I went in not knowing what I wanted from the list. My son on the other hand.... 🤣 I told Megan what I needed it for (sleep and pain) and she guided me in the right direction. The folks there were super friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend Heal.

Sean and jess provided amazing customer service! From the time I came in the door I felt welcomed and comfortable to the minute I left the building. They answered all the questions and concerns as I am a new to cannabis it was nerve wracking but with their help I felt at ease. I have been going to Heal Cannabis since it opened and I am very satisfied with both the service, inventory and professionalism there. The Bud tenders really know their stuff and always take the time to answer my many questions. Their products are top notch and th their prices are competitive. . I highly recommend purchasing all of your CBD and THC products there. One other thing to note, if you place your order on line your purchase will be ready quickly! I love this place!

The reviews do not lie, The Front receptionist was professional and punctual. Tina is a very knowledgeable, wise , patient, and willing to take the time from her busy day to give you options , and recommendations; as well as will look up the facts in your face. Sean is very enthusiastic and happy to help, it was my first time, and he was COOL . 5/5 would recommend best place in sturbridge .

Amazing and friendly people! I had a small issue with buying a pre-roll which was empty when opened. we called and was told they’d issue me a credit when I went in I brought up the issue and they immediately remedied the situation. I would 100% recommend Heal.

So happy I found this spot. Better prices and selection of wax and shatter than any of the other local spots I've been too. Staff is super helpful. Always make sure to check the last chance menu when you get there.

Great experience. Friendly and informative. Got gummies that did not taste good at all. They are rolled in sugar and it seems like they are trying to mask the bad taste. Definitely needs improvement in the recipe. Will be making my own awesome ones from now on.
