staff have always wore masks while we are in the lobby and they have a 1 family per lobby policy for more precautions during this pandemic.Our pup comes home happy and tired because he gets lots of attention and playtime with the other dogs.For the person unhappy about kennel cough, yeah it sucks, but it can happen anywhere. Just like when your child gets the sniffles from daycare or school. (Paw Plaza had a sign posted on their glass door, so you were likely warned and could have cancelled).We used their grooming services a few weeks ago and were very happy. We love our usual groomer, but she is about 40 minutes away and so we will be using Paw Plaza again for sure.

My husband and I bring our dog Benji to daycare at Paw Plaza, and I cannot say enough to fully express how wonderful the facility and staff are. We have had the best experiences, and they treat our fur baby like one of their own. Definitely a safe and secure place to bring your pet. Keep up the great work guys! 😊

They have a huge sign that says grooming is open, when I went inside to ask for pricing I had to wait and the girl at the front desk told me in such a dry tone that grooming is closed and “we don’t know when it’ll be open again.” Which is cool but I still didn’t get pricing she kinda just stared at me blankly so I asked if there was another groomer nearby since I had just moved into town and she just said “no” and continued to stare at me blankly. So me and my dog will be skipping out on this establishment and looking for a much nicer and friendlier daycare/groomer.

Most modern and safe environment, for dogs, I have ever seen. What a set up. Other places should use it as a model. Has to be seen to fully appreciate the environment they have created for a pet. Staff was so friendly and caring. I felt all dogs were getting special care and not just treated as a number. They sent us a couple of pictures, of our dog Skye, happily playing with other dogs, in a playground they have. We were visiting the area, and felt stress free in leaving Skye there.

We love Paw Plaza! We’ve used their boarding, training, and grooming services and have been happy with all of them. We have two dogs, one is overly friendly and loves to be social, the other is much more reserved and nervous. Both dogs have had wonderful experiences with boarding/daycare at Paw Plaza.Petco recently turned us away for a grooming appointment because our nervous rescue dog is prescribed anti-anxiety meds for grooming/vet appointments. In prior Petco grooming appointments, they were unable to do some of the services (teeth brushing and nail filing, for example) because she was too anxious without her meds. Paw Plaza not only was more than happy to take her on her meds, they were able to groom her in half the time and it wasn’t nearly as expensive.We also learned so much from Johana’s Manners and More class and her Day Training program.It’s nice to have a trustworthy, reliable place for our dogs!

I usually leave my dog at Barkwood Pet Resort but they were all booked and I wanted to try this place because it’s closer to where I live. I paid almost $300 for 4 nights so they could take care of my dog. On the last day, I went to get my dog and I received him with cuts on his face and his paws completely swollen with cuts. He came back very sad, depressed, with his ears always down. He took almost one week to recover back into his happy, active, loving, self. Bad experience, I don’t recommend this place to anybody who loves animals.

Beyond thankful for the team here at Paw Plaza. My dog recently had hip surgery, and they were more than accommodating. Even before this, my dog loves going to get her own spa day!

We were customers pre COVID and during. They seem to care about the dogs and I never had issues with them nor did my dogs. I used them mostly as a reoccurring Thursday to cover my extended longer day for work. I was told at my last pickup to call in advance to notify them and I did as told and left a VM the evening before. The next day I was turned away with two dogs in tow. I explained I followed instructions but there was zero budging on their part and they shared they had warned my husband previously as well. I ended up having to call out of work that morning.Suggestion #1: local repeat customers should not be pushed out because of an increase of the summer seasonal requests (reason given). When my son was in daycare, I did not have to call before drop off every time or I at least had an option of scheduling the same days for months at a time.Suggestion#2: There were many times I would call and email and never get a call back...about training or grooming or hours... but I never cared because it did not prohibit me from dropping dogs off unscheduled. If your going to turn people away at the door, then consider setting up a system where all emails and voice mails get checked and replied to or increase staff to pick up the calls if your so busy. It would spare alot of frustration and hurt feelings...not to mention sad doggies who enjoyed and looked forward to going. Thank You.

We just had our old setter groomed today, paw plaza is amazing! She came back looking great and got some extra love, seeing she was very nervous going in. She does not like to be groomed, but came back happy and looking great!

My sheltie Benji had a great overnight stay and was clearly worn out from all the fun he had with play sessions. They stay open late for convenient pick up and don't charge extra. They do a great job and I will use them again for sure.

Absolutely great spot in Sturbridge. Boarding, daycare, grooming, training classes...our dogs stayed for two nights and had an awesome experience. Added bonus? It smells AMAZING in there.
