Whoever is hiring is doing a phenomenal job - I’ve never reviewed a Target before but shout out to Debra and Ashley. Debra is the sweetest lady at checkout is always efficient and nice - we’ve come through a dozen times and she is always nice and professional. Moreover, I was checking out today and Ashley had pre-positioned the bags at the self-checkout! Like what?! Who does that?! Great service - love this Target. 🎯

I recently visited your store and was immediately struck by the welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by its cleanliness and excellent lighting. This, combined with the store's well-organized layout, made finding both my intended purchases and unexpected finds a breeze. The checkout process was notably smooth, thanks to the friendly and professional cashier, contributing significantly to my positive experience.During my evening visit, I particularly enjoyed the peaceful environment, both in-store and in the parking lot. The attention to detail in stock replenishment and the superb lighting in the makeup aisle enhanced my shopping experience. However, I did notice a limited supply of the "No. 7" product line, which required multiple aisle visits to locate. While this was a minor inconvenience, addressing it could further improve customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Target surpassed that of other department stores, and I look forward to returning.

Place is outright disaster. Went here looking for a present for my child shelves were bare. Merchandise that was there was just thrown around. Nobody was working. Garbage found just lying around. Wife came here for online order there were 4-5 people queued no one at the desk she went to a teenager who was playing on his phone at the self checkout to get a representative to work the desk. You go to target for a better Walmart experience but the Walmarts in the area are far better.

Target has given up. Store is a total mess. Drinks being left on counters have mold in them so clearly they are left for many days. No staff to be found anywhere. Escalator and elevator have been broken for months. Welcome to what seems to be the new way to do business. This place is run like a discount store, not the experience I ever expected from a Tartget Store. At least they pay the CEO $19.8M.

It’s 630pm on a Tuesday and this Target has one (1) yes one person working on a register. Oh and guess what…..the line is huge, and the self check lines are even bigger. This is beyond annoying and frustrating. Also, I feel really bad for the ONE teenage girl working the only register. So not fair at all. Pathetic.

When I worked in North Quincy I went to Target every day before work but I haven't been in a while then I went last night to this one and it is great, clean store, well-managed, helpful and appreciative employees there to help you. and their prices are relatively low especially the food compared to Stop & Shop, even Walmart is expensive now.. Love Target

The staff is very helpful and willing to help the guests/shoppers. There are two managers that I have seen berating staff in front of guests, for things I would guess are not necessarily in their control, like promising to find an item in the back but discovering the stuff in back is phantom stock

I've been shopping at this Target for years even though I live near the one in Easton. The staff at this Target store are the friendliest and most helpful. Always great products at great prices. I buy everything at this store from groceries to athletic wear and home goods. Never a bad experience at this store.

The store was a little unkempt, which was shocking because it was still very early. The boys clothing section has slim pickings for clothes excepted the sports type clothing which seams to be the stocked. Rather just order on line verses going through messy shelves.

I just want to recognize an employee in the Electronics Dept, Daquan. I went in there this afternoon needing some assistance with my phone and he was very polite and helpful. He took the extra steps to help me find exactly what I needed with a friendly , efficient approach. Employees like him make shopping at your store a positive experience.

This is our go to Target. Great staff. Parking is easy and close to all entrances. Always some unexpected sale or seasonal merchandise there.

I fell going up target's escalators and not one employee came to help me I was injured and still hurt, but too embarrassed to do anything about it.The place was a mess and I couldn't find what I needed. Ended up buying some over priced items that were placed in the clearance area but didn't ring up clearance. I'm very disappointed with this whole experience.

Pretty good experience here! Totally love that they have kpop albums but they aren’t always stocked which is okay by me since they even have kpop albums at all. (yeah im talking about you braintree) Service is great but since I don’t go here often I’m not really familiar with the layout but I think it will be easy to learn. Pretty big store and has many things. Will be going again when in need of albums. I totally recommend this place.

Got my item perfect, great price even better, had a giftcard almost free couldn't scan it ok, asked for help. That was pointless not much of a help to not help me with my giftcard payment I didn't want to be frustrated today so I left not using my giftcard. I just wanted to know then how if not this way do I use it. Offered no help or solutions.

Worst customer service ever! What is the point of curbside pick up if the employees refuse to answer the phone because they don’t want to walk the order outside? And then they proceed to answer the phone and hang up without saying anything. Seems like management needs to reconsider who they have running the service desk. Tonight wasn’t the only turn off, we were in here shopping a few nights ago and all you could hear was the 2 teenage girls at the service desk talking trash about another employee, not professional and not something that customers think is “cool”. Please hire competent, respectful, ambitious employees

I was in the store yesterday morning and asked an employee (name tag said Ted) for assistance finding a certain cat litter. Employee seemed extremely annoyed that I had interrupted him and rudely told me he didn’t think they had it. I will feel very uncomfortable asking an employee for help there again. If working with public one should know how to assist customers pleasantly!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE using the Target app to purchase items for curbside pickup. This has made my life so much easier. Super easy to use and staff are very efficient. If an item you ordered is not available they provide multiple options via the app to pick up elsewhere, cancel or even have it shipped to you for free.

Hi All,I went to Target today looking for a specific Item and couldn't find it.I ran into a Target rep her name was Ali and she was so helpful. She was able to figure out that the item was an online item only. So she literally saved me from roaming the store aimlessly looking for an item that was not there. She went out of her way to help me find the item online so I can order it. I was so happy I ran into her. She gave me great customer service. Not to mention she was new. If every person was like her Target would be the best in Customer Care. If everyone was like her the world would be a better place.
